and seventhly, sewing the folded film at intervals along the length direction to form side sewing lines, wherein two side sewing lines are arranged at two ends of each sheet body along the width direction, when the side sewing lines are formed, the position, close to the bottom edge, of the film is provided with the spacing sewing lines in an extending mode towards the middle from the two side sewing lines, a water leakage channel for water leakage is arranged between the two spacing sewing lines, blocking sewing lines are arranged below the two spacing sewing lines on the film and below the water leakage channel, a water passing channel is formed between the blocking sewing lines and each spacing sewing line, and the distance between the spacing sewing lines and the blocking sewing lines is smaller than 10mm and larger than 5 mm. The spacing suture line is an upward convex curve, and the blocking suture line is a downward convex curve;
eighthly, after the folding, the two pull ropes are mutually overlapped, and the two pull ropes positioned at the notch of the containing cavity are sewn to form a connecting part;
performing virtual cutting on the film along the adjacent positions of the sheet bodies to form virtual cutting lines, wherein the virtual cutting lines simultaneously perform virtual cutting or cut off the positions of the adjacent pull ropes;
and tenth, folding the film for more than one time along the width direction again, and then winding to form a cleaning bag roll.

Claims (10)

1. A classified cleaning bag forming process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, realizing a spaced double-color film by using a film blowing die head, and then outputting the film into a wide film;
secondly, after the film is output, a plurality of sheet bodies are positioned on the film, each sheet body is a basic unit for forming a cleaning bag, and notches of the accommodating cavities are cut between adjacent sheet bodies and at two ends of the film in the width direction;
inputting two flaky pull ropes along the conveying direction of the film, wherein the pull ropes are positioned at the notch part of the accommodating cavity;
fourthly, the upper end and the lower end of the film are folded inwards, the folded position is located in the middle of the notch of the containing cavity to form a bending line of the containing cavity, the folded film completely covers the pull rope, and part of the pull rope is located in the notch of the containing cavity;
fifthly, sewing the folded film to form an accommodating cavity, wherein the pull rope is positioned in the accommodating cavity to realize that the pull rope is positioned between the accommodating cavity bending line and the accommodating cavity sewing line;
sixthly, folding the middle part of the film along the width direction, wherein the folded part forms a bottom edge;
seventhly, sewing the folded film at intervals along the length direction to form side sewing lines, wherein two side sewing lines are arranged at two ends of each sheet body along the width direction;
eighthly, after the folding, the two pull ropes are mutually overlapped, and the two pull ropes positioned at the notch of the containing cavity are sewn to form a connecting part;
performing virtual cutting on the film along the adjacent positions of the sheet bodies to form virtual cutting lines, wherein the virtual cutting lines simultaneously perform virtual cutting or cut off the positions of the adjacent pull ropes;
and tenth, folding the film for more than one time along the width direction again, and then winding to form a cleaning bag roll.

The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 1, wherein: and seventhly, when the side seams are formed, spacing seams are arranged on the film at the positions close to the bottom edge and extend from the two side seams to the middle, and a water leakage channel for water leakage is arranged between the two spacing seams.
3. The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 2, wherein: and barrier sewing threads are arranged below the two spaced sewing threads on the film and below the water leakage channel, and a water passage is formed between each barrier sewing thread and each spaced sewing thread.
4. The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 3, wherein: the spacing between the spacing suture line and the blocking suture line is less than 10mm and more than 5 mm.
5. The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 3, wherein: the spacing suture line is an upward convex curve, and the blocking suture line is a downward convex curve.

The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 2, wherein: in the third step, a water leakage virtual tangent line is arranged on the position, close to the bottom edge, of the film, a tearing piece is adhered to the position, located at the water leakage virtual tangent line, and used for driving the water leakage virtual tangent line to tear when the film is torn down, so that the water leakage purpose is achieved, and the water leakage virtual tangent line is located between the interval seam line and the bottom edge.

A process for forming a classified cleaning bag according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the film blowing die head comprises a feeding base, an inlet pipe is arranged at the upper end of the feeding base, a feeding hole is arranged at the middle part of the inlet pipe, a connecting hole is arranged on the side face of the feeding hole, a feeding ring groove for avoiding the connecting hole is arranged on the outer side wall of the inlet pipe, a feeding block is sleeved outside the feeding pipe on the feeding base, a first feeding port communicated with the connecting hole and a second feeding port communicated with the feeding ring groove are arranged on the feeding block, a first spiral die core is sleeved at the upper end of the feeding block and positioned on the inlet pipe, a first step part is arranged on the first spiral die core, a first spiral body is arranged on the upper end of the first step part, a first spiral line is arranged on the outer side face of the circumference of the first spiral body, a middle sleeve body is sleeved outside the first step part on the first spiral body, and a second spiral die core is arranged between the middle sleeve body and the first spiral body and positioned on the first step part, the second spiral line is arranged on the outer side face of the circumference of the second spiral mold core, a first feeding channel is formed between the first spiral mold core and the second spiral mold core, a second feeding channel is formed between the second spiral mold core and the middle sleeve body, a plurality of first communicating holes communicated with the first feeding channel and the feeding holes are formed in the first spiral mold core, a plurality of second communicating holes communicated with the second feeding channel and the feeding ring groove are formed in the first spiral mold core, a mounting hole is formed in the upper end of the first spiral mold core, a spherical mold core is rotatably arranged on the mounting hole, a confluence ring is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the second spiral mold core, an upper sleeve body is arranged on the upper end cover of the middle sleeve body, a first extending channel communicated with the first feeding channel is formed between the confluence ring and the mold core, and a second extending channel communicated with the second feeding channel is formed between the upper sleeve body and the confluence ring, and a discharge channel is formed between the upper sleeve body and the spherical mold core, and the first extension channel and the second extension channel are converged at the upper end of the collector ring and are positioned at the lower end of the discharge channel.

The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 7, wherein: the first spiral line is gradually reduced from one end close to the feeding base to one end of the spherical mold core, and the second spiral line is gradually reduced from one end close to the feeding base to one end of the spherical mold core.

The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 7, wherein: the first communicating hole is arranged into a structure which is inclined from inside to outside and from bottom to top, the inclination angle is not less than 20 degrees, the second communicating hole is arranged into a structure which is inclined from inside to outside and from bottom to top, and the inclination angle is not less than 20 degrees.

The classified cleaning bag forming process according to claim 7, wherein: an airflow channel communicated with the mounting hole is formed in the first spiral mold core, an air outlet channel is formed in the middle of the spherical mold core, an air inlet channel is formed between the spherical mold core and the first spiral body, and the air inlet channel is communicated with the first extension channel.
