The polishing of the lower side wall of the steel pipe and the chamfering of the inner wall of the bottom are completed through the bottom polishing device, and meanwhile, the top of the steel pipe is chamfered and the upper side wall of the steel pipe is polished by changing the state of the polishing head, so that the steps and required equipment for polishing the steel pipe are reduced, and the polishing efficiency of the steel pipe is improved.

the device comprises a sliding plate, a fixed column, a bottom polishing device, a top polishing device, a limiting device and a lifting device;
the top polishing device is arranged on the fixed column;
the limiting device and the bottom polishing device lifting device are sequentially arranged on the sliding plate in a sliding manner;
the top grinding device comprises: the polishing motor is fixed on the polishing head of the polishing motor rotor;
the bottom grinding device is suitable for chamfering the bottom of the inserted steel pipe and polishing the side wall of the lower part of the inserted steel pipe, and the bottom grinding device is suitable for enabling the steel pipe to be concentric with the grinding head in the sliding process;
the bottom of the bottom grinding device is provided with a lifting cylinder and is suitable for inserting the steel pipe into the grinding head under the driving of the lifting cylinder;
the limiting device is suitable for limiting the polishing head, the polishing head enters a first state, and chamfering of the top of the steel pipe is completed under the driving of the polishing motor;
the lifting device is suitable for lifting the polishing head after the limiting device releases the limiting, the polishing head enters a second state, and the polishing of the side wall of the upper portion of the steel pipe is completed under the driving of the polishing motor.

the grinding device comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a limiting ring, a movable clamping ring and a plurality of grinding fins;
one end of the outer sleeve is fixed on a rotor of the polishing motor, and the other end of the outer sleeve is sleeved with the inner sleeve, the limiting ring, the movable clamping ring and the plurality of polishing fins;
a first limiting table radially extends out of the inner wall of the upper part of the inner sleeve;
the plurality of polishing fins are arranged on the first limiting table in a surrounding mode and are suitable for being clamped between the limiting ring and the first limiting table of the inner sleeve through the limiting ring;
a second limiting table radially extends out of the inner wall of the lower part of the sleeve;
the distance from the second limiting table to the axis is smaller than the distance from the first limiting table to the axis;
the movable clamping ring is inserted into the inner sleeve from one end, far away from the limiting ring, of the inner sleeve and is clamped on the second limiting table, and the movable clamping ring is suitable for moving up and down in the inner sleeve;
the movable clamping ring is abutted against the polishing fin and is suitable for changing the distance between the polishing fin and the axis of the inner sleeve when the movable clamping ring moves up and down.
3. The grinding device for metal structural parts according to claim 2, wherein one end of the movable snap ring, which is far away from the inner sleeve, extends outwards in a radial direction to form a butting ring;

limiting a polishing head of the top polishing device through a limiting device to enable the polishing head to enter a first state, and finishing chamfering the top of the steel pipe;
after the limiting device relieves the limiting, the polishing head is lifted through the lifting device, so that the polishing head enters a second state, and the polishing of the side wall of the upper part of the steel pipe is completed.
