In one possible implementation, the measuring device 60 comprises a fiber diameter gauge for measuring the diameter of the optical fiber 30. When the diameter of the optical fiber 30 exceeds the standard range, the controller 50 records the corresponding position and marks the position on the final disc for winding the optical fiber 30, so that the final quality tracing is facilitated.
For optical fibers 30 that require coloring and color ring printing, the step of detecting the coloring of the coloring system 20 can be performed before or after the color ring printing.

in the direction of transport along the optical fiber 30, the coloring system 20, the measuring device 60 and the color circle printing system 40 are all located between the pay-off assembly 11 and the drawing assembly 12. The optical fiber 30 released from the pay-off assembly 11 is finally wound up by the take-up assembly 13 under the pulling action of the pulling assembly 12.
In a possible embodiment, the pay-off assembly 11 includes a pay-off bracket 114, a pay-off reel 111, at least one pay-off wheel 112 and at least one pay-off fixed wheel 113, the pay-off reel 111, the pay-off wheel 112 and the pay-off fixed wheel 113 are rotatably disposed on the pay-off bracket 114, the pay-off wheel 112 is configured to move away from or close to the pay-off fixed wheel 113, and the optical fiber 30 released by the pay-off reel 111 is conveyed to the coloring system 20 through the pay-off wheel 112 and the pay-off fixed wheel 113.
The pay-off bracket 114 may be a shaft for hanging the pay-off reel 111, the pay-off reel 111 rotates on the pay-off bracket 114 for releasing the optical fiber 30 wound on the pay-off reel 111, and in order to match the releasing speed of the optical fiber 30 with the speed of the optical fiber 30 required to pass through by the coloring system 20 and the color ring printing system 40, the pay-off pulley 112 and the pay-off fixed pulley 113 are provided for adjusting the releasing speed of the optical fiber 30, and the pay-off pulley 112 is pulled to move away from or close to the pay-off fixed pulley 113 under the pulling action of the optical fiber 30, considering that the length of the optical fiber 30 released by one rotation of the pay-off reel 111 gradually decreases with the gradual release of one roll of the optical fiber 30.
It is easily understood that when the speed of releasing the optical fiber 30 by the pay-off reel 111 is less than the speed of the optical fiber 30 required to pass through the coloring system 20 and the color ring printing system 40, the pay-off wheel 112 moves to a direction close to the pay-off fixed wheel 113, so that the length of the optical fiber 30 between the pay-off wheel 112 and the pay-off fixed wheel 113 is shortened, thereby relieving the drawing of the optical fiber 30 by the coloring system 20 and the color ring printing system 40, and enabling the release speed of the optical fiber 30 to match the speed of the optical fiber 30 required to pass through the coloring system 20 and the color ring printing system 40; conversely, when the speed of releasing the optical fiber 30 from the pay-off reel 111 is greater than the speed of the optical fiber 30 required to pass through the coloring system 20 and the color circle printing system 40, the pay-off pulley 112 moves away from the pay-off stator 113, so that the length of the optical fiber 30 between the pay-off pulley 112 and the pay-off stator 113 is increased, and the release speed of the optical fiber 30 is matched with the speed of the optical fiber 30 required to pass through the coloring system 20 and the color circle printing system 40.
The paying-off driving wheel 112 is configured to move in a direction away from or close to the paying-off fixed wheel 113, and may move in a direction away from or close to the paying-off fixed wheel 113 in the axial direction of the mounting paying-off driving wheel 112, so as to drive the paying-off driving wheel 112 to move in a direction away from or close to the paying-off fixed wheel 113.

It will be readily appreciated that when the speed of the optical fiber 30 passing through the coloring system 20 and the color wheel printing system 40 is greater than the speed of the optical fiber 30 wound on the take-up reel 131, the take-up pulley 132 moves away from the take-up pulley 133; when the speed of the optical fiber 30 passing through the coloring system 20 and the color ring printing system 40 is lower than the speed of the optical fiber 30 wound on the take-up reel 131, the take-up pulley 132 moves towards the direction close to the take-up fixed pulley 133, so that the winding speed of the optical fiber 30 is matched with the speed of the optical fiber 30 passing through the coloring system 20 and the color ring printing system 40 by changing the length of the optical fiber 30 between the take-up pulley 132 and the take-up fixed pulley 133.

The take-up assembly 13 includes a take-up bracket 134, a take-up reel 131, a plurality of take-up driving wheels 132 and a plurality of take-up fixed wheels 133, and the optical fiber 30 delivered by the traction assembly 12 is alternately wound on the take-up reel 131 through the plurality of take-up driving wheels 132 and the plurality of take-up fixed wheels 133.
