if the position corresponding to the collecting card position information is not in the concentrated rest area, judging whether the collecting card obtains a transportation instruction at a preset loading point;
if the collecting card does not acquire the transportation instruction at the loading point, judging whether the collecting card receives a goods adjusting instruction sent by the loading point;
if the collecting card does not receive a goods adjusting instruction sent by a goods loading point, defining the collecting card as a leisure collecting card and timing to obtain leisure time length information;
if the collecting card receives a goods adjusting instruction sent by a goods loading point, the collecting card is defined as a normal goods adjusting collecting card, and the leisure time length information is timed and reset to zero;
judging whether the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is greater than a preset reference duration or not;
if the time length corresponding to the leisure time length information is greater than the reference time length, defining the leisure time card as a passive card and outputting an alarm signal;
and if the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is not greater than the reference duration, no action is performed.
By adopting the technical scheme, the position of the collecting card is firstly obtained, whether the collecting card is the collecting card for operation or not is judged according to the position of the collecting card, when the collecting card is not in the centralized rest area, it is indicated that the collecting card is in the operation state, at this time, it can be known whether the collecting card is in the freight state or not by means of judging the transport instruction on the collecting card, if there is no transport instruction on the collecting card, whether the collecting card is the collecting card driving to the loading point can be known by judging whether the goods adjusting instruction exists in the collecting card or not, if not, then the collecting card is proved to be in a state of waiting for goods transportation, at the moment, whether the collecting card is used for goods transportation within the set time can be known by timing the leisure time length information of the collecting card, if the goods transportation is not carried out within the set time, it indicates that the card has been passively operating, and at this point an alarm signal is sent to let the staff know the state of the card so that the staff can handle the situation.
Optionally, if the container truck acquires the transportation instruction at the loading point, the container truck management method further includes:
acquiring departure timing information for counting down when the transportation instruction is acquired;
judging whether the position information of the container truck is lost before the time corresponding to the off-site timing information returns to zero;
if the position information of the container truck is lost before the time corresponding to the off-site timing information returns to zero, defining the container truck as a normal transportation container truck;
and if the position information of the container truck is not lost before the time corresponding to the off-site timing information is reset to zero, defining the container truck as an abnormal transportation container truck and outputting an alarm signal.
By adopting the technical scheme, for the container truck with the transportation instruction, when the transportation instruction is acquired, the container truck is proved to carry the goods to leave from the loading point, at the moment, the departure timing information starts to count down, whether the container truck leaves from the wharf area within the specified time can be known by judging whether the position corresponding to the container truck position information before the time corresponding to the departure timing information returns to zero or not, if the container truck position information still exists before the time corresponding to the departure timing information returns to zero, the container truck is proved not to leave from the wharf area within the specified time, at the moment, the container truck is possibly in a passive operation state, and an alarm signal is sent out to enable a worker to know the state of the container truck, so that the worker can conveniently process the situation.
Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring the goods-adjusting timing information for counting down when the goods-adjusting instruction is acquired;
judging whether the position corresponding to the position information of the container truck before the time corresponding to the goods-dispatching timing information is reset to zero moves to a goods-loading point corresponding to the goods-dispatching instruction;
if the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card before the time corresponding to the goods-dispatching timing information is reset to zero moves to the goods-loading point corresponding to the goods-dispatching instruction, defining the collecting card as a normal goods-dispatching collecting card;
and if the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card before the time corresponding to the goods-adjusting timing information is reset to zero does not move to the goods loading point corresponding to the goods-adjusting instruction, defining the collecting card as an abnormal goods-adjusting collecting card and outputting an alarm signal.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the collecting card obtains the goods adjusting instruction, the time corresponding to the goods adjusting timing information is counted down, if the collecting card does not move to the goods loading point before the time corresponding to the goods adjusting timing information is reset to zero, the collecting card is possibly in a negative operation state, and an alarm signal is sent out to enable a worker to know the state of the collecting card, so that the worker can conveniently process the situation.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-7 and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The embodiment of the application discloses a container truck management method, when a container truck is in a wharf area, the container truck can only move without working, at the moment, through the judgment of a transportation instruction and a goods dispatching instruction, workers can correctly identify the state of the container truck, and if the condition of passive operation of the container truck occurs, an alarm signal can be output to be used by other workers for processing the condition.
