when one flow-limiting drainage component 33 cannot meet the diluent discharge requirement, the telescopic cylinder 361 drives the water baffle 34 to move, so that the other adjacent flow-limiting drainage component 33 works, and the like until the diluent discharge requirement is met.
The specific process of the invention is as follows:
the flow sensor 251 is of the type "LWGY-FMT", the pressure sensor 351 is of the type "MPM 288", and the distance sensor 372 is of the type "WS-A164012T".

the diluent is discharged through the flow-limiting drainage component 33 closest to the liquid discharge end of the slurry hole 11, when the drainage flow cannot meet the drainage requirement, the flow rate value of the flow sensor 251 is reduced, the pressure control module 403 receives the flow data measured by the flow measurement component 25 and triggers the booster pump 261 to pressurize when the flow data is smaller than a set value, the uniform flow dilution module 404 receives the pressure data of the pressure sensor 351 and the distance data of the distance sensor 372 and starts the translation driving component 36 when the pressure data is larger than the set value and each distance data is larger than the set value, so that the corresponding number of flow-limiting drainage components 33 work simultaneously, the drainage efficiency of each flow-limiting drainage component 33 is ensured to be consistent, and the purpose of uniform dilution is achieved;
the water pump 12 pumps the dilution liquid, such as white water, into the valve body housing 21, because the dilution liquid can not cut off, the half-closed gate plate 22 only adjusts the opening and closing degree of the valve body housing 21, and the valve closing part 24 can close the valve body housing 21 by matching with the half-closed gate plate 22;
when the opening degree adjusting part 23 works, the execution end of the stepping motor 231 drives the screw rod 232 to rotate, and the screw rod 232 drives the semi-closed flashboard 22 to lift so as to adjust the opening degree of the valve body shell 21;
when the valve needs to be closed, the semi-closed gate plate 22 descends to the limit position, and the execution end of the driving cylinder 241 drives the opening and closing gate plate 242 to move upwards so as to be matched with the semi-closed gate plate 22 for valve closing;
the water blocking block 334 is pushed down by the water pressure after the diluent enters the diluent box 31, when the water blocking block 334 moves downwards to the lower part of the circular truncated cone 332, the diluent can be discharged through the water discharging pipe 331, when the water discharging pipe 331 is in the maximum working efficiency, the spring 336 is compressed to the limit, and the distance between the distance sensor 372 and the bottom of the supporting rod 335 is minimum;
when one flow-limiting drainage component 33 cannot meet the diluent discharge requirement, the telescopic cylinder 361 drives the water baffle 34 to move, so that the other adjacent flow-limiting drainage component 33 works, and the like until the diluent discharge requirement is met.

Claims (10)

1. A dilution water head box valve control system comprises a base shell (10) and a controller (40), wherein a plurality of flow holes (11) are arranged on the side wall of the base shell (10) in a penetrating mode, it is characterized in that the top of the base shell (10) is provided with a water pump (12) and a plurality of gate valve modules (20), the slurry flowing hole (11) is internally provided with an even dilution module (30), the gate valve module (20) comprises a valve body shell (21) which is arranged on the upper surface of the base shell (10) and is connected with the water pump (12) through a pipeline at the liquid inlet end, a semi-closed gate plate (22) which is connected with the inner wall of the valve body shell (21) in a sliding way, and an opening and closing degree adjusting part (23) which is arranged at the top of the valve body shell (21) and is used for driving the semi-closed gate plate (22) to go up and down, and a valve closing member (24) provided on the upper surface of the base housing (10) and having an actuating end extending into the valve body housing (21);
the uniform dilution module (30) comprises a dilution water box (31) which is arranged at the top of the inner wall of the slurry flowing hole (11) and one end of which is communicated with the liquid discharge end of the valve body shell (21) through a transmission conduit (32), a plurality of flow-limiting drainage components (33) which are arranged at the bottom of the dilution water box (31) in a linear array manner, a water baffle (34) which is arranged in the dilution water box (31), a pressure detection component (35) which is arranged at one side of the water baffle (34) close to the transmission conduit (32), a translation driving component (36) which is arranged at one side of the dilution water box (31) far away from the transmission conduit (32) and is used for driving the water baffle (34) to move, and the transmission conduit (32) is positioned at the slurry discharge end of the slurry flowing hole (11);
and a flow measuring component (25) and a pressurizing component (26) are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of the transmission conduit (32) and extend away from the valve body shell (21).

