Therefore, reliability tests are continuously popularized and developed, and the requirements of various large-scale products, cabin-level products and large-scale missile comprehensive environment test projects are more and more. With the continuous increase of the weight and the size of the product, the test conditions are more and more complex, and new requirements are also provided for the comprehensive environment reliability test boundary simulation technology of the large-scale product.
In performing comprehensive environmental tests, it is often necessary to apply temperature, humidity, vibration and electrical stress to the product. Wherein, the temperature and humidity stress is usually applied by a test chamber; the vibration stress is matched with a suspension system, a mechanical decoupling device, a test fixture and the like through a vibration table to transmit force to a tested product. The vibration loading test system is connected with the test box through the sealing device, and is used for constructing a complete comprehensive environment reliability test boundary, so that the free motion of the vibration table can be met, the sealing of the test box can be ensured, and the uniform control of temperature and humidity can be realized.
At present, a sealing device commonly used in the reliability test of the domestic comprehensive environment is made of black sponge foam materials or silicon rubber materials, has a heat preservation function, is relatively soft, is convenient for realizing the sealing of a test box, and does not influence the work of a vibration table. The heat-insulating property of the silicone rubber material is slightly lower than that of the black sponge foam material, but the stretch-proofing property is good, for a small-sized comprehensive environment reliability test system, the hole reserved for the vibrating table by the test box bottom plate can be well matched with the table top of the vibrating table generally, and for the test system, various test stresses required to be output by the test box bottom plate are relatively mild, so the silicone rubber material is selected more, and is in threaded connection with the two ends of the test box and the vibrating table to realize sealing. The black sponge foam has good cutting and sticking performances, and is mostly used for sealing a large-scale comprehensive environment reliability test system.
In practice, however, the large-scale comprehensive environment reliability test system is convenient for actual installation and operation, and the reserved mounting holes of the bottom plate of the test box are generally large and are not easy to seal; the tested products using the sealing ring for carrying out tests are generally large in weight and size, irregular in shape and different in size of test clamps, so that the sealing difficulty in each test is increased; and because the heat preservation time that the product needs is long, vibration displacement is big etc. leads to sealed damage easily, influences test system operational reliability, influences experimental effect.

Compared with the traditional seal, the invention has the outstanding characteristics that:

3) the novel sealing device can be used repeatedly, is simple to splice and install, can reduce the consumption of materials, and has better economic benefit;

The required heat preservation time of the tested product is prolonged due to the fact that the size and the weight of the tested product are continuously increased, and the black sponge foam heat preservation material is easy to harden and crisp after being in a high-temperature high-humidity environment for a long time; the test system is very easy to tear and damage under the action of vibration stress, so that the overall sealing effect of the test system is damaged, and the test effect is influenced. And such seals are often broken following completion of the test and cannot be reused, which is not economical. And the risk that the sealing is damaged by mistakenly trampling by workers and even the falling and the injury of the workers occur easily. Therefore, a modular removable integrated environmental test sealing device needs to be designed.
The sealing device is limited by the existing conditions of a test site, test equipment and the like, and the actual installation process is considered, so that the sealing device can be installed and implemented only after the test system is built and the product is installed in place. Therefore, the sealing device has to be designed in consideration of compact and reliable structure, not only saves space, but also meets the functional requirements, and is convenient for personnel to carry and assemble.
The sealing device has good heat preservation effect under the alternating influence of continuous temperature and humidity stress, so that the circulation of the temperature and the humidity inside the test box is realized, the vibration table body outside the test box is prevented from being influenced by the temperature and the humidity stress inside the test box, and the vibration table is in a good and comfortable working environment;
one end of the sealing device is connected to the bottom plate of the test box and is in a fixed state; one end of the vibration system is connected with the vibration system and is in a motion state when vibration stress is loaded. A part of flexible connection is required, so that sealing can be realized, and the heat preservation requirement is met; the working movement of the vibration table cannot be disturbed, and certain tensile deformation can be borne.
Aiming at a series of problems, the invention provides a modularized detachable sealing device for comprehensive environmental tests, which adopts a heat-insulating plate with certain strength for modularized treatment, has uniform specification and is convenient for splicing by a buckle design; after the insulation boards are spliced into a square shape, the insulation boards can be further spliced and extended upwards according to actual use requirements, so that the sealing between the insulation boards and the vibration system is in a proper relative height position; after the insulation boards are spliced to a proper height, necking is carried out by using two insulation boards with semicircular middle parts, and a mounting hole reserved in the bottom plate of the test box is subjected to necking through the semicircular insulation boards, so that a gap between the insulation boards and a mounting position reserved in a vibration system is reduced; and finishing final flexible connection sealing by using a silica gel skin, a circular pressing strip, a screw, a clamping ring and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, a modular removable integrated environmental test seal apparatus comprises: (1) the bottom heat-preservation bracket 1 is butted with the original preformed hole of the test box; (2) the insulation board 2 can be spliced and extended; (3) the heat preservation cover plate 3 is used for reducing the flexible connection hole and is provided with a semicircular gap; (4) a rubber material sealing plate 4 for flexible connection and sealing; 5) a sealing component 5 such as a clamping ring, a semicircular pressing strip, a screw, a buckle and the like.
The heat preservation bracket 1 can be fixed around a reserved hole of a bottom plate of the test box and can not be detached at ordinary times; according to the height of the vibration system, the heat insulation plates 2 with proper quantity are spliced above the heat insulation support 1, two heat insulation cover plates 3 with semicircular notches are arranged on the upper surfaces of the heat insulation plates 2, the sealing plates 4 are fixed on the heat insulation cover plates 3 through semicircular pressing strips, and are fixed on the vibration system through sealing components such as clamping rings, so that sealing is realized. After the test is finished, the insulation board 2, the insulation cover plate 3, the sealing plate 4 and the sealing assembly 5 are only needed to be removed, and the test can be recovered. And the insulation board 2, the insulation cover plate 3, the sealing plate 4 and the sealing assembly 5 can be used for other comprehensive environment test systems and can be used repeatedly.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a test chamber and a vibration table added on the basis of fig. 1, and shows a complete sealing effect.
The procedure for carrying out the sealing of the comprehensive environment test is as follows:
1) a bottom heat preservation bracket 1 is fixedly arranged in a reserved hole of a bottom plate of the test box;
2) after other processes are finished and sealing work is carried out, according to the height of a vibration system, splicing a proper number of insulation boards 2 above the insulation support 1, and extending the sealing opening of the bottom plate of the test box;
3) 2 heat preservation cover plates 3 with semicircular gaps are arranged on the upper surface of the heat preservation plate 2, so that the requirement of flexible sealing connection is reduced;
4) the sealing plate 4 is fixed on the heat-insulating cover plate 3 by a semicircular pressing strip and is fixed on the vibration system by sealing components such as a clamping ring and the like to realize sealing.
After the test is finished, the state of the test system can be recovered only by detaching the heat insulation plate 2, the heat insulation cover plate 3, the sealing plate 4 and the sealing assembly 5. And the insulation board 2, the insulation cover plate 3, the sealing plate 4 and the sealing assembly 5 can be used for other comprehensive environment test systems and can be used repeatedly.
