Principle of operation
When the horn dispenser starts to start from a static state, the horn inner core 30 and the horn shell 31 are arranged at a dispensing position, the positioning air rod 19 is internally inflated to push the positioning base 28 to move and contact the horn shell 31, the positioning base 28 pushes the circumferential line rail 64 to contract the radius, the circumferential line rail 64 pushes the circumferential roller 63 and further pushes the dispensing slide rod 34 to move, the adjusting runner 23 is rotated, the adjusting runner 23 drives the adjusting sleeve 22 to move through the adjusting screw rod 25, the dispensing slide rod 34 pushes the dispenser 20 to move under the action of the dispensing spring 33, and the dispenser 20 drives the dispensing tube 32 to move to a joint of the horn inner core 30 and the horn shell 31 and then stops rotating the adjusting runner 23.
At this time, the lifting motor 12 is started to drive the lifting screw 14 to rotate, the lifting screw 14 drives the lifting block 36 to move the dispensing hose 32 to a proper dispensing height, the stirring motor 38 is started to drive the stirring pinion 40 to rotate, the stirring pinion 40 drives the stirring rod 42 to rotate through the stirring large gear 39, the stirring rod 42 drives the stirring rod 42 to rotate to break up bubbles in the glue, and the phenomenon that the bubbles exist in the glue to cause empty dispensing and glue leakage in the dispensing process is prevented.
At this time, the air pump hose 15 starts to inflate, the pressure-bearing surface of the exhaust piston 41 moves towards the glue-pressing piston 49, the glue between the exhaust piston 41 and the glue-pressing piston 49 is pressed, and small bubbles in the glue rise to the gas-collecting pit on the lower surface of the exhaust piston 41 and are discharged through the exhaust ball 57. At this time, the lock valve ejector rod 55 contacts the glue pressing piston 49, the lock valve ejector rod 55 pushes the lock valve sliding rod 58 to move towards the glue inlet valve 47 to clamp the glue inlet valve 47, the glue pressing piston 49 moves towards the glue dispensing tube 32 under the action of the lock valve ejector rod 55 to start glue dispensing, meanwhile, the rotating motor 35 is started to drive the rotating pinion 11 to rotate, the rotating pinion 11 drives the rotating rod 16 to rotate through the rotating large gear 13, the glue dispensing machine 20 performs circular motion by taking the rotating rod 16 as a circle center, the circular roller 63 rolls along the track of the circular line rail 64 to ensure that the motion track of the glue dispensing tube 32 corresponds to a glue dispensing seam, and the glue dispensing tube 32 performs glue dispensing on the seam between the horn shell 31 and the horn inner core 30.
When glue discharging is finished, the glue cleaning slide rod 50 contacts the bottom of the glue dispenser 20, the glue cleaning slide rod 50 pushes the glue cleaning bayonet lock 52 to move towards the direction far away from the glue cleaning rod 46, the glue cleaning bayonet lock 52 is separated from the glue cleaning rod 46, at the moment, high-pressure gas in the air pump hose 15 pushes the glue cleaning rod 46 to move towards the glue dispensing tube 32 and enter the glue dispensing tube 32, the glue in the glue dispensing tube 32 is pushed out of the glue dispensing tube 32 by the glue cleaning rod 46 to be cleaned, the phenomenon of wire drawing after glue dispensing is finished is prevented, and when the glue cleaning rod 46 moves to a certain position, the limiting bayonet lock 60 clamps the bayonet on the side wall of the glue cleaning rod 46 to limit.
After dispensing, air is pumped from the air pump hose 15, the glue cleaning rod 46 is firstly pumped back to the original position by negative pressure, the air exhaust piston 41 drives the glue inlet valve 47 to reset, the stirring blade 43 is in a negative pressure state in the resetting process, glue enters the glue storage box 17 from the inside of the glue storage box 17 through the feeding ball 44 to be supplemented into the glue dispenser 20, air outside the glue storage box 17 enters the glue storage box 17 from the opening of the glue storage box 17, and the sliding rubber plate 18 moves towards the glue dispenser 20 along with the glue surface to keep pressure balance.
