Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In the embodiments of the present application, words such as "exemplary" or "for example" are used to mean serving as an example, instance, or illustration. Any embodiment or design described herein as "exemplary" or "e.g.," is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
Under normal conditions, the core network of the operator controls the CS domain (voice, short message) or the PS domain (data) to be turned on or off. For example, for a common SIM card stored in a cloud (cloud card), the server schedules the common SIM card to be used by the terminal device in a unified manner, the CS/PS domains are all open on the core network side of the operator, and the CS domain needs to be closed on the bottom layer because the terminal device usually only uses data traffic. For another example, for an operator internet of things card, since the CS domain is closed and only the PS domain is opened by the operator, the CS domain cannot be opened when the terminal device needs to use the CS domain in some scenarios (such as voice call and short message receiving and sending scenarios). The CS domain needs to be turned on or off for both cases.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for dynamically controlling a virtual SIM card to access a core network, and according to the method, a terminal device generates a core network domain start/stop instruction; the terminal equipment sends a core network domain start-stop instruction to a modem (modem), wherein the core network domain start-stop instruction is used for enabling the modem to start or close interfaces of a CS domain and a PS domain of a core network to which the virtual SIM card is accessed. According to the method and the device, the core network domain opening and closing instruction is sent to the modem, so that the virtual SIM card can switch the accessed core network domain at any time according to the change of a package or the selection of a user, the authority of data communication and voice communication is acquired, and the problem that the virtual SIM card is inflexible to use due to the fact that the authority needs to be modified at a server end by a service provider when the virtual SIM card of the mobile terminal switches the core network domain in the prior art is solved.
The execution main body of the method for dynamically controlling the terminal to access the core network domain provided in the embodiment of the present application may be the terminal device, or may also be a functional module and/or a functional entity in the terminal device, which can implement the method for dynamically controlling the terminal to access the core network domain. The following describes, by taking an electronic device as an example, a method for dynamically controlling a terminal to access a core network domain according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method for dynamically controlling a terminal to access a core network domain according to an embodiment of the present application, where for convenience of description, only a part related to the present embodiment is shown, and the method includes the following steps:
s1, the terminal equipment generates a core network domain start and stop instruction;
and S2, the terminal equipment triggers a modem of the terminal equipment to open or close an interface of a CS domain of a core network accessed by the virtual SIM card according to the opening and closing instruction of the core network domain. .
In the step S1, generating the core network domain start-stop instruction by the terminal device, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
s11, displaying the authority of the virtual SIM card to access the core network by a human-computer interaction interface of the terminal equipment;
s12, the terminal equipment receives the authority modification operation of the user on the human-computer interaction interface, and the authority modification operation is used for modifying the authority of the virtual SIM card to access the core network;
and S13, the terminal equipment generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction according to the access authority of the modified virtual SIM card to the core network.
The permission for the virtual SIM card to access the core network may include: the virtual SIM card and the connection authority of the core network CS domain and the virtual SIM card.
In the step S12, the receiving, by the terminal device, the authority modification operation of the user on the human-computer interaction interface may include the following steps:
s121, if the connection authority of the virtual SIM card and the core network CS domain is not closed, the human-computer interaction interface provides the user with the authority modification selection whether to close the connection with the CS domain;
and S122, if the connection authority of the virtual SIM card and the core network CS domain is closed, the human-computer interaction interface provides the user with the authority modification selection whether to open the connection with the CS domain.
In step S2, the terminal device generates a core network domain open/close instruction according to the modified virtual SIM card access authority, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
s21, if the access authority of the virtual SIM card to the core network is modified to be closed, the terminal equipment generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction, and the core network domain opening and closing instruction is used for indicating to close the connection with the CS domain;
and S22, if the access authority of the virtual SIM card to the core network is modified to be on, the terminal equipment generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction, and the core network domain opening and closing instruction is used for indicating to open the connection with the CS domain.
As described above, in this embodiment, the terminal device is a mobile phone, the human-computer interaction interface is a display screen of the mobile phone, the terminal device may have a built-in APP, and is configured to manage the virtual SIM card, when a user opens the APP to adjust the setting of the virtual SIM card, and starts the virtual SIM card, whether the virtual SIM card has the data traffic permission and the voice call permission under the existing circumstances can be automatically displayed on the display screen of the mobile phone, and then actively ask the user whether the user needs the voice call permission, if the user does not modify the existing permission, the selection interface is closed after displaying for a certain time, if the user needs to open or close the voice call permission, only simple option selection needs to be performed on the display screen of the mobile phone, and the built-in APP automatically generates a core network domain start-stop instruction according to the selected option, and sends the core network domain start-stop instruction to the modem.
Referring to fig. 5, a specific implementation process of the method for dynamically controlling the virtual SIM card to access the core network domain is shown, in which a user can know which core network domains the used virtual SIM card has accessed through a human-computer interaction interface, and taking the process in fig. 2 as an example, whether the virtual SIM card has disconnected from the CS domain of the core network can be displayed on the human-computer interaction interface, and the process is switched to an authority modification selection page.