The dilution water headbox valve control system of claim 1, wherein the opening-closing ratio adjustment component (23) comprises a stepper motor (231) disposed at the top of the valve body housing (21), and a lead screw (232) disposed at an execution end of the stepper motor (231) and having a nut connected to the semi-closed gate (22).

The dilution water headbox valve control system of claim 1, wherein the valve closing member (24) comprises a drive cylinder (241) disposed on an upper surface of the base housing (10), and an opening and closing shutter (242) disposed at an actuating end of the drive cylinder (241) and having a top end extending into the valve body housing (21).

The dilution water headbox valve control system of claim 1, wherein the flow-limiting drainage component (33) comprises a drainage pipe (331) having a top end communicated with the bottom of the dilution water box (31), a circular truncated cone (332) disposed on the top of the inner wall of the drainage pipe (331), a support plate (333) disposed at the bottom of the inner wall of the drainage pipe (331) and fixed to the inner wall of the drainage pipe (331) through a plurality of connecting rods, a water-blocking block (334) having an outer wall contacting the inner wall of the circular truncated cone (332), a support rod (335) disposed at the bottom of the water-blocking block (334) and having a bottom end penetrating through the support plate (333), and a spring (336) disposed on the outer wall of the support rod (335) and located between the support plate (333) and the water-blocking block (334).

The dilution water headbox valve control system of claim 4, wherein a distance measuring component (37) is arranged at the bottom of the support plate (333), the distance measuring component (37) comprises an outer sleeve (371) arranged at the bottom of the support plate (333) and sleeved outside the support rod (335), and a distance sensor (372) arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the outer sleeve (371).
6. The dilution water headbox valve control system of claim 1, wherein the pressure detection unit (35) comprises a pressure sensor (351) located on a side wall of the water baffle (34).

The dilution water headbox valve control system according to claim 1, wherein the translational drive unit (36) comprises a telescopic cylinder (361) disposed on an outer wall of the dilution water box (31), and an execution end of the telescopic cylinder (361) penetrates through the dilution water box (31) and is connected to the water baffle (34).
8. A dilution water headbox valve control system according to claim 1, characterized in that the flow measurement unit (25) comprises a flow sensor (251) arranged on the outer wall of the transfer duct (32).
9. The dilution water headbox valve control system of claim 1, wherein the pressurization member (26) comprises a pressurization pump (261) disposed on an upper surface of the base housing (10) and having an actuating end in communication with the transfer conduit (32).

The dilution water headbox valve control system according to claim 5, wherein the controller (40) is communicatively connected to a banner quantitative control computer (41), the controller (40) comprises a dilution totalization module (401), a total flow control module (402), a pressure control module (403), and a uniform flow dilution module (404), the dilution totalization module (401) is configured to receive information of the amount of dilution liquid to be added per unit time calculated by the banner quantitative control computer (41) according to the banner quantitative requirement, the total flow control module (402) is configured to receive flow data measured by the flow measurement component (25) and trigger the opening and closing degree adjusting component (23) to enable the flow data to reach a set value, the pressure control module (403) is configured to receive the flow data measured by the flow measurement component (25) and trigger the pressurization component (26) to pressurize when the flow data is smaller than the set value, the uniform flow dilution module (404) is used for receiving pressure data of the pressure detection part (35) and distance data of the distance measurement part (37) and starting the translation driving part (36) when the pressure data is larger than a set value and each distance data is larger than the set value, so that the corresponding number of flow limiting and drainage parts (33) work simultaneously.
