Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant aspects of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
The embodiment provides an exoskeleton backpack, as shown in fig. 1, which comprises a backpack body 1 and straps 2 mounted on the backpack body 1, wherein a transverse support 3 is mounted on the back surface of the backpack body 1, rod bodies 4 are mounted at two ends of the support 3, and the middle part of each rod body 4 is fixedly connected with the two straps 2 respectively.
In this embodiment, a horizontal bracket 3 is arranged on the back surface of the backpack body 1, the rod bodies 4 are arranged at two ends of the bracket 3, the middle parts of the rod bodies 4 are fixed on the braces 2, after a user wears the braces 2, the user can hold the tail ends of the rod bodies 4 with both hands and properly apply a pull-down force to the rod bodies 4, at the moment, the shoulders of the user are used as fulcrums, the weight of the backpack body 1 dropping is balanced with the pull-down force at the tail ends of the rod bodies 4, therefore, the user does not need to bend down to lean forward to keep the body balance, the backpack with large weight is favorably carried on the back for a long time, and the physical strength is saved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bracket 3 includes a lateral support portion 31, and a vertical support portion 32 fixed to the center of the lower end portion of the lateral support portion 31, and the rod body 4 is mounted at both ends of the lateral support portion 31. The lateral support portion 31 serves as a fixing member for the rod body 4, for fixing the rod body 4 to the backpack body 1. Considering that the force applied to the lateral support portion 31 is large during carrying, the connection portion between the lateral support portion 31 and the backpack body 1 may be torn or separated (particularly, the connection manner is determined, such as knitting or fixing by a detachable member), so the force applied to the lateral support portion 31 is dispersed to the lower portion of the backpack body 1 by the vertical support portion 32, and the force applied to the lateral support portion 31 is reduced. As can be seen from fig. 2, two symmetrical mounting holes are respectively formed at two ends of the transverse support portion 31, the two mounting holes are used for fixing the rod body 4, generally, the two mounting holes are parallel, and the rod body 4 and the mounting holes can be mounted by threads or interference fit. In a further alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the two mounting holes diverge in mirror symmetry, whereby the rod bodies 4 fixed to the mounting holes also diverge at an angle.
In order to further reduce the force applied to the waist of the user, the two ends of the lateral support portion 31 extend in the front direction of the backpack body 1 to form extension portions 33, and the lower ends of the extension portions 33 contact the upper end of the backpack body 1. Under the condition that the user does not pull down the end of the rod body 4, when the backpack body 1 droops due to self gravity, the extension part 33 can perform angular force with the upper end part of the backpack body 1, so that the backpack body 1 can be limited in a small range to continue downwards, and the gravity borne by the backpack body 1 can be partially transferred to the shoulder.
In this embodiment, the stand 3 is detachable to meet the daily needs of the user. In one optional embodiment, the back surface of the backpack body 1 is provided with at least two annular vertical woven belts 11, two ends of the transverse supporting portion 31 are respectively sleeved in the two vertical woven belts 11, the back surface of the backpack body 1 is provided with at least one annular transverse woven belt 12, and the vertical supporting portion 32 is sleeved in the transverse woven belt 12. Optionally, the ring formed by the vertical webbing 11 and the horizontal webbing 12 may be fastened by a buckle, or tightened by a zigzag buckle. In the embodiment, two vertical woven belts 11 and one horizontal woven belt 12 are arranged on the back surface of the backpack body 1 to respectively fix the horizontal supporting part 31 and the vertical supporting part 32, so that the bracket 3 can be detached from the woven belts when a user carries a backpack with a small weight. The hanging points of the vertical woven belts 11 and the transverse woven belts 12 can be selected from the middle part or the lower part of the backpack body 1.
In this embodiment, the rod 4 can be optionally detached, for example, two fixing straps 21 are disposed on the outer side of each strap 2, the rod 4 is fixed with the strap 2 by inserting the fixing straps 21, and the fixing straps 21 can be any ring-shaped flexible fixing member, such as a ribbon, preferably a woven belt ring fixed on the strap 2 by knitting. The rod body 4 can be drawn out from the mounting hole of the lateral support portion 31 and the fixing band 21 when the user wears the backpack with a small weight.
The middle part of each rod body 4 is provided with a limiting part 41, and the limiting part 41 is positioned between the two fixing belts 21. In this embodiment, the stopper 41 may be any ring-shaped member, preferably a rod stopper is used as the stopper 41, and during the use process, since the rod stopper is located between the two fastening belts 21, the moving range is limited by the two fastening belts 21, so that the rod body 4 can be prevented from being pulled out from the strap 2 when the user is carrying the strap. Furthermore, the rod is a small ring made of rubber material, which is effectively non-slip while providing the adjustable function of the stopper 41.
In order to further improve the comfort of the user, the back surface of the backpack body 1 is further provided with a cushion block 5, and the cushion block 5 is positioned below the bracket 3, so that the distance between the waist of the human body and the backpack body 1 is prolonged, and the back of the human body is prevented from being in direct contact with the bracket 3. In one of the alternative embodiments, the cushion block 5 is detachably mounted on the back surface of the backpack body 1 by means of a hook and loop fastener.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention accordingly, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention accordingly. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present disclosure are intended to be covered by the scope of the present disclosure.
