Description

Food packaging anti-fog film and surface printing process thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of surface printing of food packaging plastic films, in particular to an antifogging film for food packaging and a surface printing process thereof.
Background
In the processes of production, storage, cold chain transportation and refrigerated sales of fresh foods, a sealed container is formed by a plastic container and a printing cover film to carry out sealed packaging on the products; because the product in the sealed container has a temperature difference with the external environment, water vapor in the container condenses into tiny water drops on the inner surface of the printing cover film, so that the printing cover film is in a fog surface shape, a ghost phenomenon is caused, and the appearance of the product is seriously influenced. Thus, printed lidding films in such packaging forms are generally required to have anti-fog properties.
Currently, the mulch film manufacturing industry typically processes printed mulch films using a coextrusion process; in the related art, a printing cover film structure comprises a printing base film and a heat-seal film with an anti-fog function, wherein an ink pattern is printed on one side surface of the printing base film in the thickness direction, and the heat-seal film is fixedly attached to one side surface, deviating from a printing surface, of the printing base film in the thickness direction. After the production of the printing cover film is finished, workers roll the finished product of the printing cover film, so that the printing cover film is convenient to store and transport; when the food container is used, one side of the heat-seal film, which is deviated from the printing base film, is used as a heat-seal surface to be heat-sealed at the opening of the food container, so that the food container is sealed with the food container.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventors believe that there is a need for improvement in that, in a film roll state, an ink pattern of a print-top film is in direct contact with a heat-seal surface of a heat-seal film, a trace amount of small-molecule auxiliary agent is inevitably precipitated in the ink of the ink pattern, and the precipitate destroys the surface tension of the heat-seal surface of the heat-seal film, and further destroys the antifogging function of the print-top film, thereby affecting the use effect of the print-top film.
