For a better understanding of the nature and technical aspects of the present invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description of the invention, which is to be read in connection with the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter, and not for purposes of limitation.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, which are a schematic exploded view, a schematic assembled view and a partial perspective view of another angle of view of the detachable device according to the present invention. The present invention provides a detachable structure of a host system and a detachable device thereof, wherein the detachable device 1 is used to be installed on a host system 2 (as shown in fig. 6), the host system 2 can be any type of computer or electronic product, so that the detachable device 1 can be configured as a function extension or power supply of the host system 2. The detachable device 1 comprises a main body 10, a pull handle 11, a fastening structure 12 and a locking structure 13; wherein:
the main body 10 is loaded with the electronic components required by the host system 2, such as a chip for memory expansion, or a battery cell for supplying power, so as to be assembled on the host system 2 for operation.
The handle 11 is disposed at one end of the main body 10 and has a supporting portion 110, so that the main body 10 can be assembled to the host system 2 by a detachable movable structure (i.e., the engaging structure 12 and the locking structure 13 disposed on the supporting portion 110), or the detachable device 1 can be detached from the host system 2 by holding the handle 11. In the embodiment of the present invention, the pull handle 11 has two pivot arms 111 pivotally connected to the main body 10, the two pivot arms 111 extend from the carrying portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and one end of the main body 10 is provided with a pivot portion 100 matching with the two pivot arms 111 for pivotally connecting the two pivot arms 111 to the pivot portion 100, so that the pull handle 11 can be turned over at one end of the main body 10 to achieve the aforementioned purpose of being assembled with or conveniently detached from the host system 2; specifically, one end of the main body 10 is detachably assembled through the engaging structure 12 and the locking structure 13 disposed on the handle 11, the other end of the main body 10 is provided with a engaging block 101 engaged with the host system 2, and a connection port 102 is disposed below the main body 10, so that the main body can be electrically connected to the host system 2 through the connection port 102 when being assembled on the host system 2, thereby providing the expanded function or power.
Referring to fig. 4, the engaging structure 12 is disposed on the carrying portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and has a tenon 120 at a front end, and the tenon 120 is driven by a first direction F1 to operate toward the front end of the carrying portion 110. In the embodiment of the present invention, the engaging structure 12 can be stacked below the carrying portion 110, and is provided with one or more engaging grooves 121 extending toward the first direction F1, and the sliding tongues 112 with corresponding number are respectively fixed on the carrying portion 110 through the engaging grooves 121, so that when the engaging structure 12 drives the engaging tongue 120 to operate toward the front end of the carrying portion 110 in the first direction F1, the sliding tongues 112 fixed on the carrying portion 110 slide in the engaging grooves 121 in a limiting manner. Furthermore, the engaging structure 12 acts on the first direction F1 by one or more elastic elements 14, so that the engaging structure 12 can drive the tenon 120 to operate in the first direction F1 toward the front end of the carrying portion 110.
Referring to fig. 7, the locking structure 13 is also disposed on the carrying portion 110 of the pull handle 11, and operates in a second direction F2 to limit the latch 120 of the engaging structure 12 to operate backwards; in particular, the second direction F2 should at least be staggered with respect to the first direction F1. In the embodiment of the present invention, the locking structure 13 can be sandwiched between the supporting portion 110 and the engaging structure 12, a sliding hook 130 is further disposed below the locking structure, a locking groove 122 extending toward the second direction F2 is disposed on the engaging structure 12, and the sliding hook 130 is hooked on the locking groove 122 and can slide along the second direction F2. In addition, in order to facilitate the shifting of the locking structure 13, a shifting portion 131 may be disposed on the locking structure 13 for facilitating the shifting by a hand or a finger, and a limiting groove 113 is disposed on the supporting portion 110 of the handle 11, and the shifting portion 131 can be shifted in the limiting groove 113 in the first direction F1 and the second direction F2 to enable the locking structure 13 to operate in the limiting groove 113.
Therefore, the detachable structure of the host system and the detachable device thereof can be obtained through the structural composition.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the host system 2 has a housing 20, an expansion slot 21 is disposed on the housing 20 for the detachable device 1 to be installed in the expansion slot 21, and a slot 210 corresponding to the connection port 102 is disposed in the expansion slot 21; when the detachable device 1 is to be installed on the host system 2, the latch 101 at the other end of the main body 10 is first latched at the corresponding other end (not shown) of the expansion slot 21, and then the toggle portion 131 is pulled back in the first direction F1 as shown in fig. 4, so that the latch 120 retracts to completely place the main body 10 into the expansion slot 21, and then the toggle portion 131 is released to enable the latch 120 to be abutted to the corresponding latch slot 211 in the expansion slot 21 through the elastic element 14; finally, as shown in fig. 7, the toggle portion 131 is toggled in the second direction F2, so that the toggle portion 131 is retained in the retaining groove 113 to prevent the locking structure 13 from operating in the first direction F1, thereby completing the assembly and achieving the locking effect.
It is worth mentioning that: as shown in fig. 8, when the detachable device 1 is to be detached from the host system 2, the connection port 102 of the detachable device 1 is located below the main body 10 corresponding to the two pivot arms 111 of the handle 11, besides being convenient for being pulled by a human hand by turning the handle 11 upwards; thus, when a user pulls the pulling force of the pull handle 11, the user can apply a force to the connection port 102 to separate the connection port from the slot 210, thereby preventing the connection port 102 or the slot 210 from being damaged easily due to the moment generated by the applied force, and ensuring that the detachable device 1 can be electrically disconnected from the host system 2 after being detached.

