Because be connected with hose 4 between flip 3 and the lid 2, so if flip 3 turned up the angle when too big, then directly pull off hose 4 easily for 4 tip of hose drop from lid 2 or stock solution chamber 31 diapire, thereby follow-up spill appears spilling hourglass when going out liquid, so in this embodiment, still be equipped with the locating part between flip 3 and the lid 2, through the locating part restriction flip 3 is the biggest flip angle of lid 2 upset relatively, and the locating part here can adopt stay cord 6, and its one end is fixed with the diapire of stock solution chamber 31, and the other end is fixed with the roof of lid 2, so when flip 3 overturns to the biggest angle, stay cord 6 just can the tensioning between flip 3 and lid 2, makes flip 3 can't continue the upset, so in order to play limiting displacement.
In order to make the immersion liquid in the liquid storage chamber 31 flow to the liquid outlet hole 311 better, in this embodiment, the bottom wall of the liquid storage chamber 31 is an inclined surface structure with a high end and a low end, the high end is recorded as a high end, the low end is recorded as a low end, the low end is located on one side of the liquid outlet hole 311, the high end is located on one side of the movable end close to the flip 3, and thus the immersion liquid in the liquid storage chamber 31 has a tendency of flowing to one side of the liquid outlet hole 311 under the action of the inclined surface structure.
Example 2
This embodiment is further improved on the basis of embodiment 1, and differs from embodiment 1 in that the tab member 52 is different.
In embodiment 1, the pull tab member 52 is an integrally formed plate structure (as shown in fig. 6), one end of which is fixed to the end of the closing tab 51 away from the hinged end of the lid 3, and the other end of which is directly fixed to the top wall of the box cover 2.
This is difficult to assemble in practice because it is necessary to fix both ends of the tab member 52 to the bottom wall of the reservoir chamber 31 and the top wall of the lid 2 in a state where the lid 3 is closed.
Therefore, the present embodiment further improves the pull tab member 52:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the pull tab member 52 includes an upper pull tab 521 fixed on the closing sheet 51 and a lower pull tab 522 fixed on the top of the box cover 2, wherein the lower end of the upper pull tab 521 is bent to the side to form a hook portion 5211, the lower pull tab 522 is provided with a bayonet 5221 for the hook portion 5211 to be inserted into, and in an assembled state, the hook portion 5211 is inserted into the bayonet 5221, wherein the upper pull tab 521 is made of a material with good rigidity, and the lower pull tab 522 is made of a material with a certain elastic deformation capability. In this embodiment, the pull-tab member 52 is separately provided as the upper pull-tab 521 and the lower pull-tab 522, so that during assembly, the upper pull-tab 521 and the lower pull-tab 522 are respectively fixed to the closing sheet 51 and the box cover 2 in a state that the flip-open cover 3 is turned up, and then only the flip-open cover 3 needs to be turned down, as shown in fig. 9, as the flip-open cover 3 is turned down, the upper pull-tab 521 is gradually pressed down, and the hook portion 5211 of the upper pull-tab 521 pushes the lower pull-tab 522 outwards (i.e. to the right in fig. 5), when the hook portion 5211 moves to the position of the bayonet 5221, the hook portion 5211 directly penetrates into the bayonet 5221, at this time, the hook portion 5211 eliminates the squeezing effect on the lower pull-tab 522, at this time, the lower pull-tab 522 can be reset under its own elastic force due to non-squeezing, so that the hook portion 5211 hooks the bayonet 5221 of the lower pull-tab 522, and then, when the flip-open cover 3 is turned up, the hook portion 5211 pulls the lower pull-tab 522 in the bayonet 5221, and thus the closure panel 51 is uncovered by the interaction of the upper tab 521 and the lower tab 522.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the upper pull tab 521 and the lower pull tab 522 can be respectively installed in the state that the flip cover 3 is turned up, and then the flip cover 3 is only needed to be covered to realize the assembly of the upper pull tab 521 and the lower pull tab 522 to form a complete pull tab member 52.
In order to enable the upper pull tab 521 to better push the lower pull tab 522 when being pressed down, in this embodiment, the upper portion of the lower pull tab 522 is bent to a side away from the hook portion 5211 to form a guide portion 5222, where the guide portion 5222 may be an arc structure, so that the hook portion 5211 will firstly abut against the arc structure of the guide portion 5222 when being pressed down, and then the lower pull tab 522 is laterally pushed, so as to finally achieve the purpose that the hook portion 5211 is clamped into the bayonet 5221.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