When the connection between the virtual SIM card and the core network CS domain is disconnected, the permission modification selection page displays whether a user needs to reopen the voice call function of the virtual SIM card, when the user selects yes, the terminal equipment sends a core network domain start-stop instruction to the modem to instruct the modem to start the interface of the virtual SIM card accessed to the CS domain, after the modem receives the core network domain start-stop instruction, the interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain is set to be enabled (valid), if the user selects no, the core network domain start-stop instruction is not sent, and the man-machine interaction page is directly closed.
When the connection between the virtual SIM card and the core network CS domain is not disconnected, the permission modification selection page displays whether a user needs to close the voice call function of the virtual SIM card, when the user selects yes, the terminal equipment sends a core network domain start-stop instruction to the modem to instruct the modem to close the interface of the virtual SIM card accessed to the CS domain, after the modem receives the core network domain start-stop instruction, the interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain is set as disabled (invalid), if the user selects no, the core network domain start-stop instruction is not sent, and the man-machine interaction page is directly closed.
When the virtual SIM card is restarted next time, the modem accesses the virtual SIM card into the corresponding core network according to the interface state between the virtual SIM card and the core network domain.
Example 2
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, before the step S1 of the above embodiment, before the terminal device generates the core network domain start-stop instruction, the method further includes the following steps:
s0, the terminal equipment uploads package information of the virtual SIM card to a server;
for example, the terminal device may report package information to the server in the presence of a network (which may be a WiFi network, a physical card network, or a virtual card network).
Wherein the package information is used for indicating the access domain attribute of the virtual SIM card.
In step S0, the terminal device generates a core network domain start/stop instruction, as shown in fig. 4, including:
s01, the server generates a core network domain start and stop instruction according to package information of the virtual SIM card and core network information accessed by the virtual SIM card prestored in the server, and sends the core network domain start and stop instruction to the terminal equipment;
in step S01, the server generates a core network domain start/stop instruction according to the package information of the virtual SIM card and core network information accessed by the virtual SIM card pre-stored in the server, including:
and if the access domain attribute in the package information of the virtual SIM card is inconsistent with the core network information accessed by the virtual SIM card prestored in the server, the server generates the core network domain start-stop instruction.
A specific implementation manner of the method for dynamically controlling the virtual SIM card to access the core network domain provided in embodiment 2 is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment in which the server sends a domain start/stop command to the modem via the terminal device. Referring to fig. 6, the terminal device is communicatively connected to the server, and sends package information of the virtual SIM card to the server, where in this embodiment, the package information of the virtual SIM card mainly includes an access domain attribute of the virtual SIM card. The access domain attribute represents a core network which can be accessed and forbidden to be accessed by the virtual SIM card currently, the virtual SIM card has multiple choices according to different services provided by an operator, but the virtual SIM card is generally divided into two types according to the access domain attribute: the set meal supporting the voice service can be accessed to a CS domain and a PS domain of a core network, but the set meal not supporting the voice service can only be accessed to the PS domain of the core network, and the access to the CS domain is forbidden. And after the server receives package information of the virtual SIM card, comparing the access domain attribute in the package information of the virtual SIM card with the core network information accessed when the virtual SIM card is connected to the server.
And when the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card in the core network information is consistent with the attribute of the access domain, directly ending the flow, and connecting the virtual SIM card to the core network according to the last connection setting. For example, the virtual SIM card package is a package that does not support voice services, and the information pre-stored by the server shows that the core network domain accessed by the SIM last time only has a PS domain, it can be considered that the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card is consistent with the attributes of the access domain. And when the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card in the core network information is inconsistent with the attribute of the access domain, the server generates a core network domain opening and closing instruction and sends the core network domain opening and closing instruction to the terminal equipment. For example, the virtual SIM card package is a package that does not support voice services, and the information pre-stored by the server shows that the core network domain accessed by the SIM last time has a PS domain and a CS domain, so that the core network accessed by the virtual SIM card is inconsistent with the attributes of the access domain. When the virtual SIM card is used for the first time, the server defaults the core network domain accessed by the virtual SIM card to be a CS domain and a PS domain.
In this embodiment, the core network domain open/close instruction includes a command to close a CS domain or a command to open the CS domain, and the core network domain open/close instruction aims to make a core network accessed by a virtual SIM card consistent with the package information. The terminal equipment receives a core network domain start-stop instruction of the server, when the core network domain start-stop instruction is a command for closing a CS domain, the terminal equipment instructs the modem to close the CS domain of the core network, and when the virtual SIM card is restarted, the modem sets an interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain as disabled (invalid); when the core network domain start-stop instruction is a command for starting the CS domain, the terminal equipment indicates the modem to start the CS domain of the core network, and when the virtual SIM card is restarted, the modem sets an interface between the virtual SIM card and the CS domain as available (valid).
For example, in the specific implementation process, if the core network domain start-stop instruction indicates that the CS domain is to be opened, when the virtual SIM card is restarted, the virtual SIM card CS domain interface is changed from invalid to valid by modifying the MODEM bottom layer code; similarly, if the core network domain start-stop instruction indicates that the CS domain is to be opened, when the virtual SIM card is restarted, the change of the CS domain interface of the virtual SIM card from invalid to valid is implemented by modifying the MODEM bottom layer code
And then, the modem is connected with the core network according to the interface setting of the virtual SIM card and the CS domain.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that the scheme of the present application is not limited to the adjustment of the CS domain, and may also support the adjustment of the PS domain, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited.
