The moisture resistant carton as in claim 4 wherein the lower portion of the moisture resistant panel has a lower top portion, the lower top portion including an outer paper tube and an inner paper tube, the outer paper tube being fixedly attached to the moisture resistant panel, the inner paper tube being disposed within the outer paper tube and being vertically slidably engaged with the inner paper tube, the inner paper tube being fixedly attached to the main bottom panel.

6. The moisture resistant carton as in claim 5 wherein the inner sleeve contains moisture resistant agent and the inner sleeve has moisture resistant apertures in the side walls thereof.

7. The moisture resistant carton as in claim 6 wherein the moisture resistant agent is quicklime pellets.

8. The moisture resistant carton according to claim 7 wherein the support panel has a moisture resistant layer secured thereto.

9. The moisture resistant carton according to claim 8 wherein the moisture resistant layer is formed of plastic.
