The PE plastic drum with the heat preservation function as claimed in claim 5, wherein the black plastic drum module (2) comprises an annular black plastic drum (21) disposed on an upper end surface of the black plastic drum support platform (12), the annular black plastic drum (21) is sleeved on an outer wall of the PE water storage drum (11), a black plastic drum drainage pipeline (23) is disposed at a bottom of a side wall of the annular black plastic drum (21), a breather valve (24) is disposed at one side position of the upper end surface of the annular black plastic drum (21), a black plastic drum water inlet pipeline (22) is disposed at the other side position of the upper end surface of the annular black plastic drum (21), and the black plastic drum water inlet pipeline (22) is connected with the siphon (15) through a pipe sleeve.
7. The PE plastic barrel with thermal insulation of claim 6, wherein the lower end surface of the water inlet pipe (22) of the black plastic barrel is lower than the height of the water inlet of the siphon (15).

The PE plastic barrel with the heat preservation function as claimed in claim 1, wherein an annular support is arranged on the lower end face of the round hole formed in the water barrel cover (4), the annular support and the water barrel cover (4) are integrated, and the inner diameter of the annular support is the same as the diameter of the round hole.
