the side wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a first annular retainer ring, the first annular retainer ring is movably abutted against the spray rod, the first ends of the first sealing strips are connected with each other, and the second ends of the first sealing strips are respectively connected with the first annular retainer ring;
a first spray head and a second spray head are respectively arranged on the sleeve, the first spray head is communicated with the first spray hole, and the second spray head is communicated with the second spray hole;
the water pump is arranged in the liquid storage tank, a first end of the connecting pipe is connected with an output end of the water pump, a second end of the connecting pipe is located on the outer side of the liquid storage tank and connected with a second end of the spray rod, and the connecting pipe is communicated with the infusion channel.
