Abstract
The invention discloses a clip-shaped one-way exhaust packaging bag, and relates to the technical field of packaging bags. The invention comprises a bag body, wherein the upper side and the lower side of the bag body are provided with sealed edges, and one side or two sides of the bottom of the bag body are provided with a clip structure; the special structure of the bag body is that a plurality of one-way needle holes are arranged inside the clip-shaped structure. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, a one-way exhaust packaging bag in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui' is provided, which mainly includes a bag body, and is characterized in that an upper sealing edge is provided at an upper side of the bag body, and a lower sealing edge is provided at a lower side of the bag body, wherein a structure in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui' can be formed at one side or symmetrically at two sides of the lower sealing edge; the clip structure is formed by arranging one or more circles of sealing edges at equal intervals, and a one-way pinhole is arranged at the center of the clip structure.
This example illustrates an example application in conjunction with the above scheme:
before use, the lower sealed edge 3 is subjected to heat sealing during manufacture, and when materials are loaded, the materials to be stored are placed into the inner cavity of the bag body 1, then the upper sealed edge 2 is subjected to heat sealing, and then transportation or storage is carried out; if the material needs to be taken out, the upper sealed edge 2 or the lower sealed edge 3 of the bag body 1 is torn, and then the material is taken out from the bag body 1.
The bag body is characterized in that the clip structure is designed in a clip shape, a long and narrow air flow channel is reserved in the clip structure, the tail end of the air flow channel is provided with a one-way needle hole in a matching manner, and the one-way needle hole is formed in a needle punching manner and can be a puncture type or a semi-puncture type.
In the process of transportation or storage of the normal sealing bag, materials in the bag can move left and right under the action of external force, so that the accumulated volume is gradually reduced, positive pressure can be formed inside the bag body during stacking or natural placement, the gas in the bag body can prop open the gas flow channel from inside to outside, and the gas in the bag body is conveyed to the one-way needle hole through the gas flow channel to discharge redundant gas outwards; in addition, when air flows through the air flow channel, the pressure is reduced, the internal pressure of the bag body is reduced to be insufficient to expand the exhaust channel, and the air flow channel is closed due to the external air pressure, the material property of the bag body, the tension and the like; and when the bag body is filled with contents, the surface of the bag body can form a curved surface, and the clip structure is composed of two layers of same sheets, so that when the outer layer curved surface is stretched to wrap the inner layer, the attaching effect of the one-way needle hole is enhanced, thereby effectively isolating components such as water, air and the like in the outside air and realizing the function of one-way exhaust.

A one-way exhaust packaging bag of shape returns mainly includes the bag body (1), characterized by that, the upside of the said bag body (1) has upper edge seals (2), and the underside has lower edge seals (3), wherein both sides of the said lower edge seal (3) can form the structure of shape returns (4) unilaterally or symmetrically; the clip structure (4) is formed by arranging one or more circles of sealing edges at equal intervals, and a one-way needle hole (5) is further formed in the center of the clip structure (4).
2. The one-way venting package of claim 1, wherein the one-way needle hole (5) is of a puncture type or a semi-puncture type.
3. The one-way exhaust packaging bag of the clip shape according to claim 1, wherein the clip structure (4) has an air flow passage (6) between the sealed edge and the sealed edge, extending from the inner cavity of the bag body (1) and connecting to the one-way needle hole (5).

7. The bag of claim 5, wherein when the bag body (1) is made of aluminum foil, the bag is made by blowing a film, then compounding, printing, and then making a bag.

The clip-shaped one-way exhaust packaging bag according to claim 6 or claim, wherein in the bag making process, the forming of the clip-shaped structure (4) and the punching of the one-way needle holes (5) are completed by performing punching and hot pressing of a splayed knife on the bag making machine, wherein the punching of the one-way needle holes (5) specifically comprises the number, size and positions of the punching.
