Abstract
The invention discloses an insulated bolt fastening tool, which is used for assembling and fastening a torque bolt to a corresponding screw hole, and comprises: the top of the insulating rod is provided with a rod head; the sleeve insulating sleeve is arranged on the rod head of the insulating rod; a sleeve wrapped in a sleeve insulating sleeve, the sleeve for mounting the torque bolt; the magnetic ring is sleeved on the torque bolt and adsorbs the torque bolt on the sleeve; and rotating the insulating rod to enable the torque bolt to be assembled with the screw hole, and when the rated torque-off moment of the torque bolt is reached, the torque bolt is broken, so that a part of the torque bolt is fixedly installed in the screw hole. Background
Live working is a mode of electric power maintenance work, and mainly adopts an insulating tool to complete the actions of dismounting and mounting equipment and the like. The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which are included to illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The terms of direction and position of the present invention, such as "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inside", "outside", "top", "bottom", "side", etc., refer to the direction and position of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the use of directional and positional terms is intended to illustrate and understand the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an insulating bolt fastening tool for fitting and fastening a torque bolt 4 to a corresponding screw hole, the insulating bolt fastening tool including:
the insulation rod 1 is provided with a rod head 10 at the top;
a sleeve insulating sleeve 2 mounted on the rod head 10 of the insulating rod 1;
the sleeve 3 is wrapped in the sleeve insulating sleeve 2, and the sleeve 3 is used for mounting a torque bolt 4;
the magnetic ring 5 is sleeved on the torque bolt 4, and the torque bolt 4 is adsorbed on the sleeve 3 by the magnetic ring 5;
rotating the insulating rod 1 to assemble the torque bolt 4 with the screw hole, and when the rated torque-off moment of the torque bolt 4 is reached, the torque bolt 4 is broken, so that a part of the torque bolt is fixedly installed in the screw hole.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2-5, the top of the insulating rod 1 has a rod head 10, and the rod head 10 is provided with an assembling groove 11. The sleeve insulating sleeve 2 is a hollow cylinder, the outer surface of the sleeve insulating sleeve is provided with a lug 21, when the sleeve insulating sleeve 2 is assembled with the insulating rod 1, the lug 21 of the sleeve insulating sleeve 2 is clamped in the assembling groove 11 to stop, and the insulating rod 1 rotates to drive the sleeve insulating sleeve 2 to rotate. The sleeve insulating sleeve 2 is used for wrapping the sleeve 3, so that the exposed metal area is reduced, and the operation safety is ensured.
The torque bolt 4 to be fastened and installed in the embodiment is made of nylon, and comprises a screw 40, an upper nut 42 and a lower nut 41 from top to bottom, wherein the lower nut 41 is provided with a regular hexagon outer edge, the height of the lower nut is 8mm, the diameter of a circumscribed circle is 12mm, the upper nut 42 is a cylinder, the outer diameter of the upper nut is 9.5mm, and the height of the upper nut is 8 mm; the upper nut 42 is fixedly assembled with the screw 40; the upper nut 42 and the lower nut 41 are connected by a connecting column 43, the connecting column 43 being a cylinder with an outer diameter of 4mm, as an example, with a rated torque of 2 nm. The screw 40 was threaded M8 x 1.25 metric.
The sleeve 3 material is 45# steel for installation moment of torsion bolt 4, and it is the cylinder, and the external diameter is 20mm, and the height is 40 mm. The top of the sleeve 3 is provided with a first groove 31 and a second groove 32, the first groove 31 is a regular hexagon, the depth is 8.5mm, the diameter of an external circle thereof is 12.5mm, and the first groove is used for being assembled with a lower nut 41 of the torque bolt 4; the second groove is circular, has the inner diameter of 15.5mm and the depth of 2mm and is used for being assembled with the magnetic ring 5. The sleeve 3 and the sleeve insulating sleeve 2 are fixed in a bonding mode. It should be noted that, the sleeve 3 is a cavity 33 below the first groove 31 and the second groove 32, and the hollow structure can reduce the overall weight for convenient operation.
The magnetic ring 5 is a standard neodymium iron boron strong magnet with the inner diameter of 10mm, the outer diameter of 15mm and the thickness of 3 mm. The magnetic ring 5 is sleeved on the upper nut 42 of the torque bolt 4 and is pressed on the second groove 32 of the sleeve 3, so that the torque bolt 4 is pressed and adsorbed on the sleeve 3.
