In the present embodiment, the discharge bottom valve 30 includes a valve body, the outer circumference of which is provided with an emergency cut-off groove, and a valve flap attached to the upper portion of the valve body.
The discharge bottom valve 30 is fixed to the tank body 20 through a connection flange 60, a reinforcing plate 70 is provided at the connection flange 60, and the reinforcing plate 70 is disposed at the circumferential side of the connection flange 60. The inner opening of the reinforcing plate 70 in this embodiment is processed by a flanging process and is bonded and welded with the surface of the tank body 20, so as to increase the strength of the tank body 20 at the opening of the reinforcing plate 70, reduce the welding stress of the welding line area, reduce the risk of cracking of the tank body 20 at the position, and improve the safety coefficient of the tank body 20 and the pipeline.
In this embodiment, the mounting hole is located on the reinforcement beam 55 on one side of the centerline of the frame 10, and the end of the main discharge pipe 41 is connected to the bottom discharge valve 30 by bending.
The arrangement is such that when the liquid discharge pipe 40 is arranged, the liquid discharge main pipe 41 can deviate from the side direction of the center line of the frame 10 after the connection of the discharge bottom valve 30, and then extend toward the tail of the frame 10, so that a moment with a distance L3 is formed between the liquid discharge main pipe 41 and the center line of the frame 10. The moment can directly stress the unloading bottom valve 30 when the tank truck 100 is impacted by the tail so as to transmit the impact force forwards, thereby avoiding the strain on the bottom of the tank body 20.
In the present embodiment, the bottom valve 30 is an emergency cut-off valve, and when the bottom valve 30 is stressed, the weakest emergency cut-off groove on the bottom valve 30 will be cracked. However, since the valve clack and the valve body in the discharge bottom valve 30 are mutually independent, the valve clack can be closed in time when being stressed, so that the emergency cutting of the discharge bottom valve 30 is realized, the leakage of liquid in the tank body 20 from the discharge bottom valve 30 is avoided, and the occurrence of serious safety accidents is prevented.
The moment setting of the distance L3 between the main liquid unloading pipe 41 and the central line of the frame 10 is combined with the setting of the unloading bottom valve 30 as an emergency cut-off valve, so that a third protection can be formed at the bottom of the tank body 20 and the position of the unloading bottom valve 30, the strain at the bottom of the tank body 20 is avoided, the timely breaking of the unloading bottom valve 30 is ensured, and the safety performance of the tank truck 100 is effectively improved.
For the tank truck of this embodiment, the afterbody of frame is equipped with protector, and protector includes entablature, bearing diagonal and bottom end rail. The upper cross beam is vertically connected with two longitudinal beams of the frame, and the upper cross beam reinforces the structures of the two longitudinal beams. The extension plate of the inclined support is fixedly connected with the tail end of the longitudinal beam, and the bending piece surrounds the extension plate on one side to form a triangular structure so as to form a stable support below the tail end of the longitudinal beam. The lower cross beam is connected with the bottom end of the inclined support, and the outer side surface of the lower cross beam outwards exceeds the end surface of the tail end of the longitudinal beam, so that the buffer space is increased. When the tank truck is in rear-end collision, the upper cross beam, the inclined support and the lower cross beam can be mutually matched, the tail of the frame is protected under the combined action, the shock resistance of the frame is enhanced, the integral structural strength of the frame is enhanced, the buffer space of the tail of the frame when the tank truck is in rear-end collision is enlarged, the risk of the tank body being impacted and the damage degree of the tank body when the tank truck is in rear-end collision are reduced to the greatest extent, and the integral safety performance of the tank truck is improved.

the two inclined supports are respectively connected to the tail ends of the two longitudinal beams; the inclined support comprises an extension plate and a bending piece connected to the side face of the extension plate, the bending piece and the extension plate are enclosed to form a triangular structure, the end part of the extension plate exceeds the surface of the bending piece, the end part of the extension plate is fixedly connected with the tail end of the longitudinal beam, and the extension plate is positioned on the outer side of the upper cross beam;
the lower cross beam is connected to the bottom ends of the two inclined supports, the lower cross beam is arranged below the upper cross beam, and the outer side surface of the lower cross beam outwards exceeds the end surface of the tail end of the longitudinal beam.

The tank truck according to claim 2, wherein the lower cross member includes a main body portion and a fixing portion provided on an upper surface of the main body portion, the fixing portion having a smaller cross-sectional area than that of the main body portion so that a stepped structure is formed between the fixing portion and the main body portion; the bottom end of the extension plate is bent to form an L-shaped groove, and the groove is abutted to the surface of the step-shaped structure.
4. The tank truck of claim 1 wherein the protective device further comprises a plurality of crash blocks, the plurality of crash blocks being disposed at spaced apart locations on the outer side of the lower cross member, the crash blocks being made of a flexible material.

The tank truck according to claim 1, wherein the liquid discharging pipeline comprises a liquid discharging main pipe and two liquid discharging branch pipes, the liquid discharging main pipe is communicated with the two liquid discharging branch pipes through a three-way joint, and the end part of the liquid discharging main pipe is communicated with a discharging bottom valve on the tank body; the protection device further comprises a reinforcing beam, wherein the reinforcing beam is arranged on the inner side of the upper beam, and two ends of the reinforcing beam are respectively and vertically connected with the inner side surfaces of the two longitudinal beams; and the reinforcing beam is provided with a mounting hole, and the liquid discharging main pipe is fixedly arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating way.