Claims (20)

1. A detachable device for being installed on a host system, comprising:
a main body;
a pull handle arranged at one end of the main body and provided with a bearing part;
the clamping structure is arranged on the bearing part and drives a clamping tenon to operate towards the front end of the bearing part in a first direction.
2. The detachable device of claim 1, wherein the other end of the main body is provided with a latch for latching with the host system.

The detachable device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle has two pivoting arms pivotally connected to the main body, and the main body is provided with a connection port electrically connected to the host system, the connection port corresponding to the two pivoting arms and being located below the main body.
4. The detachable device of claim 3, wherein the two pivot arms extend from the carrier portion of the pull handle.
5. The detachable device of claim 4, wherein the main body has a pivot portion at one end thereof, and the two pivot arms are pivotally connected to the pivot portion.
6. The detachable apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the engaging structure has an engaging groove extending toward the first direction, and a sliding tongue fixed on the supporting portion slides in the engaging groove.
7. The detachable device of claim 6, wherein the engaging structure is configured to act in the first direction with at least one elastic element.

The detachable device according to claim 1, further comprising a locking structure disposed on the carrying portion, the locking structure being operated in a second direction to limit the latch from operating backwards, wherein the second direction is staggered with respect to the first direction.
9. The detachable device of claim 8, wherein a sliding hook is disposed under the locking structure, and a locking groove extending toward the second direction is disposed on the locking structure, and the sliding hook is locked to slide on the locking groove.
10. The detachable device of claim 8, wherein the locking structure has a toggle portion, and the supporting portion has a limiting groove, and the toggle portion operates in the limiting groove.
11. A detachable structure of a host system, the host system having a housing, the housing having an expansion slot, and a detachable device being installed in the expansion slot, the detachable device comprising:
a main body, which is arranged in the expansion slot in a matching way;
a pull handle arranged at one end of the main body and provided with a bearing part; and
the clamping structure is arranged on the bearing part and drives a clamping tenon to operate towards the front end of the bearing part in a first direction so as to be clamped on the shell.
12. A detachable configuration of a host system according to claim 11, wherein the other end of the main body is provided with a latch for latching with the host system.

The detachable structure of a host system of claim 11, wherein the handle has two pivoting arms pivotally connected to the main body, and the main body has a connection port electrically connected to the host system, the connection port corresponding to the two pivoting arms and located under the main body.
14. The detachable structure of a host system of claim 13, wherein the two pivot arms extend from the carrying portion of the handle.
15. The detachable structure of a host system of claim 13, wherein a pivot portion is disposed at one end of the main body, and the two pivot arms are pivotally disposed on the pivot portion.
16. The detachable structure of a host system of claim 11, wherein the engaging structure has an engaging groove extending toward the first direction, and a sliding tongue fixed on the supporting portion slides in the engaging groove.
17. The detachable structure of claim 16, wherein the engaging structure is configured to act in the first direction by at least one elastic element.
18. The detachable structure of a host system of claim 11, further comprising a locking structure disposed on the supporting portion, the locking structure being operated in a second direction to limit the latch from operating backwards, wherein the second direction is staggered with respect to the first direction.
19. The detachable structure of a host system of claim 18, wherein a sliding hook is disposed under the locking structure, and a locking groove extending toward the second direction is disposed on the locking structure, and the sliding hook is slidably engaged with the locking groove.
20. The detachable structure of a host system of claim 18, wherein the locking structure has a toggle portion, and the supporting portion has a limiting groove, and the toggle portion operates in the limiting groove.
