Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a cold-hot combined type itching relieving device, which comprises:
a refrigerating and heating device 10 having a heating end 11 and a refrigerating end 12;
the itching relieving piece 30 is made of good heat conducting material, is arranged on the outer surface of the itching relieving device and can contact the skin at the position to be itching relieved;
the heat transfer component 20 is arranged between the refrigerating and heating device 10 and the itching relieving piece 30 and is contacted with the heating end 11 and the refrigerating end 12 of the refrigerating and heating device 10;
the heat transfer component 20 and the itching relieving piece 30 can transfer heat, so that heating and cooling of the itching relieving piece 30 are alternately realized.
Specifically, the core thought of the itching relieving device provided by the invention is to adopt a mode of combining cold therapy and thermal therapy and alternating the cold therapy and the thermal therapy to relieve itching. Wherein, the refrigerating and heating device 10 is used as an energy source for cold therapy and heat therapy; the heating end 11 can transfer heat to the itching relieving piece 30 through the heat transfer component 20, so that the itching relieving piece 30 generates heat to realize thermotherapy; the refrigeration end 12 can absorb the heat of the itching relieving piece 30 through the heat transfer component 20, so that the itching relieving piece 30 is cooled to realize the cold therapy. The itch stopping member 30 is made of a material having a good heat conductivity, such as metal, to enhance the heat transfer effect.
In practical application, the cold therapy and the thermal therapy are performed alternately, so that the itching relieving part 30 needs to alternately generate heat and cool. To achieve this, it can be adopted that, at the same time, the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12 of the refrigerating and heating device 10 are physically connected with the itching relieving piece 30 through the heat transfer component 20 to achieve heat transfer, and the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12 are controlled to alternately operate, so that the itching relieving piece 30 can alternately generate heat and refrigerate. Besides, it can also be adopted that, at the same time, one of the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12 of the cooling and heating device 10 is physically connected with the itching relieving piece 30 through the heat transfer component 20 to realize heat transfer, meanwhile, the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12 operate simultaneously, and the heat transfer component 20 in contact with the itching relieving piece 30 is controlled to alternate between the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12, so that the itching relieving piece 30 can also realize alternate heating and cooling.
Further, the time of the single cold therapy or heat therapy can be set adaptively, for example, 3S or other time periods, and the time of the cold and heat alternation is controlled to realize the purpose.
When the itching relieving piece 30 contacts the skin at the position to be itching relieved, the itching relieving piece 30 can perform alternate cold therapy and heat therapy on the corresponding part of the skin by alternately heating and cooling. Compared with the single therapy of cold therapy or thermal therapy adopted in the prior art, the itching relieving device of the invention has a plurality of advantages by adopting cold and hot alternate therapy: on the first hand, the skin at the position to be itching-relieved is not heated or cooled for a long time, so that the comfort degree of skin feeling in the itching-relieving process is improved; in the second aspect, the skin at the position to be itching-relieved is alternately heated and cooled, the heating can neutralize the discomfort caused by the last cooling, and the cooling can also neutralize the discomfort caused by the last heating, so that the discomfort caused by the thermal therapy and the cold therapy on the skin can be further improved; in the third aspect, the skin at the position to be itch is alternately subjected to cold therapy and thermal therapy, so that the advantages of the cold therapy and the thermal therapy are combined, itch is relieved from multiple angles based on different itch relieving principles, and the itch relieving effect is improved.
Preferably, the cooling/heating device 10 is a semiconductor refrigerator, and the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12 are respectively located on the front and the back of the semiconductor refrigerator.
Specifically, as a mature refrigerating device, the semiconductor refrigerator naturally has a refrigerating end 12 and a heating end 11, has a small volume, is ready to use when being powered on, and is very suitable for the use requirements of portability and easy operation of the itching relieving device. However, it should be noted that, based on the refrigeration principle of the semiconductor refrigerator, the refrigeration end 12 and the heating end 11 cannot be controlled to operate alternately and must operate simultaneously, so that only the above-mentioned method of controlling the heat transfer assembly 20 in contact with the itch stopping member 30 to alternate between the refrigeration end 12 and the heating end 11 can be employed accordingly.
