The frequency spectrum of the application of the embodiment of the application is not limited. For example, the embodiment of the application can be applied to licensed spectrum and unlicensed spectrum.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a communication system architecture provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the communication system includes a network device and a terminal device. The communication system may be a 5G communication system (e.g., new radio, NR), a communication system in which multiple communication technologies are integrated (e.g., a communication system in which LTE technology and NR technology are integrated), or a subsequent evolution communication system. The form and number of network devices and terminal devices shown in fig. 1 are for example only and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present application.
The terminal equipment provided by the application is equipment with a wireless communication function, can be deployed on land, and comprises indoor or outdoor, handheld, wearable or vehicle-mounted; can also be deployed on the water surface (such as ships, etc.); but may also be deployed in the air (e.g., on an aircraft, balloon, satellite, etc.). Terminal devices in different networks may be called different names, for example: a terminal device, an access terminal, a subscriber unit, a subscriber station, a mobile station, a remote terminal, a mobile device, a user terminal, a wireless communication device, a user agent or user equipment, a cellular telephone, a cordless telephone, a session initiation protocol (session initiation protocol, SIP) phone, a wireless local loop (wireless local loop, WLL) station, a personal digital assistant (personal digital assistant, PDA), a terminal device in a 5G network or future evolution network, and the like.
The network device in the present application is a device deployed in a radio access network to provide wireless communication functions. For example, the network device may be a radio access network (Radio Access Network, RAN) device on the access network side in a cellular network, where the RAN device is a device that accesses a terminal device to the wireless network, including but not limited to: an evolved Node B (eNB), a radio network controller (radio network controller, RNC), a Node B (Node B, NB), a Base station controller (Base Station Controller, BSC), a Base transceiver station (Base Transceiver Station, BTS), a Home Base station (e.g., home evolved Node B, or Home Node B, HNB), a baseband Unit (BBU), a management entity (Mobility Management Entity, MME); as another example, the network device may also be a node device in a wireless local area network (Wireless Local Area Network, WLAN), such as an Access controller (Access controller, AC), gateway, or WIFI Access Point (AP); as another example, the network device may be a transmission node or a transceiver point (transmission reception point, TRP or TP) in an NR system.
Unlicensed spectrum is a nationally and regionally divided spectrum that can be used for radio communications and is generally considered to be a shared spectrum, i.e., communication devices in different communication systems can use the spectrum as long as the regulatory requirements set by the country or region on the spectrum are met, without requiring a proprietary spectrum grant to be applied to the government.
In order for individual communication systems using unlicensed spectrum for wireless communication to co-exist friendly over that spectrum, some countries or regions specify regulatory requirements that must be met using unlicensed spectrum. For example, the communication device follows the principle of Listen Before Talk (LBT), that is, the communication device needs to perform channel interception before performing signal transmission on a channel of an unlicensed spectrum, and only when the channel interception result is that the channel is idle, the communication device can perform signal transmission; if the channel listening result of the communication device on the channel of the unlicensed spectrum is that the channel is busy, the communication device is unable to signal. In order to ensure fairness, the communication device cannot use the unlicensed spectrum channel for signal transmission for a period exceeding the maximum channel occupation time (Maximum Channel Occupancy Time, MCOT) in one transmission.
In the Rel-15 New Radio (NR) system, after a network device sends a downlink control information DCI for activating/deactivating a first CG to a terminal device, the terminal device reports a medium access control unit acknowledgment message Confirmation MAC CE of the first CG to the network device, and then the network device sends DCI for activating/deactivating a second CG to the terminal device.
In the Rel-16 New Radio (NR) system, due to the relaxation of the constraint condition, the network device may send DCI for indicating multiple CGs at the same time, and when the terminal device reports Confirmation MAC CE of a CG to the network device, confirmation MAC CE cannot indicate which CG is in its state, so that the network device cannot determine which specific CG is in its state, which is confirmed by the terminal device.