Referring to fig. 1, a method flow of container truck management includes the following steps:
step S100: and acquiring the card collecting position information of the card collecting in the preset code head area.
The wharf area is an area set in advance, and is defined by workers according to the actual situation, which is not described in detail; the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card is the position of the collecting card, the collecting card carries an appliance with a positioning function for acquisition, can be a GPS and the like, and is only used for being read in the wharf area, when the collecting card is moved away from the wharf area, the position of the collecting card cannot be continuously read, the appliance for positioning is arranged at the position which is not easy to move, so that the situation that the appliance is manually moved in the using process is reduced, the specific position is set by a worker according to the actual situation, and the detailed description is omitted.
Step S101: and judging whether the position corresponding to the collecting card position information is in a preset concentrated rest area or not.
The concentrated rest area is an area arranged in the wharf area, is mainly used for resting and parking a collection card for long-time operation, is defined by workers according to actual conditions, and is not described in detail; the purpose of judging whether the concentrator card is in the concentrated rest area is to know whether the concentrator card is in a rest state so as to manage the concentrator card subsequently.
Step S1011: and if the position corresponding to the collecting card position information is in the concentrated rest area, defining the collecting card as a rest collecting card.
When the position corresponding to the collecting card position information is in the concentrated rest area, the collecting card is in a rest state, and the collecting card is defined as a rest collecting card for identification at the moment, so that the state of the collecting card is conveniently identified and judged subsequently.
Step S1012: and if the position corresponding to the collecting card position information is not in the concentrated rest area, judging whether the collecting card acquires a transportation instruction at a preset loading point.
When the position corresponding to the collecting card position information is not in the concentrated rest area, the collecting card is not in a rest state, namely the collecting card is in a working state or a state to be worked; the loading points are positions in the wharf area where the container transportation is to be performed by the container trucks and have fixed coordinates, the transportation instruction is an instruction which is input into the corresponding information of the container trucks by the loading points when the container trucks take the goods away from the loading points, and the transportation instruction of each loading point is different, so that the loading points belong to the conventional technical means of the technical staff in the field and are not described in detail; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the container truck in the wharf area and not in the concentrated rest area is the container truck for carrying out operation on the cargos of the carrier, so that the state of the container truck is conveniently identified, and the container truck is conveniently managed subsequently.
Step S10121: if the container truck acquires the transportation instruction at the loading point, the departure timing information for counting down when the transportation instruction is acquired.
When the container truck obtains the transportation instruction at the loading point, the container truck is indicated as the container truck of the carrier goods, the initial value of the time corresponding to the departure timing information is set by the staff according to the actual situation, which is not described in detail, and when the transportation instruction is received, the time corresponding to the departure timing information is counted down so as to be convenient for the subsequent judgment of the state of the container truck.
Step S102: and judging whether the position information of the container truck is lost before the time corresponding to the off-site timing information returns to zero.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the container truck leaves from the wharf area within a specified time, so as to judge the state of the container truck and facilitate the subsequent management of the container truck.
Step S1021: and if the position information of the container truck is lost before the time corresponding to the off-site timing information returns to zero, defining the container truck as a normal transportation container truck.
When the position information of the concentrator card is lost before the time corresponding to the departure timing information returns to zero, the concentrator card leaves from the wharf area within the specified time, and further the concentrator card is a concentrator card for normal transportation, and the concentrator card is defined as a normal transportation concentrator card at the moment so as to mark the concentrator card and facilitate the subsequent state identification of the concentrator card.
Step S1022: and if the position information of the container truck is not lost before the time corresponding to the off-site timing information is reset to zero, defining the container truck as an abnormal transportation container truck and outputting an alarm signal.
