step one, weighing the following components in parts by weight: butyl rubber, polyisobutylene, nano calcium carbonate micropowder, phenolic resin, superfine aluminum hydroxide, silicon carbide whisker, plasticizer and antioxidant;
step two, adding all the raw materials in the step one into an internal mixer, mixing for 15-20 min at the temperature of 160-180 ℃, discharging to obtain a mixed material, extruding and granulating the mixed material by using a double-screw extruder, and drying to obtain a mixed material;
step three, hot-pressing the mixture obtained in the step two and the tinfoil for 6-12 min at the temperature of 160-170 ℃ under the pressure of 5-15 Mpa, cold-pressing for 5-8 min under the pressure of 10-12 Mpa after hot-pressing, and forming to obtain an outer layer and an inner layer of the inner heat-insulating layer (14) respectively, wherein the high-toughness and temperature-resistant inner heat-insulating layer (14) can be obtained after sewing, bonding or heat-sealing partial edges of the outer layer and the inner layer;
step four, weighing the following components in parts by weight: polyurethane resin, chitosan, sodium bisulfite, far infrared nano powder, nano silver powder, calcium powder and porous carbon microspheres;
step five, fully and uniformly mixing the raw materials in the step four, filling the mixture into an interlayer of an inner heat-insulating layer (14), and sealing the interlayer to obtain the tin paper cotton;
step six, the outer side of the inner heat-insulating layer (14) is combined with the protective layer (12) through sewing, bonding or heat sealing, an interlayer is left after combination, and the interlayer is a heating layer (13);
and step seven, the handbag (2) is combined with the protective layer (12) through weaving, sewing, bonding or heat sealing.
