As shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the rod connecting seat 1 may be provided with a plug screw anti-withdrawal tooth 19 which can be bent along the radial direction of the threaded hole 18, and when the plug screw 4 is not provided with the self-breaking groove 42 and the driving section 45, the plug screw anti-withdrawal tooth 19 may be directly matched with the upper end surface of the plug screw 4; when the screw plug 4 is in the structure shown in fig. 7 (i.e. the screw plug is provided with the self-breaking groove 42 and the driving section 45), the screw plug anti-back tooth 19 can be matched with the self-breaking groove 42, the screw plug anti-back tooth 19 is in a specially designed structure, the screw thread section 41 of the screw plug 4 can smoothly pass through the screw plug anti-back tooth 19, after the self-breaking groove 42 of the screw plug 4 is positioned at the screw plug anti-back tooth 19 at the upper end of the rod connecting seat 1, the screw plug anti-back tooth 19 is slightly deformed (i.e. radially bent) by pressing the screw plug anti-back tooth 19 through a tool, so that the screw plug anti-back tooth 19 is limited in the self-breaking groove 42, thus the screw plug 4 can be prevented from falling and losing in the transportation process or the operation, the configuration of a screw plug pre-holding tool (i.e. a pre-locking screwdriver) can be reduced, the weight of a tool kit can be lightened, and the cost can be reduced. The screw stopper retreat preventing teeth 19 may be uniformly distributed on the upper end surface of the rod connecting socket 1, and the number thereof may be 6 in fig. 4(b) and 4 in fig. 4 (c).
In order to facilitate the connection and fixation of tools such as a rod placing device and the like on the rod connecting seat 1, the upper end of the rod connecting seat 1 can be provided with a tool matching groove 17, the shape of the tool matching groove 17 can be flexibly arranged according to the needs in the operation, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the tool matching groove 17 is an annular groove, and the positioning ring 61 of the connecting rod anti-falling part 6 can be sleeved at the annular groove. In the modified structure shown in fig. 4(c), and in the embodiment shown in fig. 11 to 15, the tool engagement grooves 17 are a pair of recesses located on both sides of the stick attachment base 1.
When the rod connecting seat 1 is used for placing a rod, tools such as a rod placing device are firstly pulled and fixed on the tool matching groove 17 of the rod connecting seat 1, the connecting rod 5 is pulled to the working center of the C-shaped groove 10 of the rod connecting seat 1 along the guide opening 15 by the moving arm of the rod placing device, and then the screw plug plum blossom 44 at the tail part of the screw plug 4 is driven by the screwdriver, so that the screw plug 4 compresses the connecting rod 5 to achieve the final locking state.

The inventor finds that the existing pedicle screw has a structure that the screw seat and the screw body are usually integrated, when the screw is placed, the screw seat and the screw body need to be placed into an operation position at the same time, the visual field is narrow due to the existence of the screw seat, the operation of placing the screw by a doctor is inconvenient, and the muscle tissue is easily irritated to cause damage, so that the pain of a patient is increased, and the time in the screw placing process is increased. To solve this problem, the present finding preferably takes the following structural form:
as shown in fig. 3-5 and 8-9, the upper end of the nail body 3 may be provided with a ball head 31, a mounting hole 100 communicating with the C-shaped groove 10 and used for accommodating the ball head 31 is arranged below the rod connecting seat 1, a gasket 2 capable of moving up and down is arranged in the mounting hole 100, the gasket 2 is provided with a ball socket 25 matched with the ball head 31, the gasket 2 is provided with a plurality of longitudinal slots 24 capable of elastically expanding the gasket 2, the gasket 2 is expanded by the ball head 31 after the ball head 31 enters the mounting hole 100 (shown in fig. 10 (C), specifically, the diameter C1 of the ball head 31 is equal to the inner diameter B3 of the ball socket 25 of the gasket 2, the diameter C1 of the ball head 31 is smaller than the aperture a1 of the through hole 11 at the lower end of the mounting hole 100, the size a2 at the middle of the mounting hole 100 is larger than the maximum outer diameter B2 when the gasket 2 is not expanded, the diameter C1 of the ball head 31 is larger than the inner diameter B1 when the gasket 2 is not expanded), and both form a ball-socket fit structure (shown in fig. 10 (d), when the ball 31 moves downward and is separated from the mounting hole 100 (as shown in fig. 10 (e)), the gasket 2 moves downward along with the ball 31 so that the ball 31 is clamped at the lower opening (i.e. the through hole 11) of the mounting hole 100 (specifically, the sum of the width C2 of the lower end of the ball 31 and the thicknesses of the two sides of the lower end of the gasket 2 is greater than the aperture a1 of the lower opening of the mounting hole 100).