When the position information of the concentrator card is not lost before the time corresponding to the departure timing information is reset to zero, the concentrator card is not departed from the wharf area within the specified time, the concentrator card is further explained to be the concentrator card which is abnormally transported, the concentrator card is defined to be the abnormal transportation concentrator card at the moment so as to explain that the concentrator card is abnormally transported, and the sent alarm signal enables other staff to know the situation and is convenient for other staff to process the situation.
Step S10122: if the collecting card does not obtain the transportation instruction at the loading point, whether the collecting card receives a goods adjusting instruction sent by the loading point is judged.
When the hub card does not obtain the transportation instruction at the loading point, the hub card is not the hub card of the carrier goods, and the hub card at the moment has the following two conditions: firstly, the collecting card arrives at a loading point to transport the goods, and secondly, the collecting card waits for a command of adjusting the goods at the loading point and is in a leisure state; the goods dispatching instruction is an instruction that a loading point where goods need to be transported sends a request to the collecting card, and the purpose of judgment is to know whether the collecting card is a collecting card arriving at the loading point so as to manage the collecting card subsequently.
Step S101221: if the collecting card does not receive the goods adjusting instruction sent by the goods loading point, the collecting card is defined as a leisure collecting card and is timed to obtain leisure time length information.
When the collecting card does not receive the goods adjusting instruction sent by the goods loading point, the collecting card is temporarily in a state of waiting for receiving the goods adjusting instruction of the goods loading point, and is in a leisure state, and the collecting card is defined as the leisure collecting card to mark the collecting card, so that the collecting card can be identified and judged subsequently; the leisure time duration information is the time duration when the card collection becomes the leisure card collection, and the timing means is the conventional means of those skilled in the art and is not described in detail.
Step S101222: if the collecting card receives a goods adjusting instruction sent by a goods loading point, the collecting card is defined as a normal goods adjusting collecting card, and the leisure time duration information is timed and reset to zero.
When the collecting card receives a goods dispatching instruction sent by a goods loading point, the collecting card is positioned at a collecting card going to the goods loading point, and the collecting card is defined as a normal goods dispatching collecting card to mark the collecting card, so that the collecting card is convenient to manage subsequently; the time of the pause duration information is timed and zeroed, so that the time corresponding to the pause duration information is zeroed, thereby reducing the influence on the judgment of the type of the card set caused by the subsequent judgment of the pause duration information.
Step S103: and judging whether the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is greater than the preset reference duration or not.
The reference time length is a fixed value set in advance, is the maximum time allowed when the container truck is in a leisure state, and is set by a worker according to the actual situation, which is not described in detail; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the leisure time of the collection card is longer than the allowed time, so that the judgment of the leisure collection card is convenient for follow-up.
Step S1031: and if the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is greater than the reference duration, defining the leisure collecting card as a passive collecting card and outputting an alarm signal.
When the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is longer than the reference duration, it is described that the cluster card is still in a leisure state after the allowed time is over, and at this time, the situation of passive idling may exist in the cluster card, the leisure cluster card is defined as a passive cluster card to mark the cluster card, so that the cluster card is conveniently processed subsequently, the output alarm signal can be a signal with an alarm function, which is thought by a person skilled in the art, such as an indicator light, a loudspeaker and the like, and the alarm signal can make other workers know the situation, so that the workers can know and process the situation conveniently.
Step S1032: and if the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is not greater than the reference duration, no action is performed.
When the duration corresponding to the leisure duration information is not greater than the reference duration, the cluster card is shown to have a rest within the allowed time, the cluster card meets the use specification of the cluster card, and other operations are not performed.
Referring to fig. 2, the container truck management method further includes:
step S200: and acquiring the dispatching timing information for counting down when the dispatching instruction is acquired.
The initial value of the time length corresponding to the goods-dispatching timing information is a fixed value, and is set by a worker according to the actual situation, which is not described in detail; when the collecting card acquires the goods adjusting instruction, the time corresponding to the goods adjusting timing information starts to count down, and the time corresponding to the goods adjusting timing information is acquired in real time so as to be convenient for judging the collecting card in the follow-up process.
