Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the switch 364 is electrically connected to the battery 363 and the first magnetic block 361, respectively, the switch 364 includes a stator 3641 and a rotor 3642, the stator 3641 is fitted in the middle of the inner circumferential surface of the fixed pipe 321, the rotor 3642 is fitted on the outer circumferential surface of the slide rod 322, the stator 3641 is electrically connected to the battery 363, and the rotor 3642 is electrically connected to the first magnetic block 361. In a natural state, the stator 3641 is located above the rotor 3642, the bottom surface of the slide rod 322 is lower than the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the transfer plate roller 6, and the vertical distance between the bottom surface of the slide rod 322 and the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the transfer plate roller 6 is equal to the distance from the top surface of the rotor 3642 to the bottom surface of the stator 3641 in the vertical direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the embossed sheet 7 includes a substrate layer 71, a polyester layer 72, an electrochromic layer 73, a foaming ink layer 74 and a varnish layer 75, the polyester layer 72, the electrochromic layer 73, the foaming ink layer 74 and the varnish layer 75 are sequentially stacked on the top surface of the substrate layer 71, the substrate layer 71 is made of stainless steel, the polyester layer 72 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, the electrochromic layer 73 is made of polyvinylidene fluoride, the foaming ink layer 74 is made of polyvinyl chloride resin dissolved with a foaming agent, and the varnish layer 75 is made of PE resin.
The implementation principle of the precoated color plate with the stereoscopic texture visual effect and the production equipment thereof in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the production equipment transfers printing plates 7 with other thicknesses, a stepping motor 25 is started, the driving gear 26 drives the transmission gear 24 to rotate by the rotation of the stepping motor 25, the transmission rod 22 drives the worm 23 at two ends of the transmission rod 22 to rotate by the rotation of the transmission gear 24, the two worm gears 21 rotate by the rotation of the two worm 23, the threaded rod 13 rotates by the rotation of the worm gear 21, and accordingly the sliding block 15 in threaded connection with the threaded rod 13 drives the transfer printing plate roller 6 to move upwards under the connection effect of the connecting rod.
When the printing plate 7 with new thickness is placed under the transfer printing roller 6, the stepping motor 25 is started again and the stepping motor 25 is reversely rotated, under the reverse driving of the stepping motor 25, the regulating block 11 drives the transfer printing roller 6 and the detecting rod 31 to move downwards together, in the process of moving downwards the detecting rod 31, after the bottom surface of the sliding rod 322 abuts against the top surface of the printing plate 7, the regulating block 11 drives the transfer printing roller 6 and the detecting rod 31 to continuously move downwards along with the continuous reverse rotation of the stepping motor 25, because the vertical distance between the bottom surface of the sliding rod 322 and the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the transfer printing roller 6 is equal to the vertical distance between the top of the moving sheet 3642 and the bottom of the fixed sheet 3641, when the sliding rod 322 slides upwards in the fixed tube 321 and makes the moving sheet 3642 abut against the fixed sheet 3641, the electric loop of the electromagnet 36 is conducted, the first magnetic block 361 and the second magnetic block 362 are mutually attracted, so that the mounting plate 28 slides towards the direction close to the second magnetic block 362, and then the driving gear 26 is separated from the transmission gear 24, the transfer printing roller 6 stays at the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the transfer printing roller 6 and the bottom surface 7, and the bottom surface of the transfer printing roller 6 abuts against the top surface 7, and the transfer printing plate 6 can be automatically moved to the top surface of the transfer printing roller 6 according to the automatic transfer printing plate 6, and the production equipment can be more convenient to the production plate 7, and the production plate can be more convenient and the production plate can be adjusted.
The polyester layer 72 in the printed board 7 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, and the polyethylene terephthalate engine oil has good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability, so that the creep resistance and fatigue resistance of the polyester layer 72 of the printed board 7 are improved, the mechanical property of the printed board 7 is improved, and the dimensional stability of the printed board 7 is improved.
The polyester layer 72 in the printed board 7 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, and the polyethylene terephthalate engine oil has good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability, so that the creep resistance and fatigue resistance of the polyester layer 72 in the printed board 7 are improved, the mechanical property of the printed board 7 is improved, and the dimensional stability of the printed board 7 is improved.

the stepping motor (25) is fixed on the mounting plate (28), the mounting plate (28) is arranged on the ground in a sliding manner, the production equipment further comprises a control mechanism (3), the control mechanism (3) comprises a fixed plate (34) fixed on the ground on one side of the mounting plate (28) away from the transmission gear (24) and an electromagnet (36) arranged between the mounting plate (28) and the fixed plate (34), the electromagnet (36) comprises a first magnetic block (361) fixedly connected to the mounting plate (28), a second magnetic block (362) fixedly connected to the fixed plate (34), a battery (363) electrically connected with the second magnetic block (362) and a switch (364) electrically connected with the second magnetic block (362) and the battery 363 respectively, a detection rod (31) is fixedly connected to the adjusting block (11), a telescopic rod (32) is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of one end of the detection rod (31) away from the adjusting block (11), the telescopic rod (32) is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the telescopic rod (321) and positioned above the detection rod (321) and comprises a tensioning rod (321) and a tensioning tube (322) fixedly arranged in the fixed tube (33), the switch (364) comprises a fixed plate (3641) embedded on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed pipe (321) and a movable plate (3642) capable of being abutted against the fixed plate (3641), the movable plate (3642) is embedded on the outer peripheral surface of the sliding rod (322) and located below the fixed plate (3641), the fixed plate (3641) is electrically connected with the battery (363), the movable plate (3642) is electrically connected with the first magnetic block (361), the bottom surface outside the sliding rod (322) is lower than the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the transfer printing roller (6), and the distance between the fixed plate (3641) and the vertical direction of the movable plate (3642) in a natural state is equal to the vertical distance between the bottom surface of the sliding rod (322) and the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the transfer printing roller (6).
