Furthermore, the top of the installation box 1 is provided with an inlet and an outlet, one side of the inlet and the outlet is hinged with a sealing cover 3, one side of the top of the installation box 1 is welded with a fixing plate 18, and a spring 4 is connected between one side of the fixing plate 18 and one side of the sealing cover 3 through a bolt.