To prevent the spacer 2 from coming out of the mounting hole 100, the diameter a1 of the lower end opening of the mounting hole 100 is preferably smaller than the maximum outer diameter B2 when the spacer 2 is not spread. Therefore, the gasket 2 can be pre-installed in the installation hole 100 of the rod connecting seat 1 before delivery, and delivered as a component of the system, so that the operation steps of a doctor in an operation are simplified, the operation efficiency is improved, and the doctor is helped to complete the operation simply, conveniently and quickly.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4-5, the opening of the C-shaped groove 10 of the rod connecting socket 1 may be provided with a guide groove 15 to facilitate guiding the connecting rod 5 into the C-shaped groove 10; the mounting hole 100 may include a via hole 11 at a lower end, an expansion limiting groove 13 at a middle portion, and a fitting hole 14 at an upper portion; the outer surface of the gasket 2 may include an outer mating surface 22 at a lower portion to mate with the through hole 11, an expansion limiting surface 23 at a middle portion to mate with the expansion limiting groove 13, and a mating axial surface 28 at an upper portion to mate with the mating hole 14.
When the nail connecting seat is used in an operation, the nail body 3 can be firstly placed on a corresponding vertebral body, after the nail is placed, the rod connecting seat 1 provided with the gasket 2 and the screw plug 4 is placed on the ball head 31 at the upper end of the nail body 3 (as shown in (a) in fig. 10), the straight body surface of the through hole 11 of the mounting hole 100 firstly contacts the upper part of the ball head 31 of the nail body 3, the ball head 31 pushes the gasket 2 to move upwards in the mounting hole 100 (as shown in (b) in fig. 10) along with the continuous movement (towards the direction of the nail body 3) of the rod connecting seat 1), when the expansion limiting surface 23 on the outer surface of the gasket 2 is positioned in the expansion limiting groove 13 in the middle of the mounting hole 100, the expansion limiting groove 13 is matched with the expansion limiting surface 23 to block the gasket 2 to move upwards, and along with the continuous downward movement of the rod connecting seat 1, the outer matching surface 22 and the limiting surface 26 of the gasket 2 are propped open by the ball head 31 (as shown in (c) in fig. 10) under the action of the longitudinal open groove 24, the ball head 31 enters the ball socket 25 of the shim 2 through the ball head limiting surface 26 to form a ball head-ball socket matching structure (as shown in fig. 10 (d)), the implantation of the pedicle screw is completed, and then the connecting rod 5 is locked and fixed in the C-shaped groove 10 according to the conventional technology.
According to the pedicle screw, the rod connecting seat (screw seat) and the screw body are of a split structure, when the screw is placed, the rod connecting seat and the screw body are not required to be placed into an operation part at the same time, the screw body can be placed into a corresponding vertebral body firstly, the rod connecting seat is not attached, the size is small, the visual field is wide, the screw placing operation of a doctor is facilitated, the damage caused by irritation to muscle tissues can be reduced or avoided when the screw is placed, the safety of operation treatment and the accuracy of the screw placing are greatly improved, the pain of a patient is relieved, and the time in the screw placing process is shortened; the special design of the gasket can make the matching axial surface 28 minimum, thereby making the matching hole 14 of the mounting hole 100 minimum, ensuring the thickness and strength of the rod connecting seat 1 and improving the safety performance.