In one embodiment, the heat transfer assembly 20 includes:
a first heat transfer arm 21 having one end in sliding contact with the heating end 11 and the other end close to the itch stopping member 30;
a second heat transfer arm 22 parallel to the first heat transfer arm 21 and having one end in sliding contact with the cooling end 12 and the other end close to the itch stopping member 30;
wherein, a switching mechanism 40 is arranged between the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22, and the switching mechanism 40 drives the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22 to move in opposite directions to each other so as to alternately contact the itching relieving piece 30.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 of the drawings, based on the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22 of the heat transfer assembly 20, the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22 are alternately contacted by the driving of the switching mechanism 40, so as to control the heat transfer assembly 20 contacted with the itching relieving piece 30 to alternate between the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12. The switching mechanism 40 can drive the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22 to reciprocate, and at the same time, the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22 move in opposite directions, that is, one heat transfer arm moves toward the direction close to the itching relieving element 30, and the other heat transfer arm moves away from the itching relieving element 30.
In one embodiment, the switching mechanism 40 includes:
a first rack 41 provided on a side surface of the first heat transfer arm 21 close to the second heat transfer arm 22;
a second rack 42 provided on a side of the second heat transfer arm 22 close to the first heat transfer arm 21;
and a pinion gear 43 disposed between the first rack 41 and the second rack 42 and simultaneously engaged with both the racks.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the switching mechanism 40 employs a reciprocating mechanism composed of gear racks, and the first rack 41 and the second rack 42 are driven to reciprocate by the forward and reverse rotation of the driving gear 43 in a reciprocating manner, so as to realize the reciprocating motion of the first heat transfer arm 21 and the second heat transfer arm 22. For the driving gear 43, it can be sleeved on the output shaft of the motor, and the reciprocating forward and reverse rotation of the driving gear 43 is realized by controlling the forward and reverse operation of the motor. Of course, the driving gear 43 can also be manually controlled, for example, the rotating shaft where the driving gear 43 is located is extended to the outside of the itching relieving device and a knob is installed, so that the user can manually control the forward and reverse rotation and the rotation time of the driving gear 43 according to the itching relieving requirement of the user.
It should be noted that the first rack 41 and the second rack 42 may be rack products directly disposed on the corresponding heat transfer arms, or may be rack structures directly configured on the heat transfer arms.
In one embodiment, the heat transfer assembly 20 comprises a heat transfer element 23, the heat transfer element 23 is in contact with the refrigeration and heating device 10 and the itching relieving element 30 at the same time, and the part of the refrigeration and heating device 10 in contact with the heat transfer element 23 can be used as the heating end 11 and the cooling end 12 alternately.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the heat transfer assembly 20 in the present embodiment adopts a structure different from the foregoing structure, that is, the heat transfer assembly 20 adopts an integral heat transfer element 23, one side surface of the refrigeration and heating device 10 is attached to the heat transfer element 23, and the portion of the refrigeration and heating device 10 attached to the heat transfer element 23 can be used as the heating end 11 or the cooling end 12 based on control and can alternate between the two, thereby realizing the cold and hot alternation.
Based on the semiconductor refrigerator adopted by the refrigerating and heating device 10, which is very much matched with the heat transfer component 20 of the present embodiment, the original refrigerating end 12 or heating end 11 of the semiconductor refrigerator is tightly attached to the heat transfer element 23, and the original refrigerating end 12/heating end 11 can be switched to the heating end 11/refrigerating end 12 by controlling the direction of the current entering the semiconductor refrigerator, so that the cold and hot alternation is realized.
In one embodiment, the number of the refrigerating and heating devices 10 is two, wherein the heating end 11 of one refrigerating and heating device 10 contacts the heat transfer element 23, the refrigerating end 12 of the other refrigerating and heating device 10 contacts the heat transfer element 23, and the two refrigerating and heating devices 10 operate alternately.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, two refrigerating and heating units 10 may be further provided based on the heat transfer member 23 formed integrally with the heat transfer member 20, and the refrigerating end 12 of one and the heating end 11 of the other may contact the heat transfer member 23. The alternation of the cold and the heat of the heat transfer element 23 can be realized by controlling the alternation operation of the two refrigerating and heating devices 10. Compared with the above solutions, the solution of the present embodiment does not need to control the current flow direction, but needs to provide one more refrigeration/heating device 10, which can be selected according to specific requirements. The refrigerating and heating device 10 in the present embodiment may also be a semiconductor refrigerator.
In one embodiment, the heat transfer assembly 20 includes a first heat transfer block 24 and a second heat transfer block 25, the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25 contacting the itch 30, respectively;
the number of the refrigerating and heating devices 10 is two, wherein the heating end 11 of one refrigerating and heating device 10 contacts the first heat transfer block 24, the refrigerating end 12 of the other refrigerating and heating device 10 contacts the second heat transfer block 25, and the two refrigerating and heating devices 10 operate simultaneously or alternatively.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the heat transfer assembly 20 in the present embodiment adopts the different structure described above, i.e. adopts a split structure composed of the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25, and the two corresponding refrigeration and heating devices 10 correspond to the two heat transfer blocks respectively.