Step S201: and judging whether the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card before the time corresponding to the goods-adjusting timing information is reset to zero moves to a goods loading point corresponding to the goods-adjusting instruction.
The corresponding loading point can be determined according to different dispatching instructions, the loading point is provided with a coordinate area, and the purpose of judging whether the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card reaches the loading point is to know whether the collecting card reaches the loading point within a set time after receiving the dispatching instructions, so that whether passive idling exists in the collecting card or not can be judged subsequently.
Step S2011: and if the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card before the time corresponding to the goods-dispatching timing information is reset to zero moves to the goods-loading point corresponding to the goods-dispatching instruction, defining the collecting card as a normal goods-dispatching collecting card.
When the time corresponding to the dispatching timing information is reset to zero, the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card is moved to a loading point corresponding to the dispatching instruction, the collecting card is indicated to move to the loading point within the set time after receiving the dispatching instruction, the normal operation of the collecting card is indirectly indicated, the collecting card is defined as a normal dispatching collecting card so as to record the collecting card, and the subsequent management of the collecting card is facilitated.
Step S2012: and if the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card before the time corresponding to the goods-adjusting timing information is reset to zero does not move to the goods loading point corresponding to the goods-adjusting instruction, defining the collecting card as an abnormal goods-adjusting collecting card and outputting an alarm signal.
When the position corresponding to the position information of the collecting card before the time corresponding to the goods dispatching timing information is reset to zero is not moved to the goods loading point corresponding to the goods dispatching instruction, the situation that the collecting card reaches the goods loading point within the set time after receiving the goods dispatching instruction is indirectly described, the collecting card is defined as an abnormal goods dispatching collecting card to record the collecting card, and the subsequent management of the collecting card is facilitated; the output alarm signal is used for prompting other workers to enable the other workers to know the situation and process the situation.
Referring to fig. 3, the container truck management method further includes:
step S300: and acquiring the jam position information in the code head area.
The data corresponding to the jam position information is the coordinates of the position of the jam condition in the wharf area, and the jam position information can be acquired by inputting the position according to the actual jam condition by patrol workers in the wharf area.
Step S301: and taking the position corresponding to the blocking position information as a circle center, and taking the preset blocking distance as a radius to mark out a blocking area.
The blocking area is an area range which can be influenced after the blocking condition occurs, the blocking distance is a fixed value, and the blocking distance is set by a worker according to the actual condition and is not described any more; the position coordinate point corresponding to the blocking position information is the circle center, the blocking distance is the radius, a circle can be divided through the circle center and the radius, and the area covered by the circle is the blocking area.
Step S302: and judging whether the hub card for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods dispatching instruction is in the blocked area.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the container truck with the transportation instruction or the goods dispatching instruction is influenced by the jam condition so as to judge the working state of the container truck.
Step S3021: and if the hub card for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods dispatching instruction is positioned in the blocked area, stopping timing of the time corresponding to the departure timing information or the goods dispatching timing information.
When the container truck for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods-dispatching instruction is in the jam area, the container truck is shown to be driven into the area affected by the jam, at the moment, the container truck possibly is affected by the jam to cause the container truck to be incapable of moving, the timing of the time corresponding to the departure timing information or the goods-dispatching timing information is stopped to improve the accuracy of judging the state of the container truck for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods-dispatching instruction, and the situation that the container truck is jammed and judged as negative idling is reduced.
Step S3022: and if the hub card for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods-adjusting instruction is not in the blocked area, continuing to time the time corresponding to the departure timing information or the goods-adjusting timing information.
When the collecting card for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods dispatching instruction is not in the blocked area, the two types of collecting cards are not influenced by the blocked area, and normal timing of time corresponding to the departure timing information or the goods dispatching timing information is carried out so as to normally judge the collecting card for acquiring the transportation instruction or the goods dispatching instruction.
Referring to fig. 4, the method for outputting the dispatching instruction includes:
step S400: the leisure quantity information of the leisure collecting card and the loading position information of the loading point are obtained.
