According to the embodiment of the invention, the attendance system automatically finishes attendance card punching of the user based on the intelligent equipment in the intelligent building without active operation of the user, so that the attendance card punching operation of the user is simplified, the time spent by the user in finishing attendance card punching is reduced, and the attendance card punching efficiency of the user is improved; and the card punching is not required to be finished through a mobile phone, so that the problem that the attendance card punching is difficult due to poor mobile phone network is solved.
And whether attendance checking and card punching are finished before the corresponding relation is established is detected, and if the corresponding relation is not established, resource waste caused by repeated card punching is avoided.
In addition, by sending prompt information to the user, the problem that the card is missed or the user does not know whether the card is successfully punched is avoided.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an attendance checking card according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the attendance checking card is applied to an attendance system, and the attendance system is connected to an intelligent device deployed in an intelligent building;
specifically, the following modules may be included:
the user information determining module 401 is configured to obtain image data acquired by the intelligent device, and determine target user information of a user entering a preset area according to the image data;
a judging module 402, configured to judge whether target user information exists in a preset user information base;
an acquisition time acquiring module 403, configured to acquire target acquisition time of image data when target user information exists in a preset user information base;
the relationship establishing module 404 is configured to establish and store a target corresponding relationship between the target user information and the target acquisition time, so as to complete attendance checking for a user corresponding to the target user information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquisition time obtaining module 403 includes:
the first time obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining the first time when the intelligent equipment acquires the image data from the intelligent equipment; the first time is the system time recorded when the intelligent equipment acquires the image data;
the second time obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining second time when the attendance system receives the image data sent by the intelligent equipment; the second time is the system time when the attendance system receives the image data;
and the time determining submodule is used for adopting the second time as the target acquisition time when the time difference value between the first time and the second time exceeds the time difference threshold.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the detection module is used for determining a target time interval of target acquisition time before establishing and storing a target corresponding relation between target user information and the target acquisition time; and detecting whether the corresponding relation between the target user information and any time in the target time interval exists.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the non-card-punching prompting module is used for acquiring the non-card-punching user information when the preset time is reached; and determining a first user terminal corresponding to the user information without the card punching, and sending a prompt message without the card punching to the first user terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the user information determining module 401 includes:
the face recognition submodule is used for carrying out face recognition on the image data;
and the information determining submodule is used for generating target user information according to the recognition result of the face recognition.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
and the card punching prompt module is used for generating a card punching prompt message after attendance card punching of a user corresponding to the target user information is completed, and sending the card punching prompt message to a second user terminal corresponding to the target user information.
In an embodiment of the invention, the smart device comprises any one or more of:
intelligence vending machine, intelligent locker.
In the embodiment of the invention, an attendance system is connected with intelligent equipment deployed in an intelligent building, and the attendance system determines target user information of users entering a preset area by acquiring image data acquired by the intelligent equipment and according to the image data; then judging whether target user information exists in a preset user information base or not; when target user information exists in a preset user information base, acquiring target acquisition time of image data; and establishing and storing a target corresponding relation between the target user information and the target acquisition time so as to finish attendance checking and card punching of a user corresponding to the target user information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the attendance system automatically finishes attendance card punching of the user based on the intelligent equipment in the intelligent building without active operation of the user, so that the attendance card punching operation of the user is simplified, the time spent by the user in finishing attendance card punching is reduced, and the attendance card punching efficiency of the user is improved; and the card punching is not required to be finished through a mobile phone, so that the problem that the attendance card punching is difficult due to poor mobile phone network is solved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a server which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the method for checking attendance is realized when the computer program is executed by the processor.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, a computer program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, and the method for checking attendance and checking card is realized when the computer program is executed by a processor.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. The method for checking the attendance is characterized by being applied to an attendance system, wherein the attendance system is connected with intelligent equipment deployed in an intelligent building; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring image data acquired by intelligent equipment, and determining target user information of a user entering a preset area according to the image data;
judging whether the target user information exists in a preset user information base or not;
when the target user information exists in the preset user information base, acquiring target acquisition time of the image data;
and establishing and storing a target corresponding relation between the target user information and the target acquisition time so as to finish attendance checking and card punching for a user corresponding to the target user information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said acquiring a target acquisition time for said image data comprises:
acquiring a first time when the intelligent device acquires the image data from the intelligent device; the first time is the system time recorded when the intelligent equipment acquires the image data;
acquiring second time when the attendance system receives the image data sent by the intelligent equipment; the second time is the system time when the attendance system receives the image data;
and when the time difference value between the first time and the second time exceeds a time difference threshold, adopting the second time as the target acquisition time.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to establishing and saving the target correspondence of the target user information to the target acquisition time, the method further comprises:
determining a target time interval of the target acquisition time;
detecting whether a corresponding relation between the target user information and any time in the target time interval exists or not;
and if the corresponding relation between the target user information and any time in the target time interval does not exist, establishing and storing the target corresponding relation between the target user information and the target acquisition time.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the preset time is reached, obtaining user information which is not punched;
and determining a first user terminal corresponding to the user information which is not punched, and sending a prompt message of not punching the card to the first user terminal.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining target user information of the user entering the preset area according to the image data comprises:
performing face recognition on the image data;
and generating the target user information according to the recognition result of the face recognition.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after completing attendance checking for a user corresponding to the target user information, the method further comprises:
and generating a prompt message of the punched card, and sending the prompt message to a second user terminal corresponding to the target user information.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the smart device comprises any one or more of:
intelligence vending machine, intelligent locker.
8. An attendance card punching device is applied to an attendance system, and the attendance system is connected with intelligent equipment deployed in an intelligent building; the device comprises:
the user information determining module is used for acquiring image data acquired by the intelligent equipment and determining target user information of a user entering a preset area according to the image data;
the judging module is used for judging whether the target user information exists in a preset user information base or not;
the acquisition time acquisition module is used for acquiring the target acquisition time of the image data when the target user information exists in the preset user information base;
and the relation establishing module is used for establishing and storing a target corresponding relation between the target user information and the target acquisition time so as to finish attendance checking and card punching for a user corresponding to the target user information.
9. A server comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the method of attendance checking according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of attendance checking according to any of claims 1 to 7.
