Abstract
The invention relates to the field of posture measurement, and particularly discloses a dynamic head position measuring device which comprises a fixing device, a fixing plate, a gyroscope and a measuring module, wherein the fixing device is arranged on the fixing plate; the fixing device is used for fixing the dynamic head position measuring equipment on the head of a wearer; the fixing plate is arranged in the center of the fixing device, and a gyroscope is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate; the gyroscope is electrically connected with the measuring module and is used for acquiring three-dimensional angle parameters of the head of the wearer; the measuring module is used for reading the three-dimensional angle parameters of the gyroscope, and calculating and outputting the head position information of the wearer according to the three-dimensional angle parameters. The invention measures the head position of the human body in real time through the gyroscope fixed on the head, the equipment is easy to realize, the cost is low, the angle data of the daily dynamic head position can be obtained more easily, and the data support of clinical research is facilitated; data are collected and recorded in real time through the measuring module, and data collection, copying and later analysis are facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of posture measurement, in particular to dynamic head position measuring equipment.
Background
In the current research on the head position of a human body, a patient with asymmetric lower face is observed and found, the asymmetry of the lower face is often hidden unconsciously through compensatory head position inclination, the compensatory head position inclination may cause the patient to show that the eyes of the patient are vertically asymmetric, and the patient who is subjected to orthognathic surgery not only can improve the asymmetric condition of the jaw face, but also can change the Natural posture (NHP) of the head. However, the situation that the orthognathic surgery can change the head position of the patient after the surgery is lack of extensive and intensive research at present, and a comprehensive, convenient and effective head position measuring means is urgently needed for researching the change rule of the head position of the patient before and after the orthognathic surgery. Currently, methods that can be clinically applied to measure the angle position of the head of a person include analyzing static imaging examination data (e.g., CT) and analyzing static front and side photographs. By obtaining a static image at a certain moment, the later measurement is carried out to obtain the relevant angle data.
The prior art can only analyze the angle position of the head of a person in a static state through image data, and the evaluation of the head is limited because the position of the head is dynamic in most of time, and image data is usually difficult to directly acquire, so that the angle change of the head of the person in the dynamic state and the angle change of the head of the person in the dynamic state can not be directly measured, and the change condition of the angle of the head of the patient before and after orthognathic surgery can not be comprehensively analyzed. The multi-camera and image analysis system has high implementation cost and technical threshold, limited scene and difficult popularization and mass application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dynamic head position measuring device, aiming at solving the problems that the existing monitoring method can not dynamically measure the head position angle of a human body in real time and can not provide enough measuring data for the research of analyzing the change of the dynamic head position angle before and after orthognathic surgery treatment.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention comprises a dynamic head position measuring device, which comprises: the device comprises a fixing device, a fixing plate, a gyroscope and a measuring module;
the fixing device is used for fixing the dynamic head position measuring equipment on the head of a wearer;
the fixing plate is arranged in the center of the fixing device, and the gyroscope is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate;
the gyroscope is electrically connected with the measuring module and used for collecting three-dimensional angle parameters of the head of a wearer when the dynamic head position measuring equipment is worn by the user;
the measuring module is used for reading the three-dimensional angle parameters of the gyroscope, and calculating and outputting the head position information of the wearer according to the three-dimensional angle parameters.
Preferably, the device also comprises at least one posture measuring device;
the posture measuring device is used for measuring the posture parameters of the wearer;
the body state measuring device is fixed on the body of the human body except the head and is electrically connected with the measuring module;
the measuring module is also used for reading the body state parameters of the body state measuring device, calculating to obtain the body state information of the human body according to the position information of the body state measuring device fixed on the human body, and correcting the head position information according to the body state information.
Preferably, the wireless communication device further comprises a first wireless communication module;

the head position of a human body is measured in real time through the gyroscope fixed on the head, equipment is easy to realize, cost is low, and compared with other modes, the scheme is easier to obtain daily dynamic head position angle data and is beneficial to data support of clinical research; data are collected and recorded in real time through the measuring module, and data collection, copying and later analysis are facilitated.
Preferably, the body state and head position information of the tested person are monitored simultaneously through the body state measuring device, so that the head position change of the human body under different body states can be studied more accurately.
Preferably, the gyroscope is fixed through the glasses frame with the fixing plate, so that the gyroscope is convenient to wear by a measured person, and the gyroscope and the skull of the measured person can form a specific relative angle position relation; the fixed plate is arranged on the upper side in front of the glasses frame, and the sight line cannot be influenced.

The dynamic head position measuring method of the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
s4, acquiring the position information of the body state measuring device 5 fixed on the human body;
s5, reading the posture parameters of the posture measuring device 5 through the measuring module 4;
s6, obtaining human body posture information according to the position information and the posture parameters;
and S7, correcting the head position information according to the body posture information of the human body.
The posture measuring device 5 may be a gyroscope 3, or may be another module capable of realizing positioning or distance measurement, as long as it can determine the posture information of the human body after data acquisition and operation, so as to determine the relative position and angle relationship of the head of the human body with respect to the body (spine). The body state and head position information of the tested person are monitored simultaneously through the body state measuring device 5, and therefore head position changes of the human body under different body states can be studied more accurately.
When there is only one posture measuring device 5, it is preferably fixed to the chest or back of the human body, and the above-mentioned position cannot be fixed, and may be fixed to the torso of the human body. The posture measuring device 5 of the embodiment is used for detecting the posture of the human vertebra, and the posture measuring device is brought into a human mathematical model through the three-dimensional angle information of the human vertebra and the human head, so that the head position angle information of the human head corresponding to the trunk can be calculated, and therefore, enough measurement data are provided for researching the compensated asymmetric relation between the head position inclination and the lower face part and analyzing the dynamic head position angle change before and after orthognathic surgery treatment.
When a plurality of posture measuring devices 5 are provided, the posture measuring devices can be respectively fixed at any position of four limbs or trunk of the human body, and the head position angle information of the head of the human body corresponding to the trunk can be calculated by bringing the relative positions of the limbs or the trunk of the human body fixed with the posture measuring devices into a human body mathematical model and the respective three-dimensional angle readings.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the fixation device 1 is a cap, by means of which the gyroscope 3 is fixed on the head of the human body, preferably in the forehead, crown or hindbrain position, and the gyroscope 3 is fixed on the outside or visor of the cap.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the fixing device 1 is a strap, the gyroscope 3 is fixed on any position on the head of the human body, preferably the forehead or the hindbrain, through the strap, and the gyroscope 3 is fixed on the outer side or the inner side of the strap.

the measuring module is used for reading the three-dimensional angle parameters of the gyroscope, and calculating and outputting the head position information of the wearer according to the three-dimensional angle parameters.

the posture measuring device is used for measuring the posture parameters of the wearer;
the body state measuring device is fixed on the body of the human body except the head and is electrically connected with the measuring module;
