Abstract
The invention discloses a water, electricity and gas remote monitoring and alarming system, which comprises: the electric meter acquisition module acquires the remaining amount of electricity consumption of the electric meter corresponding to each first acquisition period of the electric meter; the water meter acquisition module acquires the total water consumption corresponding to a second acquisition period of the water meter; the gas meter acquisition module acquires the total gas consumption corresponding to the third acquisition period of the gas meter; the processing module calculates the latest water use residual amount and the latest gas use residual amount, judges whether the latest power use/water/gas residual amount is smaller than a first set power use/water/gas residual amount alarm threshold value, controls the first alarm module to send out information that the power use/water/gas residual amount is insufficient if the latest power use/water/gas residual amount is smaller than a second set power use/water/gas residual amount alarm threshold value, and controls the first alarm module to send out information that the power use/water/gas residual amount is seriously insufficient if the latest power use/water/gas residual amount is smaller than the second set power use/water/gas residual amount alarm threshold value and sends the information to the electric meter by using the first wireless communication module so as to realize the power failure of the electric meter.

Background
The existing system only separately comprises a system for remotely monitoring a water meter, a system for remotely monitoring an electric meter and a system for remotely monitoring a gas meter, but does not comprise a system for simultaneously remotely monitoring water, electricity and gas, so that corresponding alarm can not be carried out when the water, electricity and gas trigger a corresponding monitoring alarm mechanism.

Preferably, the processing module is further configured to send the information of insufficient remaining amount of electricity to the first relevant person by using the first wireless communication module;
the processing module is also used for sending the information of insufficient residual amount of water to second related personnel by utilizing the second wireless communication module;
the processing module is also used for sending the information of insufficient remaining amount of used gas to third related personnel by using a third wireless communication module.
Preferably, the processing module is further configured to generate a to-do record containing the specific service execution failure when the specific service operation execution fails, control the fourth alarm module to send out information of the to-do record, and send the to-do record to the relevant to-be-reminded person by using the fourth wireless communication module.
On the basis of the common knowledge in the field, the above preferred conditions can be combined randomly to obtain the preferred embodiments of the invention.

The electric meter acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring the total electricity consumption, the tip electricity consumption, the peak electricity consumption, the average electricity consumption, the valley electricity consumption and the electricity consumption residual amount of the electric meter every other first acquisition period (for example, 1 day).
The water meter acquisition module 3 is used for acquiring the total water consumption of the water meter 4 every second acquisition period (for example, 1 day).
The gas meter collection module 5 is configured to collect the total gas usage of the gas meter 6 every third collection period (e.g., 1 day).
The processing module 7 is used for judging whether the latest remaining amount of electricity consumption is less than a first set remaining amount of electricity consumption alarm threshold, if so, the first alarm module 8 is controlled to send out the information of insufficient remaining amount of electricity utilization, the first wireless communication module 9 is utilized to send the information of insufficient remaining amount of electricity utilization to the first relevant personnel, whether the latest remaining amount of electricity utilization is smaller than the second set remaining amount of electricity utilization alarm threshold value or not is judged, if so, the first alarm module 8 is controlled to send out the information of serious shortage of the remaining amount of electricity utilization, the first wireless communication module 9 is utilized to send the information of serious shortage of the remaining amount of electricity utilization to the first relevant personnel, and the information of serious shortage of the remaining amount of electricity is sent to the electricity meter by using the first wireless communication module to realize the power-off of the electricity meter, wherein the first set power consumption surplus amount alarm threshold is larger than the second set power consumption surplus amount alarm threshold.
The processing module 7 is further configured to calculate a current remaining water amount- (a total water amount corresponding to the last second collection period-a total water amount corresponding to the previous second collection period) × a water consumption unit price, for example, a yesterday remaining water amount ═ a previous remaining water amount- (a total water amount corresponding to yesterday end-a total water amount corresponding to previous day end) × a water consumption unit price.
The processing module 7 is further configured to determine whether the remaining amount of the latest water consumption is less than a first set remaining amount of water consumption alarm threshold, if yes, the second alarm module 10 is controlled to send out the information of insufficient remaining water amount, the second wireless communication module 11 is utilized to send the information of insufficient remaining water amount to the second related personnel, whether the latest remaining water amount is smaller than a second set remaining water amount alarm threshold is judged, if so, the second alarm module 10 is controlled to send out the information of serious shortage of the residual water amount, the second wireless communication module 11 is utilized to send the information of serious shortage of the residual water amount to the second relevant personnel, and the information of serious shortage of the residual water amount is sent to the electric meter by utilizing the second wireless communication module so as to realize the power-off of the electric meter, wherein the first set water surplus amount alarm threshold is larger than the second set water surplus amount alarm threshold.
The processing module 7 is further configured to calculate a last remaining gas usage amount, which is the current remaining gas usage amount- (the total gas usage amount corresponding to the last third collection period-the total gas usage amount corresponding to the previous third collection period) × gas usage unit price, for example, a yesterday remaining gas usage amount, which is the last remaining gas usage amount- (the total gas usage amount corresponding to yesterday end-the total gas usage amount corresponding to last day end) × gas usage unit price.
The processing module 7 is further configured to determine whether the latest remaining gas usage amount is smaller than a first set remaining gas usage amount alarm threshold, if yes, the third alarm module 12 is controlled to send out the information of insufficient remaining amount of gas utilization, the third wireless communication module 13 is used to send the information of insufficient remaining amount of gas utilization to the third relevant personnel, whether the latest remaining amount of gas utilization is less than the second set remaining amount of gas utilization alarm threshold value or not is judged, if so, the third alarm module 12 is controlled to send out the information of serious shortage of the remaining amount of gas used, the third wireless communication module 13 is utilized to send the information of serious shortage of the remaining amount of gas used to the third relevant personnel, and the information that the residual amount of the gas is seriously insufficient is sent to the electricity meter by utilizing the third wireless communication module so as to realize the power off of the electricity meter, wherein the first set remaining gas usage amount alarm threshold is greater than the second set remaining gas usage amount alarm threshold.
The processing module 7 is further configured to generate a to-do record containing the specific service execution failure when the specific service operation execution fails, control the fourth alarm module 14 to send out information of the to-do record, and send the to-do record to the relevant to-be-reminded person by using the fourth wireless communication module 15.
In the scheme, the electricity meter is controlled to realize power failure when the remaining amount of electricity is seriously insufficient so as to warn relevant users to recharge the electricity fee in time; when the residual water amount is seriously insufficient, the water meter is not controlled to realize water cut-off, but the electric meter is controlled to realize power cut-off, so that related users are warned to recharge the water fee in time; when the residual gas amount is seriously insufficient, the gas meter is not controlled to cut off the gas, but the electricity meter is controlled to cut off the power, so that related users are warned to recharge the gas fee in time.
