In the cylinder barrel structure, the situation that the cylinder barrel and the flange are deformed due to limited weld space and secondary processing is needed is avoided, the lateral force born by a piston rod can be reduced, and the lateral force resistance of the hydraulic cylinder is improved; the guide sleeve and the cylinder barrel are independently provided with a rodless cavity oil duct, so that the risk of oil leakage is avoided. The embodiment is mainly suitable for the full rotary drilling machine, avoids the adverse effect of vibration on welding seams, and has the advantages of high reliability, lateral force resistance and easiness in maintenance.
