Description
Technical Field
As described in the present specification, the present invention relates to an extensible container with a screw-top, of the soda can type, provided inside with a cartridge that allows to pop out vertically once the screw-top has been removed, creating a new space ready to add another supplementary liquid, another product, ice cubes or simply to drink it more comfortably.
The field of the invention corresponds to the subsidiary industry of accessories and devices for food and beverages.
Background
There are several precursors of packages that can elongate in some way.
Within the automotive industry, there are tanks that incorporate funnel-shaped attachments within the same body that help to dump the oil with greater precision.
The inventors are aware of the existence of some precursors that are elongatable packages, in which:
spanish utility model ES0277689, entitled "extendable container", was based on the inventor of the haimei morel meister, but this document has intensively studied the way of extending the container to be done through a notch outside the content container, a procedure which is completely different from that recommended by the present invention.
Similarly, spanish utility model ES1055026, filed on 1/10/2003, entitled "extensible and hygienic device for taking up the contents of soft drink cans and the like" has also been found. Once this document has been studied, it is noted that it is a soda can with a small spout-shaped extension on top. It is therefore also irrelevant to the invention which is intended for registration.
Disclosure of Invention
The device proposed by the present invention combines a number of novel features relating to other elements used in this field, which solves the problems that have hitherto been difficult and in some cases impossible to solve.
The present invention relates to an extendable container with a screw-cap, of the soda can type, provided inside with a cartridge that allows it to pop out vertically once the screw-cap has been removed, creating a new space ready to add another supplementary liquid, another product, ice cubes or simply drink it more comfortably.
In a more detailed manner, the extensible container with threaded lid consists of a cylindrical container (such as a soda can or similar) closed at the bottom and open at the top.
The container has on its upper outer side portion a thread intended to close hermetically the container by means of a threaded cap, which has along its entire periphery a small flange facing inwards.
The threaded cap has internal threads on the inside to screw with the external threads of the container and an elastic gasket on the upper side of the inside that will seal the assembly waterproof when properly tightened. In this way, the container can contain all kinds of fluids, including gases or carbonated liquids.
The extendable portion is constituted by a movable inner cylindrical element, of diameter slightly less than that of the container, having at its upper edge a straight peripheral outer flange, which will be the flange resting on the upper part of the container, so that the cylinder is always held when the container is closed and not moving, and at its lower edge another flange bent outwards, which rests on the inner wall of the container and which carries at the top an elastic gasket.
When the movable inner cylinder is slid upwards, it slides until the elastic gasket, which is located inside the lower flange, abuts the lower part of the annular flange, thus sealing the assembly in this area.
When the movable inner barrel is deployed, the volume of the assembly expands, so that the liquid contained in the container can be added with another supplementary liquid, even some ice, allowing for soft drinks, which can be added with alcoholic drinks and even some ice cubes once opened. Thus, no glass is required to prepare the cocktail, as it would be perfectly made in an extendable container.
Drawings
To supplement the description made and to assist a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the attached drawings, which form a part hereof, have been given the same reference numerals. The same elements are indicated, and wherein, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following have been expressed:
fig. 1 is a schematic side view of a container and all its components.

Detailed Description
The device proposed by the present invention incorporates a number of novel features relating to other elements used in this field.
The present invention relates to an extendable container with a screw-cap, of the soda can type, provided inside with a cartridge that allows it to pop out vertically once the screw-cap has been removed, creating a new space ready to add another supplementary liquid, another product, ice cubes or simply drink it more comfortably.
In a more detailed manner, the extensible container with screw cap is constituted by a cylindrical container (1), like a soda can, closed at the bottom and open at the top.
The container has on its upper outer side portion a thread (2) intended to close it hermetically by means of a threaded cap (4), and along its entire periphery a small flange (3) facing inwards.
The screw cap (4) has an internal thread (5) on the inside to be screwed with the external thread (2) of the container and an elastic gasket (6) on the upper side of the inside which will give the assembly tightness when the cap is properly tightened.
The extendable portion is constituted by a movable inner cylinder (7), the diameter of said movable inner cylinder (7) being slightly smaller than the diameter of the container, having at its upper edge a straight peripheral outer flange (8) which will be a flange resting on the upper portion of the container (1), and at its lower edge another flange (9) bent outwards which will rest on the inner wall of the container (1), said bent flange (9) carrying in its interior a resilient gasket (10).
When the movable inner cylinder (7) is slid upwards, it slides until the elastic gasket (10) located in the lower flange (9) abuts the lower part of the annular flange (3), thus sealing the assembly in this area.
When the movable inner cylinder (7) is deployed, the volume of the assembly expands, enabling the addition of another supplementary liquid, even some ice, in the liquid (11) contained in the container, bringing the liquid level (13) of the assembly to the liquid level (14).
Having fully described the nature of the invention and the manner of practicing it, it should be noted that the arrangements pointed out above and shown in the accompanying drawings are susceptible to modification in detail, provided they do not alter the underlying principles underlying the invention as set forth in the preceding paragraphs and as outlined in the appended claims.