The number corresponding to the leisure quantity information is the total number of the rest collection cards and can be obtained in a counting mode, the initial value of the number corresponding to the rest quantity information is zero, and when one leisure collection card is detected, the number corresponding to the rest quantity information is subjected to addition processing; the position corresponding to the loading position information is the position of a loading point needing to be loaded by the collecting card, and the position of the loading point can be determined according to different loading instructions.
Step S401: and judging whether the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is equal to one or not.
The purpose of the judgment is to judge whether a leisure container truck exists or not so as to conveniently judge whether the container truck can be used for dispatching and transporting goods or not.
Step S4011: and if the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is less than one, outputting a full vehicle prompt signal.
When the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is less than one, the leisure collecting card does not exist, the goods adjusting instruction sent by the goods loading point cannot be received by any collecting card, the goods can not be adjusted and transported to the goods loading point, the output full vehicle prompt signal can promote the staff of the goods loading point, and the staff of the goods loading point can perform timing processing on the situation.
Step S4012: if the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is equal to one, outputting a goods adjusting instruction to the leisure collecting card.
When the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is equal to one, the fact that just one leisure container truck waits for transferring the goods is indicated, and the goods transferring instruction output by the goods loading point can reach the leisure container truck, so that the leisure container truck can go to the goods loading point to transfer the goods.
Step S4013: and if the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is more than one, calculating to obtain transverse distance information and longitudinal distance information according to the loading position information and the card collecting position information of the leisure card collecting.
When the quantity corresponding to the leisure quantity information is more than one, the fact that at least two leisure collecting cards can respond to the goods-adjusting instruction is indicated, and the most appropriate one of the at least two leisure collecting cards needs to be selected to receive the goods-adjusting instruction; the distance corresponding to the transverse distance information is the distance in one direction divided by the staff, the distance corresponding to the longitudinal distance information is the distance in the other direction divided by the staff, the two directions are mutually vertical, and the transverse direction is perpendicular to the transverse directionThe distance information and the longitudinal distance information may be calculated by X = | X0-x1|, Y=|y0-y1L where (x)0,y0) (x) a coordinate point of a position corresponding to the loading position information1,y1) Is a coordinate point of the corresponding position of the card collecting position information of the leisure card collecting, wherein X is the distance corresponding to the transverse distance information, and Y is the distance corresponding to the longitudinal distance information.
Step S402: and calculating the sum of the distance corresponding to the transverse distance information and the distance corresponding to the longitudinal distance information to obtain the vehicle-cargo distance information.
Because the containers in the wharf area are all arranged according to the area, the movement between the two points cannot realize linear movement, at the moment, when the truck receives a goods-dispatching instruction and needs to move to a goods loading point, the truck needs to move transversely and longitudinally, and the distance corresponding to the truck-goods distance information, namely the distance that the truck needs to move, can be calculated through a formula S = X + Y, wherein S is the distance corresponding to the truck-goods distance information.
Step S403: and determining the leisure collecting card with the minimum distance corresponding to the vehicle-cargo distance information in all the leisure collecting cards according to the preset sequencing rule so as to output a cargo adjusting instruction to the leisure collecting card.
The sorting rule is a method which is set in advance and used for sorting the distances corresponding to the vehicle and goods distance information, and can be a bubbling method, the leisure collecting card with the shortest distance to the goods loading point in all the leisure collecting cards can be determined through the sorting rule, and the goods dispatching instruction is input into the leisure collecting card, so that goods at the goods loading point can be transported in the fastest time, and the goods transporting efficiency of the goods loading point is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the container truck management method further includes:
step S500: and acquiring the jam duration information of the container card receiving the goods dispatching instruction in the jam area.
When the collecting card receiving the goods dispatching instruction moves into the blocking area, the time in the blocking area is timed, and the data of the time length, namely the blocking time length information, is recorded.
Step S501: and judging whether the time length corresponding to the blocking time length information is greater than the preset allowable blocking time length or not.
