Fig. 19 is a diagram showing a state of use of the integrated glue-spraying bracket according to the embodiment of the invention when applied to a seventh automobile workpiece.
As shown in fig. 19, the seventh automotive workpiece 67 is an automotive rear door trim panel, has a wider width, and is substantially identical to the fixing manner of the sixth automotive workpiece 66, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
As described above, the integrated glue-spraying bracket 10 of the present embodiment can support and position the nine kinds of automobile workpieces to be glue-sprayed, and can simultaneously support and position a plurality of the automobile workpieces, and the integrated glue-spraying bracket 10 does not need to be detached and adjusted when switching the automobile workpieces to be glue-sprayed.
In fig. 13 to 19, in consideration of the glue spraying trajectory, the glue spraying parameters, and the like, two identical automobile workpieces are fixed to the two general-purpose glue spraying brackets 40 of the integrated glue spraying bracket 10, respectively, and actually, different automobile workpieces may be fixed to the two general-purpose glue spraying brackets 40, respectively.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
The integrated glue spraying bracket 10 provided by the embodiment comprises a first general glue spraying bracket 41 and a second general glue spraying bracket 42, wherein the first general glue spraying bracket 41 is provided with a first positioning component 412, the first positioning component 412 comprises a plurality of longitudinal positioning columns 4121 extending upwards along the vertical direction, and the arrangement of the longitudinal positioning columns 4121 and the height of each longitudinal positioning column 4121 are matched with various automobile workpieces, so that various automobile workpieces to be sprayed with glue can be positioned and supported; the structure of the second universal glue spraying support 42 is similar to that of the first universal glue spraying support 41, and the arrangement of the longitudinal positioning columns 4121 of the second universal glue spraying support 42 is approximately opposite to that of the first universal glue spraying support 41, so that the integrated glue spraying support 10 can simultaneously position and support at least two automobile workpieces, and the outer surfaces of the two automobile workpieces to be sprayed with glue are staggered as much as possible, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the glue spraying effect is ensured. Because the first universal glue spraying support 41 and the second universal glue spraying support 42 can be directly adapted to various automobile workpieces, when the automobile workpieces to be sprayed with glue are switched, the integrated glue spraying support 10 does not need to be disassembled, assembled and adjusted, the production switching time is shortened, and based on the production characteristics of various types and small quantity of each type of automobile interior trim production, a large amount of time can be saved by adopting the integrated glue spraying support 10, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved.