The following describes a process of fitting and fastening the torque bolt 4 to a corresponding screw hole (not shown) using the insulated bolt fastening tool of the present embodiment:
firstly, the torque bolt 4 is sleeved with the magnetic ring 5 from top to bottom, and the torque bolt 4 and the magnetic ring 5 are adsorbed on the sleeve 3. A worker lifts the insulating rod 1 to align with a screw hole to be fastened, rotates the insulating rod 1 clockwise, drives the sleeve 3 to rotate by the sleeve insulating sleeve 2, rotates the lower nut 41 of the torque bolt 4 assembled in the first groove 31 of the sleeve 3, and screws 40 are screwed into the screw hole; when the torque of the further rotation of the insulating rod 1 reaches the rated torque-off moment of the torque bolt 4, i.e. the rated torque-off moment of the connecting stud 43 of the torque bolt 4, the connecting stud 43 will break, whereby the torque bolt 4 breaks into two parts: a screw 40 and an upper nut 42 are arranged in part, a lower nut 41 is arranged in part, the screw 40 and the upper nut 42 are arranged and fastened on the screw hole, and the lower nut 41 is pressed and remained on the sleeve 3 by the magnetic ring 5. It will be appreciated that achieving a nominal twist-off torque also means that the screw 40 and upper nut 42 achieve a tightening torque that will effect a tight fit with the threaded bore. After the fastening operation is completed, the worker puts down the insulating rod 1, detaches the magnetic ring 5, takes out the lower nut 41 of the torque bolt 4, and can repeat the steps, install a new torque bolt 4, and repeatedly use the magnetic ring 5.
As can be seen from the above description, compared with the prior art, the implementation of the present invention has the following advantages: the sleeve provided with the torque bolt is driven to rotate by rotating the insulating rod, the torque bolt is adsorbed on the sleeve under the action of the magnetic ring, a screw rod of the torque bolt is screwed into a screw hole to be fastened, when the rated torque is achieved, the torque bolt is broken, the screw rod, the upper nut and the screw hole are fastened and assembled, and the remaining lower nut can be replaced by a new torque bolt after being removed, so that repeated operation is realized; the staff need not the climbing, can conveniently, swiftly accomplish the fastening operation subaerial, has promoted the convenience of power equipment fastening installation greatly.

Claims (10)
1. An insulated bolt fastening tool for fitting and fastening a torque bolt to a corresponding screw hole, comprising:
the top of the insulating rod is provided with a rod head;
the sleeve insulating sleeve is arranged on the rod head of the insulating rod;
a sleeve wrapped within the sleeve insulator sleeve, the sleeve for mounting the torque bolt;
the magnetic ring is sleeved on the torque bolt and adsorbs the torque bolt on the sleeve;
and rotating the insulating rod to enable the torque bolt to be assembled with the screw hole, and when the rated torque-off moment of the torque bolt is reached, the torque bolt is broken, so that a part of the torque bolt is fixedly installed in the screw hole.
2. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 1, wherein the rod head is provided with an assembly groove, and the sleeve insulating sleeve is provided with a lug on an outer surface thereof, the lug being engaged in the assembly groove.
3. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 1, wherein the torque bolt is made of nylon and comprises a screw, an upper nut and a lower nut from top to bottom, the upper nut and the screw are fixedly assembled, and the upper nut and the lower nut are connected through a connecting column.
4. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 3, wherein the lower nut has a regular hexagonal outer periphery and the upper nut is a cylindrical body.
5. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 4, wherein the sleeve has a first recess and a second recess at the top thereof, the first recess being a regular hexagon for fitting with the lower nut of the torque bolt; the second groove is circular and is used for being assembled with the magnetic ring.
6. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 5, wherein the sleeve has a cavity below the first and second recesses.
7. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 1, wherein the sleeve and the sleeve insulating sleeve are adhesively secured.
8. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 5, wherein the magnetic ring is fitted over the upper nut of the torque bolt and pressed against the second groove of the sleeve, thereby pressing and attracting the torque bolt to the sleeve.
9. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 3, wherein when a rated torque-off torque of the torque bolt is reached, the torque bolt breaks into two parts: the screw rod and the upper nut are installed and fastened on the screw hole, and the lower nut is pressed and retained on the sleeve by the magnetic ring.
10. The insulated bolt fastening tool of claim 9, wherein the rated torque-off torque is 2 nm.