The time corresponding to the allowable blocking time is a fixed value, and is the maximum time allowed to be in the blocking area in the process of the truck going to the loading point, and is set by the staff according to the actual situation, which is not described in detail; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the time length of the card concentrator in the blocking area exceeds the allowed time length or not, so that the card concentrator can be further managed subsequently.
Step S5011: and if the time length corresponding to the blocking time length information is not greater than the allowable blocking time length, no action is taken.
When the time length corresponding to the jam time length information is not more than the allowable jam time length, the description shows that the container truck heading for the loading point can move to the loading point in a more punctual time, and other operations are not performed at the moment.
Step S5012: and if the time length corresponding to the jam time length information is longer than the allowable jam time length, re-determining the leisure collecting card with the minimum distance corresponding to the vehicle-cargo distance information in all the leisure collecting cards so as to send the cargo transferring instruction to the leisure collecting card and cancel the same cargo transferring instruction in the jam area.
When the time length corresponding to the blocking time length information is longer than the allowable blocking time length, it is described that the container truck going to the loading point cannot be moved to the loading point in time under the influence of the blocking area, at the moment, the rest leisure container trucks are selected to select the container truck closest to the loading point, the goods dispatching instruction is output to the container truck so that the container truck replaces the blocked container truck to go to the loading point for operation, when other leisure container trucks receive the goods dispatching instruction, the goods dispatching instruction in the blocking area is cancelled, the container truck cannot move to the loading point after moving out of the blocking area, and the operation reasonability of the wharf is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the container truck management method further includes:
step S600: and acquiring the current oil quantity information of the container truck receiving the dispatching instruction.
The oil amount corresponding to the current oil amount information is the oil amount of the truck receiving the dispatching instruction, and can be obtained by monitoring each truck oil meter, which is a conventional technical means of a person skilled in the art and is not described in detail.
Step S601: and matching the distance information stored in the preset oil quantity database and the corresponding oil quantity information with the vehicle and cargo distance information to determine cargo oil quantity adjusting information.
The distance information is the distance that the collecting card needs to move, the oil mass information is the oil mass that the distance that the collecting card moves the distance information and needs to consume, the oil mass database comprises different distance information and relative oil mass information, when the distance information of truck goods is input to the oil mass database, can match out corresponding distance information from the oil mass database, can confirm the oil mass information that the distance information of truck goods corresponds according to this distance information again, this oil mass information is the oil mass information of transferring cargo.
Step S602: and judging whether the oil quantity corresponding to the current oil quantity information is larger than the oil quantity corresponding to the cargo oil quantity adjusting information.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the residual oil quantity of the collecting card receiving the goods adjusting instruction can move to the goods loading point or not so as to manage the collecting card receiving the goods adjusting instruction.
Step S6021: and if the oil quantity corresponding to the current oil quantity information is larger than the oil quantity corresponding to the cargo oil quantity adjusting information, no action is performed.
And when the oil quantity corresponding to the current oil quantity information is larger than the oil quantity corresponding to the cargo oil quantity adjusting information, the truck receiving the cargo adjusting instruction can move to a cargo loading point, and the truck is normally moved without other operations.
Step S6022: and if the oil quantity corresponding to the current oil quantity information is not greater than the oil quantity corresponding to the cargo oil quantity adjusting information, defining the collection card as an invalid collection card, and re-determining the leisure collection card with the minimum distance corresponding to the vehicle-cargo distance information in all the leisure collection cards so as to send a cargo adjusting instruction to the leisure collection card and cancel the same cargo adjusting instruction in the invalid collection card.
When the oil amount corresponding to the current oil amount information is not larger than the oil amount corresponding to the cargo oil amount information, the fact that the truck receiving the cargo transferring instruction cannot meet the requirement of moving to the cargo loading point is indicated, at the moment, the truck closest to the cargo loading point is selected from the rest of leisure trucks to transmit the cargo transferring instruction, the truck can go to the cargo loading point to carry out cargo transportation, the same cargo transferring instruction in the invalid truck is cancelled, the invalid truck can be changed into the leisure truck again, and the truck is convenient to receive the cargo transferring instruction of the rest of cargo loading points again.