The upper end of the gasket 2 may be provided with a rod bearing portion 27, when the connecting rod 5 is locked in the C-shaped groove 10, the lower end of the gasket 2 is located at the lower end opening (i.e. the through hole 11) of the mounting hole 100, and in the process of locking the connecting rod 5 in the C-shaped groove 10 in operation, the connecting rod 5 presses the rod bearing portion 27 of the gasket 2 downward, so that the gasket 2 moves downward, so that the matching structure formed by the ball head 31 and the ball socket 25 moves downward, because the sum of the width C2 of the lower end of the ball head 31 and the thicknesses of both sides of the lower end of the gasket 2 is greater than the aperture a1 of the lower end opening of the mounting hole 100, the through hole 11 of the mounting hole 100 presses the outer matching surface 22 of the gasket 2 (as shown in (e) in fig. 10, thereby axially contracting the outer matching surface 22, further making the ball socket 25 and the ball head 31 tightly embrace, finally forming self-locking, and achieving final locking fixation.
In order to facilitate the installation of the through hole 11 of the hole 100 to extrude the outer fitting surface 22 of the gasket 2, and further facilitate the ball socket 25 to hold the ball head 31 tightly, the present embodiment may have the following structural form:
structural form one (not shown): the inner surface of the lower end opening of the mounting hole is provided with a first oblique conical surface, and the outer surface of the lower end of the gasket is provided with a second oblique conical surface matched with the first oblique conical surface;
structural form two (not shown): the inner surface of the lower end opening of the mounting hole is provided with a first arc surface, and the outer surface of the lower end of the gasket is provided with a second arc surface matched with the first arc surface.
As shown in fig. 4-5, a vertical guiding rotation-preventing platform 21 may be disposed on the rod bearing portion 27, a guiding rotation-preventing groove 12 matched with the guiding rotation-preventing platform 21 is disposed on a side surface of the C-shaped groove 10 on the rod connecting base 1, when the gasket 2 is installed in the installation hole 100 of the rod connecting base 1 through the via hole 11, the gasket 2 enters a corresponding position along the guiding rotation-preventing groove 12 on the side surface of the C-shaped groove 10 through the guiding rotation-preventing platform 21 on the rod bearing portion 27, and simultaneously, the degree of freedom of axial rotation of the gasket 2 in the installation hole 100 is limited, so that the time for attaching the connecting rod attaching surface (i.e., the upper end surface of the rod bearing portion 27) on the rod bearing portion 27 to the connecting rod 5 is reduced, and the time in the process of nail placement is further shortened.
As shown in fig. 5 (c), the longitudinal slot 24 is preferably in the shape of an elongated bell; the root of the longitudinal slot 24 can be provided with a round opening, so that the design of a round hole lengthened strip bell mouth can ensure that the gasket 2 cannot be plastically yielding when the gasket 2 is loaded into the mounting hole 100 of the rod connecting seat 1 and the ball head 31 at the upper end of the nail body 3 is loaded into the ball socket 25 of the gasket 2, thereby improving the elastic strength and ensuring the safety performance.
As shown in fig. 6, in the improved structure, the inner surface of the ball socket 25 of the spacer 2 may be provided with a plurality of transverse grooves 29 to increase the friction force between the ball socket 25 and the ball head 31 of the nail body 3, so that after the screw plug 4 finally locks the connecting rod 5, the overall strength of the pedicle screw is increased, thereby reducing the risk of slippage between the post-operation ball head 31 and the spacer 2, improving the firmness between the ball head 31 and the spacer 2, and providing reliable safety guarantee for medical staff and patients. In order to further improve the firmness between the ball head 31 and the gasket 2, a spiral groove or an annular groove or a parallel groove may be formed on the ball head 31, so that the gasket 2 and the ball head 31 are held more tightly.
