Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, which is provided for an embodiment of the present application and 1, a method for managing and controlling remote operation and maintenance of multimedia equipment based on the internet of things is provided, for audio and video equipment, the main purpose of remote operation and maintenance is to control or perform state detection on the audio and video equipment through the internet of things or a 5G facility, and a large number of video files and corresponding processing programs are stored in a data center or a server connected with the audio and video equipment, and an operation and maintenance person has a fault after modification, so that it is difficult for the operation and maintenance person to find the problem of an accurate address of the fault. The original program codes of the stored backup can be called again by checking the recorded content, so that the server is normal, and the maintenance efficiency of the server or the data center is improved.
S101: establishing a portal webpage for external login;
when remote maintenance is carried out, the most convenient mode is to connect the server in a webpage mode, so that operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently carry out remote login operation at any time and any place by means of a notebook computer or other mobile intelligent equipment.
S102: presetting screen recording software;
and the action of maintenance personnel in the server needs to be recorded to ensure that the whole operation of the maintenance personnel is recorded, so that the maintenance personnel can call the recorded video to watch after the fault occurs, the problem is found quickly, and the maintenance convenience is improved.
S103: after the operation and maintenance personnel input the account and the corresponding password on the portal page, the portal page carries out face identification verification on the operation and maintenance personnel;
because the management of a server or a data center is extremely important for the whole company, a face recognition technology is needed to judge whether the company is an operation and maintenance person.
S104: after the face recognition is passed, the portal webpage scans whether screen recording software is installed on the intelligent equipment of the operation and maintenance personnel; if not, popping up a downloading link of the screen recording software by the portal website; if yes, screen recording software is opened through the portal website to record screens of the intelligent equipment;
under the condition that the intelligent equipment of the screen recording software operation and maintenance personnel is not installed, a downloading link of the screen recording software pops up, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently download the screen recording software, and convenience is provided for the operation and maintenance personnel on different intelligent equipment.
S105: after the portal website detection screen recording software is started successfully, the portal website detection screen recording software is connected with the main server and the monitoring server respectively; giving management authority to operation and maintenance personnel; establishing a standby storage space and a behavior log for recording operation and maintenance personnel in a monitoring server;
the step of recording the behavior generation log of the operation and maintenance personnel, and aims to record the modification position of the operation and maintenance personnel so as to avoid the fault of the server or the data center after modification; the operation and maintenance personnel cannot find the problem quickly, so that the server or the data center is stopped to be used, and the loss is brought to company operation.
S106: when operation and maintenance personnel modify the programs of the main server or/and the audio and video equipment of the main server, the monitoring server stores the codes before the programs are modified into the standby storage space; and the operation and maintenance personnel modify the modification type of the program, modify the data address and record the time when modifying as a log.
The codes before the program modification are stored in the standby storage space, and the problem that the codes cannot be repaired in a short time is solved after operation and maintenance personnel modify the server or the data center, so that the original codes in the storage space can be utilized to recover the server or the data center, the server is normally used firstly, the normal operation of the existing content of the server is ensured, and the parts needing to be modified are rechecked. Thereby avoiding the problem of server stall.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of opening the screen recording software through the web portal to record the screen of the intelligent device further includes: and the screen recording software uploads the monitoring video in the preset time period to the monitoring server every other preset time period.
In some embodiments of the invention, as the video memory recorded by the screen recording case generally occupies a large amount, when the recording is finished and then the recording is uploaded to the monitoring server, it is likely that the operation and maintenance personnel directly turn off the computer, thereby causing uploading failure, and therefore, the implementation sets uploading once every five minutes (preset time interval), so that the file is small during uploading, too much network speed is not occupied, and the video uploading failure caused by the operation and maintenance personnel turning off the intelligent device is also avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the logging the address and the time record of the operation and maintenance personnel modifying the program further includes: and when the operation and maintenance personnel continuously delete the server within the preset time or the deletion information of the operation and maintenance personnel reaches the preset number, the monitoring server stops the management authority of the operation and maintenance personnel.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to avoid the risk that an operation and maintenance person runs a database deletion or is attacked by a hacker using an account of the operation and maintenance person, the present embodiment sets that the server is continuously deleted within ten minutes (a preset time), or when the deletion information reaches 25MB (a preset number), the operation and maintenance person is determined to be abnormal, and the management authority of the operation and maintenance person is stopped.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of the monitoring server stopping the management authority of the operation and maintenance personnel includes: the main server disconnects the external connections of all remote operation and maintenance personnel, and an alarm connected with the main server is used for early warning.
In some embodiments of the invention, for the case of discovering abnormal deletion of server data, in order to avoid further loss expansion, the external connection is disconnected, so that further data loss is avoided, and meanwhile, an alarm is used for alarming to remind a server field maintenance worker to check the server, thereby improving the safety.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of performing the pre-warning by using the alarm connected to the main server comprises: and the main server sends warning information to the background terminal of the supplier and the owner of the main server.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in addition to reminding the surrounding of the server, the server needs to send warning information to all or a person in charge of the server by using a mailbox or a short message, which further improves the security.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of opening screen recording software through a web portal to record a screen of the intelligent device includes: and the portal page scans a software registry on the intelligent equipment, finds the address of screen recording software on the intelligent equipment according to the software registry, and opens the screen recording software by using the address to record the screen.
In some embodiments of the invention, managing rights includes modifying rights, deleting rights, adding rights, and adding rights.
