The invention effectively solves the problems of low heating efficiency, low reliability, insufficient heating and the like of the existing electronic cigarette heating mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-combustion type heating smoking set, in particular to a non-combustion electronic smoking set adopting electromagnetic induction heating.
Background
Compared with the traditional cigarette, the heating non-combustion cigarette keeps the similar smoking feeling to the traditional cigarette on one hand, and has remarkable improvement on the aspects of smoke harmful component control, flow measuring smoke release, cigarette ash pollution and the like compared with the traditional cigarette, and is gradually accepted by consumers. At present, the heating modes of the non-combustion smoking set in the market mainly comprise the following 3 modes:
1. ceramic chip heating core: the ceramic sheet represented by IQOS is heated, the substrate is alumina ceramic, the thickness is about 0.5mm, the heating core has high manufacturing cost and is easy to break, the tobacco is heated unevenly, and the tobacco with a circular section is heated only within the range of one line, so that a great deal of waste is caused;
2. a columnar needle type heating core: the heating core is cylindrical, the top of the heating core is a needle-shaped cone, the heating range is larger and the uniformity is higher compared with a ceramic chip type heating mode, but the insertion resistance of tobacco is larger due to the thicker core body diameter, so that the tobacco is easy to cut off;
3. heating ring type heating core: the heating body is annular, and tobacco is inserted into the annular to be heated. The heat distribution gradually rises outwards from the center of the circular section of the tobacco, and the high-temperature part acting on the cigarette is positioned at the part of the cigarette paper, so that the taste of the heated tobacco is influenced by the heat distribution condition.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a non-combustible electronic smoking set based on electromagnetic induction heating, wherein a metal rod arranged in the center is heated through an electromagnetic induction coil so as to achieve the purpose of quickly and uniformly heating tobacco.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Further, the surface of the electromagnetic induction coil is coated with a heat insulating material.
Further, the metal rod is a needle-shaped metal rod, and the diameter of the metal rod is not more than 3 mm.
According to the invention, the metal rod in the center of the cigarette bullet cup is heated through electromagnetic induction, the inserted incombustible tobacco rod is heated by the metal rod heated through electromagnetic induction, and as the metal rod is heated, the heat conversion efficiency is far higher than that of a traditional contact type heat transfer heating mode, the heating efficiency is improved and uniform heating is realized, and the problems of low heating efficiency, low reliability, insufficient heating and the like existing in the existing electronic cigarette heating mode are effectively solved.

As shown in fig. 1, the non-combustible electronic smoking set based on electromagnetic induction heating comprises a shell 5 with an opening 5a at the top center, a heat insulation layer 6 closely attached to the inner wall of the shell or coated on the inner wall of the shell, an electromagnetic induction coil 2 arranged at the upper part in the heat insulation layer, a smoke cartridge cup 1 arranged in the electromagnetic induction coil, and a metal rod 3 axially arranged and inserted into the smoke cartridge cup from the center of the bottom of the smoke cartridge cup. The bottom of the cigarette cup is provided with an air inlet hole so that air flow can enter the cigarette cup from the bottom. A section of cavity 4 is left between the top ends of the electromagnetic induction coil and the smoke cartridge cup and the top end of the shell. The surface of the electromagnetic induction coil 2 is coated with heat insulation materials, so that heat can be prevented from being conducted to the outside of the smoking set. A control circuit board 7 connected with the electromagnetic induction coil and a battery 8 for supplying power to the control circuit board are arranged at the lower part in the shell, and a button switch 9 connected with the control circuit is arranged on the shell. And a temperature sensor is arranged at the lower part of the metal rod and is connected with the control circuit board. The control circuit board is a PCBA board in the prior art, and can be directly purchased in the market. The metal rod 3 is a thin needle-shaped metal rod, the diameter of the metal rod is not more than 3mm, so that the tobacco rod which is not combusted by heating can be inserted conveniently. The shell is generally provided with an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are separated by a partition board, the electromagnetic induction coil, the smoke bomb cup and the metal rod are arranged in the upper cavity, the control circuit board and the battery are arranged in the lower cavity, and the electric lead of the electromagnetic induction coil penetrates through the partition board to be connected with the control circuit board.
When the present invention is used, as shown in fig. 4, a rod 10 of a tobacco which is not burned by heating is put into a cup of a cigarette from an opening 5a at the top of a case, and a metal rod is inserted from the center of the bottom of the rod. The button switch 9 is pressed, the control circuit board is electrified, the electromagnetic induction coil 2 is electrified immediately, the electromagnetic induction coil generates an alternating magnetic field, the alternating magnetic field generates vortex in the metal rod 3 and generates heat, the heat is uniformly transferred to the heating non-combustible tobacco rod, and the heating non-combustible tobacco rod is heated. As shown in the arrow direction in figure 2, the airflow enters from the gap between teeth on the opening of the tooth-shaped edge at the top of the shell, enters the gap between the heat-insulating layer and the electromagnetic induction coil through the cavity 4, passes through the air inlet hole at the bottom of the smoke bomb cup to rise, and passes through the heating non-combustible tobacco rod upwards. The smoker can only suck the tobacco through the mouth rod 10a which is heated and does not burn the tobacco rod. The temperature sensor monitors and controls the heating temperature of the metal bar, and prevents the heating temperature from being too high or too low. The temperature sensor is connected with the control circuit board, and when the temperature sensor detects that the heating temperature of the metal bar is too high, the power is automatically cut off. The thermal insulation layer can prevent the shell from being overheated, reduce heat loss in the smoke bomb cup and improve heating efficiency.
Claims (3)
1. A non-combustible electronic smoking set based on electromagnetic induction heating is characterized by comprising a shell (5) with an opening in the center of the top, a heat insulation layer (6) tightly attached to the inner wall of the shell or coated on the inner wall of the shell, an electromagnetic induction coil (2) arranged at the upper part in the heat insulation layer, a smoke cartridge cup (1) arranged in the electromagnetic induction coil and provided with an air inlet at the bottom, and a metal rod (3) axially arranged and inserted into the smoke cartridge cup from the center of the bottom of the smoke cartridge cup, wherein a temperature sensor is arranged at the lower part of the metal rod, a circle of gap is reserved between the heat insulation layer (6) and the electromagnetic induction coil (2), and the opening in the center of the top of the shell (5) is a tooth-shaped edge opening; a section of cavity (4) is reserved between the top ends of the electromagnetic induction coil and the smoke cartridge cup and the top end of the shell; the lower part in the shell is provided with a control circuit board (7) connected with the electromagnetic induction coil and a battery (8) for supplying power to the control circuit board, the shell is provided with a button switch (9) connected with the control circuit, and the temperature sensor is connected with the control circuit board.
2. A non-combustible electronic smoking article based on electromagnetic induction heating according to claim 1, characterised in that the surface of the electromagnetic induction coil (2) is coated with a heat insulating material.
3. A non-combustible electronic smoking article based on electromagnetic induction heating according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the metal rod (3) is a needle-like metal rod, the diameter of which does not exceed 3 mm.
