A connecting member 30 for controlling the relative positions of the main cylinder 10 and the sub-cylinder 20 is provided between the main cylinder 10 and the sub-cylinder 20, and the connecting member 30 is provided between the lower surface of the top plate 11 and the upper surface of the sub-cylinder 20. When the hinge cylinder 36 contracts, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, because the main cylinder 10 and the secondary cylinder 20 are coaxially arranged, under the interaction between the main cylinder 10 and the secondary cylinder 20, the first connecting rod 34 and the second connecting rod 35 are inclined, so that the distance between the top plate 11 of the main cylinder 10 and the secondary cylinder 20 is shortened, and finally the punching rod 12 extends downwards beyond the secondary cylinder 20, and after the hinge cylinder 36 stops contracting, the positions of the main cylinder 10 and the secondary cylinder 20 are fixed.
Referring to fig. 6, the anvil body 41 is circular and has a channel 411 on its upper surface. A bearing seat 44 is sleeved on the periphery of the anvil plate body 41, a supporting column 43 is fixed below the anvil plate body 41, a second punching channel 42 is arranged at the center of the anvil plate 40, and the center of the second punching channel 42 corresponds to the center of the first punching channel 21. The second punch channel 42 may accommodate passage of a subsequent ram cylinder 50.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the centering cylinder 60 includes a ring gear 61 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the bearing housing 44, the ring gear 61 being freely rotatable about the bearing housing 44. The ring gear 61 is driven by external power. In practice, a drive mechanism (not shown) is provided, which comprises a servomotor in the output axial direction, the end of the servomotor being provided with a driving gear, which meshes with the ring gear 61 to enable the ring gear 61 to obtain power.

The inner end of the pushing head 63 is arranged in a concave arc shape, which can effectively prevent the blanks from sliding out from the side of the pushing head 63 when the pushing head 63 pushes the blanks.
Referring to fig. 2, a top cylinder 50 is disposed below the anvil body 41, the top cylinder 50 includes a connecting plate 51, the connecting plate 51 connects a top rod 52 and a bottom lifting cylinder 53, wherein the top rod 52 and the second punching channel 42 are matched and can be lifted and extended upwards in the process of implementation.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further comprises a gantry 70, wherein the gantry 70 comprises two upright posts 71 symmetrically disposed on the anvil body 41, a cross beam 72 is disposed between the top ends of the upright posts 71, and a telescopic rod 73 with a changeable length is disposed below the cross beam 72, and the telescopic rod 73 generally employs an oil cylinder. The bottom of the telescopic rod 73 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the auxiliary cylinder 20.

when the blank is placed on the anvil body 41, at this time, the top of the top cylinder 50 is flush with the upper surface of the anvil body 41, the external driving mechanism drives the gear ring 61 to rotate, and the gear ring 61 drives the pushing head 63 engaged with the gear ring to move towards the center, so that the centering process is completed. After the centering process is completed, the external driving mechanism is reversed to separate the pusher 63.
After the pushing head 63 leaves, the telescopic rod 73 on the portal frame 70 pushes the main cylinder 10 and the auxiliary cylinder 20 to press down together (at this time, the bottom surface of the main cylinder 10 is flush with the bottom surface of the auxiliary cylinder 20), and the columnar material blank is rolled into a cake-shaped material cake, so that the rolling process is completed.
After the rolling process is completed, the telescopic rod 73 drives the main cylinder 10 and the auxiliary cylinder 20 to retract together, the jacking cylinder 53 pushes the ejector rod 52 to jack open the material cake which may be adhered on the cutting board body 41, then retracts, and retracts until a certain fall is formed between the top surface of the ejector rod 52 and the upper surface of the cutting board body 41, and the height of the fall is larger than the thickness of the material cake.
