Abstract
The invention provides a novel disposable endoscope and a manufacturing method thereof, the disposable endoscope comprises a handle, a steering controller, a suction port, a suction controller, an insertion tube, a bending part and a probe head end part, wherein the steering controller, the suction port and the suction controller are respectively installed on the handle, one end of the insertion tube is installed in the handle, the other end of the insertion tube is connected with the bending part, and the bending part is connected with the probe head end part. The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the disposable endoscope has low manufacturing cost, is easy to be received by a patient, and solves the problem of infection caused by repeated use; 2. the manufacturing method of the probe head end part avoids the instability of manual operation process for glue bonding, improves the safety and continuous production efficiency of products, and reduces the manufacturing cost of the disposable endoscope.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a novel disposable endoscope and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Traditionally, the endoscope mostly adopts the product of using repeatedly, and the cost is too high mainly for once-through use, and the patient is difficult to accept, and the endoscope is used repeatedly simultaneously and leads to the infection problem easily.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel disposable endoscope which comprises a handle, a steering controller, a suction port, a suction controller, an insertion tube, a bending part and a probe head end part, wherein the steering controller, the suction port and the suction controller are respectively arranged on the handle, one end of the insertion tube is arranged in the handle, the other end of the insertion tube is connected with the bending part, and the bending part is connected with the probe head end part.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the single use endoscope further comprises a connection unit by which the insertion tube is mounted on the handle.
As a further improvement of the invention, the disposable endoscope also comprises an operation channel sealing ring and a luer connector, wherein the luer connector can be inserted on the sealing ring.
As a further improvement of the invention, the disposable endoscope also comprises a working channel, the working channel is an independent flexible catheter and is arranged in the insertion tube, and the tail end of the working channel is connected with the head end part of the probe; the insertion tube is a single-cavity braided tube.
As a further improvement of the invention, the disposable endoscope also comprises a camera and a light source, wherein the camera and the light source are respectively arranged in the end part of the probe, a working channel outlet is arranged in the end part of the probe, and the tail end of the working channel is arranged in the working channel outlet.
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a probe head end part of a disposable endoscope, which comprises the following steps:

The high-transmittance hard material comprises MABS, PC and PSU.

Detailed Description
As shown in figure 1, the invention discloses a novel disposable endoscope, which comprises a handle 1, a steering controller 2, a suction port 4, a suction controller 5, an insertion tube 7 and a probe head end part 9, wherein the steering controller 2, the suction port 4 and the suction controller 5 are respectively installed on the handle 1, one end of the insertion tube 7 is installed in the handle 1, the other end of the insertion tube 7 is connected with a bending part 8, and the bending part 8 is connected with the probe head end part 9. The steering controller 2 is used to control the steering angle and direction of the bending portion 8. The suction port 4 is a liquid passage port. The suction controller 5 is used to control the suction liquid switch state. 2 lines are arranged in the steering controller 2, one end of each line is connected with the steering controller 2, and the other end of each line is connected with the bending part 8.
The single use endoscope further comprises a connection unit 6, and the insertion tube 7 is mounted on the handle 1 through the connection unit 6.
The disposable endoscope also comprises an operation channel sealing ring and a luer connector, wherein the luer connector can be inserted on the sealing ring to facilitate the passing of biopsy forceps and the like. The operation channel seal ring is installed at the outermost position of the operation channel 3.
The disposable endoscope also comprises a working channel 3, the working channel 3 is an independent flexible catheter and is arranged in the insertion tube 7, and the tail end of the working channel 3 is connected with the probe head end part 9; the insertion tube 7 is a single-lumen braided tube.
As shown in fig. 2, the disposable endoscope further comprises a camera 12 and a light source 11, the camera 12 and the light source 11 are respectively installed inside the probe head end portion 9, a working channel outlet 10 is arranged inside the probe head end portion 9, and the tail end of the working channel 3 is installed inside the working channel outlet 10. The camera 12 has a camera chip circuit board 13 mounted therein.
The invention also discloses a method for manufacturing the probe head end part 9 of the disposable endoscope, which comprises the following steps:

The invention provides a novel method for manufacturing a probe head end part 9 of a disposable endoscope, which is characterized in that a camera 12, a light source 11 and a working channel outlet 10 at the imaging head end part are connected into the integral probe head end part 9 in a continuous injection molding mode of a double-color injection molding machine, so that the manufacturing and assembling process of the probe head end part 9 is simplified, meanwhile, the injection molding method is adopted, the instability of a manual operation process for glue bonding is avoided, the safety and continuous production efficiency of products are improved, and the manufacturing cost of the disposable endoscope is reduced.

The single use endoscope of claim 1, wherein: the disposable endoscope also comprises a working channel (3), wherein the working channel (3) is an independent flexible catheter and is arranged in the insertion tube (7), and the tail end of the working channel (3) is connected with the head end part (9) of the probe; the insertion tube (7) is a single-cavity braided tube.

The single use endoscope of claim 4, wherein: the disposable endoscope further comprises a camera (12) and a lamp source (11), the camera (12) and the lamp source (11) are respectively installed inside the probe head end part (9), a working channel outlet (10) is formed inside the probe head end part (9), and the tail end of the working channel (3) is installed in the working channel outlet (10).