As shown in fig. 8, the thread 32 on the nail body 3 is preferably designed with a double taper from the tip to the tail, and the peak of the thread 32 is gradually increased to increase the holding force between the nail body 3 and the vertebral body and improve the fixing strength. The nail tip of the nail body 3 can be provided with a self-tapping groove 33, so that bone chips can be discharged conveniently, and the nail placing speed is increased.
The inventor also finds that in the existing spinal surgery process, when long-stage surgery is performed, the length of the connecting rod used in the conventional surgery is often insufficient, or the strength of the connecting rod used in the conventional surgery is not enough, so that the difficulty of the surgery can be increased, the surgery time can be prolonged, the risk of surgery safety can be brought to a patient, and the pain of the patient can be increased. To solve this problem, the pedicle screw of the invention may also have the following embodiments, depending on the structural form of the pedicle screw:

As shown in fig. 11, the two C-shaped grooves of the rod connecting seat of the pedicle screw may be arranged in a back-to-back manner, and the positioning ring of the positioning portion of the connecting rod detachment prevention member is sleeved on the upper end of the whole rod connecting seat. In this embodiment, only one of the C-shaped grooves is provided with a nail body below, the nail body is also matched with the mounting hole through a gasket, and the gasket and the mounting hole have the same specific structure as that of embodiment 1, which is not described herein again, and the mounting hole is not provided below the C-shaped groove which is not provided with the nail body.
Example 3

As shown in fig. 13 to 14, the structure of the present embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 3, except that: the nail body is positioned below the U-shaped groove, but not below the C-shaped groove. In this embodiment, the positioning portion of the connecting rod detachment prevention member 6 extends up to the U-shaped groove, i.e., when the connecting rod detachment prevention member 6 is used, the positioning portion is provided on the entire rod connecting seat.
In this embodiment, the two vertical guiding rotation-preventing tables 21 are arranged on the rod bearing portion 27 of the gasket 2 along the radial direction, and the two side surfaces of the lower portion of the U-shaped groove 10 of the rod connecting seat 1 are both provided with the guiding rotation-preventing grooves 12 matched with the guiding rotation-preventing tables 21, so that the degree of freedom of the axial rotation of the gasket 2 in the mounting hole 100 is further limited, thereby reducing the time for attaching the connecting rod attaching surface (i.e., the upper end surface of the rod bearing portion 27) on the rod bearing portion 27 to the connecting rod 5, and further shortening the time in the nail placing process.

As shown in fig. 15, the structure of the present embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 3, except that: the bottom of the rod connecting seat can be provided with a transverse extending part, the transverse extending part is provided with another rod connecting seat 7, the other rod connecting seat 7 is provided with a U-shaped groove, a fastening piece used for fixing the other connecting rod is arranged above the U-shaped groove, and the positioning ring of the positioning part of the connecting rod anti-release piece is sleeved at the upper end of the rod connecting seat 1 directly connected with the nail body.
In this embodiment, the end of the transverse extension portion may be provided with a ball head, the lower end of the other rod connecting seat 7 may be provided with a mounting hole for accommodating the ball head, a gasket 8 is provided in the mounting hole, and the fitting form of the ball head, the gasket 8 and the mounting hole at the lower end of the rod connecting seat 7 may refer to the structure configuration of embodiment 1, which is not described herein again. Thus, the universal adjustment of the rod connecting seat 7 can be realized, and the rod can be more conveniently placed.
In summary, the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present invention are modular pedicle screws suitable for scoliosis surgery, which greatly improve the safety of scoliosis surgery treatment and the accuracy of screw placement, and the operation process is simple and convenient to operate, and the intuition during surgery is good, and there is no "mouth expansion" and no "extrusion" of the connection rod from the C-shaped groove during screwing in of the screw plug, thereby improving the safety performance of pedicle screws.
