step three: the upper part and the lower part in the pen body 1 are rotated, so that the clamping table 12 clamps the inner wall of the right side of the pen rack cover 9; the clamping piece 11 rotates around a rotating joint between the clamping piece and the rotating groove 10-1 through the clamping jaw mechanism 13, so that the clamping table 12 moves to one side far away from the threaded push rod 7, the pen holder sleeve 9 is clamped, and the pen refill holder 2 and the pen body 1 are stably installed; the control switch drives the driving motor 13-5 to start, so that the driving screw rod 13-6 rotates, the driving table 13-4 moves, when the driving table 13-4 moves leftwards, the first connecting piece 13-2 is pulled to move leftwards, the clamping piece 11 moves to one side close to the inner annular wall of the pen rack cover 9 around a rotating joint between the clamping piece 11 and the rotating groove 10-1 through the second connecting piece 13-3, and the clamping table 12 clamps the right inner wall of the pen rack cover 9.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, this concrete implementation mode beneficial effect does:
1. the pen refill holder 2 and the pen body 1 are mounted through the pen holder sleeve 9, so that the pen refill holder 2 can be mounted and dismounted conveniently;

5. the bracket 10 is pushed by the electric telescopic rod 14-1, so that the position of the clamping piece 11 is adjusted, and the clamping piece 11 is more convenient to operate.

the clamping jaw mechanisms (13) are arranged at the inner sides of the horizontal ends of the corresponding brackets (10) respectively; the clamping jaw mechanism (13) is connected with the clamping piece (11); the clamping jaw mechanism (13) comprises:
the support block (13-1), the said support block (13-1) is fixed on right side inner wall of the vertical end in the support (10);
the first connecting piece (13-2) is arranged in the supporting block (13-1) in a penetrating way;
the second connecting piece (13-3) is hinged to the left side of the first connecting piece (13-2) through a hinge shaft, and the second connecting piece (13-3) is arranged on the front side of the first connecting piece (13-2); the left side of the second connecting piece (13-3) is hinged with the right side of the clamping piece (11) through a hinge shaft, and the second connecting piece (13-3) is arranged at the rear side of the clamping piece (11);
the driving table (13-4), the said driving table (13-4) is fixed to the outside of the left side of the first connecting piece (13-2), the driving table (13-4) contacts with inner wall of the horizontal end in the support (10);
the driving motor (13-5), the said driving motor (13-5) is fixed on the inner wall of the vertical end in the support (10), and the driving motor (13-5) is connected with the battery inside the pen body (1) and control switch on the pen body (1) separately;
the driving screw rod (13-6), the driving screw rod (13-6) is fixed on the output shaft of the driving motor (13-5), the right end of the driving screw rod (13-6) is connected with the supporting block (13-1) in a screwed way through a bearing, and the driving screw rod (13-6) is arranged in the driving table (13-4) in a penetrating way through screw threads in a rotating way;
the control switch drives the driving motor (13-5) to start, so that the driving screw rod (13-6) rotates, the driving table (13-4) moves, when the driving table (13-4) moves to the right, the first connecting piece (13-2) is driven to move to the right in the supporting block (13-1), the first connecting piece (13-2) pulls the second connecting piece (13-3), and therefore the clamping piece (11) rotates inwards around a rotating joint between the clamping piece and the rotating groove (10-1), and the clamping table (12) moves to the side close to the threaded push rod (7) so as to perform mounting or dismounting operation on the pen rack sleeve (9); conversely, when the pen rack sleeve (9) is arranged in the pen body (1), the driving motor (13-5) drives the driving table (13-4) to move leftwards, so that the first connecting piece (13-2) is pulled to move leftwards, the clamping piece (11) moves to one side close to the inner annular wall of the pen rack sleeve (9) around a rotating joint between the second connecting piece (13-3) and the rotating groove (10-1), and the clamping table (12) clamps the right inner wall of the pen rack sleeve (9), so that the pen rack sleeve (9) and the pen body (1) are more tightly and firmly arranged;
the two adjusting card mechanisms (14) are respectively arranged between the bracket (10) and the slot (9-1).
