Abstract

本发明属于轻集料开发领域,具体涉及一种具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒及其制备方法,该长效驱蚊陶粒是通过采用浸渍的方式将天然驱蚊组分负载于陶粒的孔隙中,实现陶粒的驱蚊功能集成。本发明的长效驱蚊陶粒以对人体及生态安全无毒的植物精油分为驱蚊组分,以具有多孔结构的陶粒作为载体,制备的产品具有原料来源广泛,价格便宜,驱蚊时效长,对环境及人体安全的优势。因此,本发明可满足陶粒在应用于人工湿地、植物种植等过程中的长效驱避蚊虫的需求。

Description

一种具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种无机微细粉体材料的制备。
背景技术
潮湿的环境利于蚊虫滋生,因此,家中的花盆,室外的湿地等地方的蚊虫泛滥成灾。蚊虫叮咬不仅在皮肤上产生疙瘩,奇痒难忍,同时,由于蚊虫体内含有大量细菌、病毒,在人体表面吸血时,这些细菌、病毒便会通过蚊子进入人体中,因此,趋避蚊虫对于人们预防传染病以及构建宜居环境具有重要的意义。
以蚊帐为代表的物理防护,以及灭蚊剂为代表的化学消杀是构成目前驱蚊方法的主要构成。但是,上述驱蚊方法仍然存在着局限性,对于室内花盆及室外湿地等潮湿环境的蚊虫趋避仍然束手无策。
随着人们生活品质的提升以及科学研究的发展,采用安全无毒、气味芳香的植物精油为活性组分进行驱蚊已成为当今的重要发展趋势,然而,目前多通过含有驱蚊组分的水剂的挥发实现驱蚊趋避,存在着趋避作用时间短,同时,液态产品携带及使用不方便的缺点。
鉴于陶粒多孔、质轻、表面强度高的特殊构造,在园林绿化、室内绿化中既满足了植物含水的需要,同时也满足了透气的要求,陶粒是目前室内花盆及室外湿地中常用的绿化材料。因此,针对潮湿环境中蚊虫滋生的难题,开展陶粒的驱蚊性能集成,应用于室内植物种植以及室外湿地环境中的蚊虫趋避,对于提升人们居住环境以及阻断蚊虫疾病传染具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明针对目前现有技术的不足,提供一种具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒及其制备方法,具有原料来源广泛,价格便宜,驱蚊时效长,对环境及人体安全的优势。该方法制备具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒原料主要为陶粒与驱蚊组分,操作步骤为浸渍、过滤和干燥。
上述具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照1:1~1:10浸渍比,将以上所述的陶粒,浸渍于天然驱蚊组分中,浸渍时间为1~60min;
(2)上述天然驱蚊组分包括:柠檬桉醇、香茅精油、薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、天竺葵精油等。
(3)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(4)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒。
本发明的长效驱蚊陶粒以对人体及生态安全无毒的植物精油分为驱蚊组分,以具有多孔结构的陶粒作为载体,制备的产品具有原料来源广泛,价格便宜,驱蚊时效长,对环境及人体安全的优势。因此,本发明可满足陶粒在应用于人工湿地、植物种植等过程中的长效驱避蚊虫的需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例,并参照数据进一步详细描述本发明。应理解,这些实施例只是为了举例说明本发明,而非以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:以陶粒与天然驱蚊组分—柠檬桉醇为主要原料长效驱蚊陶粒D1及其制备方法
(1)按照浸渍比以质量计为1:1;将市售普通陶粒浸渍于柠檬桉醇中,浸渍时间为1分钟;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有驱蚊时效长达21天的陶粒。
实施例2:以陶粒与天然驱蚊组分—柠檬桉醇为主要原料长效驱蚊陶粒D2及其制备方法
(1)按照浸渍比为1:10;将市售普通陶粒浸渍于柠檬桉醇中,浸渍时间为1分钟;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有驱蚊时效长达26天的陶粒。
实施例3:以陶粒与天然驱蚊组分—柠檬桉醇为主要原料长效驱蚊陶粒D3及其制备方法
(1)按照浸渍比为1:1;将市售普通陶粒浸渍于柠檬桉醇中,浸渍时间为60分钟;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有驱蚊时效长达45天的陶粒。
实施例4:以陶粒与天然驱蚊组分—柠檬桉醇为主要原料长效驱蚊陶粒D4及其制备方法
(1)按照浸渍比为1:10;将市售普通陶粒浸渍于柠檬桉醇中,浸渍时间为60分钟;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有驱蚊时效长达70天的陶粒。
实施例5:以陶粒与天然驱蚊组分—香茅精油为主要原料长效驱蚊陶粒D5及其制备方法
(1)按照浸渍比为1:10;将市售普通陶粒浸渍于香茅精油中,浸渍时间为60分钟;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有驱蚊时效长达65天的陶粒。
实施例6:以陶粒与天然驱蚊组分—香茅精油为主要原料长效驱蚊陶粒D6及其制备方法
(1)按照浸渍比为1:1;将以河塘底泥与芦苇为原料自制陶粒浸渍于香茅精油中,浸渍时间为60分钟;
(2)将上述步骤(1)中浸渍后陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有驱蚊时效长达58天的陶粒。
本发明的陶粒可以作为覆盖物铺在种植土表层,其透气、透水,并且缓慢地释放组分的气味,达到长时驱蚊功效。在使用前被密封包装,根据应用场合做成大小不同的包装。既可以用于居民室内盆栽,也可以用在市政景观盆景、公园裸露地表的覆盖物等方面。该陶粒失去驱蚊功效后可以被回收、再生,重新赋予驱蚊效果。

1.一种具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒,其特征在于,所述陶粒被浸渍有天然驱蚊组分。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒,陶粒与天然驱蚊组分的浸渍比以质量计为1:1~1:10。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒,所述天然驱蚊组分选自柠檬桉醇、香茅精油、薄荷精油、薰衣草精油和天竺葵精油中的一种或者多种。
4.制备权利要求1所述具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒的方法,包括:
(1)将所述陶粒浸渍于所述天然驱蚊组分中,浸渍时间为1~60min;
(2)将浸渍后的陶粒过滤;
(3)上述过滤收集到经浸渍后的陶粒干燥后,获得具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒。
5.权利要求1所述的具有长效驱蚊功能的陶粒作为种植基质的用途。