Based on the structure of the heat transfer assembly 20 of the present embodiment, there are two ways for the practical application of the itching relieving device:
first, the two cooling and heating devices 10 are operated alternately, so that only one of the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25 actually transfers heat at the same time, and further, the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25 alternately transfer heat to the itching relieving element 30, thereby realizing the alternation of cooling and heating of the itching relieving element 30.
This approach is also a preferred improvement over the previous embodiment that employs an integral heat transfer element 23 based on the heat transfer assembly 20. Specifically, when the same heat transfer element 23 is used to realize the cold-hot alternation of the itching relieving element 30, the heat transfer element 23 itself needs to be switched between cold and hot, and the heat transfer process of the cold-hot switching of the heat transfer element 23 needs time, so that the cold-hot alternation acts on the itching relieving element 30 to lag behind, and the itching relieving experience is influenced to a certain extent. And a first heat transfer block 24 and a second heat transfer block 25 are respectively arranged for respectively setting heat transfer and cold transfer, so that the consumption of excessive time in the cold-hot switching process does not exist at least on the part of the heat transfer component 20, the cold-hot conversion speed of the itching relieving piece 30 is greatly improved, and the hysteresis is improved.
Secondly, the two cooling and heating devices 10 operate simultaneously, so that the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25 can transfer heat to the itching relieving element 30 simultaneously, and at the moment, the itching relieving element 30 needs to be divided into two parts respectively corresponding to the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25, the two parts are mutually insulated, and the two parts respectively generate heat and refrigerate. When the antipruritic 30 is applied to the skin, it may be: the skin in contact with the heating part of the itching relieving part 30 is subjected to thermotherapy, the skin in contact with the refrigerating part of the itching relieving part 30 is subjected to cryotherapy, and a user holds the itching relieving device by hand to adjust the positions of the heating part and the refrigerating part of the itching relieving part 30, which act on the skin, so that cold and hot alternation can be realized; it can also be: the heating part and the cooling part of the itching relieving piece 30 are not in the same position, and the heating part and the cooling part do not contact with the skin at the same time, so that the user can adjust the direction and the posture of the itching relieving device to adjust whether the heating part or the cooling part contacts with the skin, thereby realizing the cold and hot alternation.
In one embodiment, the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25 are spliced together and form a contact surface of the heat transfer assembly 20 contacting the itching relieving element 30, and a heat insulation layer 26 is arranged between the spliced parts of the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the first heat transfer block 24 and the second heat transfer block 25 contact each other and avoid being spliced into the complete heat transfer assembly 20, so that the structure is more compact. A heat insulation layer 26 is arranged between the two to avoid mutual interference during respective heating and cooling.
In one embodiment, a temperature control assembly is further included, and the temperature control assembly is electrically connected to the cooling and heating device 10 and is used for controlling the temperature of cooling or heating of the cooling and heating device 10.
Specifically, the temperature control assembly is not shown in the structural drawing, the temperature control assembly is used in cooperation with a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the itching relieving piece 30 or the heat transfer assembly 20 and feeds the temperature back to the temperature control assembly, and the temperature control assembly controls the heating or cooling power of the refrigerating and heating device 10, so as to control the temperature during the cold therapy and the heat therapy and ensure that the temperature is within a proper range.
In one embodiment, a battery 50 is also included, the battery 50 being used to power the power consuming components in the anti-itch device.
Specifically, based on the battery 50 (including dry batteries and rechargeable batteries), the itching relieving device of the present invention can be carried around and used at any time. The power consumption components mainly comprise the refrigeration and heating device 10, the temperature control assembly and the motor in the switching mechanism 40.
In one embodiment, a device housing 60 is also included, and the itch 30 is embedded in the device housing 60 and forms a portion of the surface of the device housing 60.
Specifically, the device housing 60 is used to accommodate various components of the anti-itch device, wherein the anti-itch 30 is embedded on the device housing 60, and the surface of the anti-itch 30 may be flush with the surface of the device housing 60 or may slightly protrude from the surface of the device housing 60, since the anti-itch 30 needs to contact the skin of a human body.
Further, the device housing 60 is provided with a button for activating the itching relieving device, specifically, activating various functional components in the itching relieving device, including the cooling and heating device 10, the temperature control assembly, and the motor or the corresponding current control assembly in the switching mechanism 40.
