Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the embodiment of the invention provides a fresh air device, which comprises: one side of the shell is provided with an air outlet and an air suction opening and is suitable for being arranged indoors; the other side is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are suitable for being arranged outdoors; a total heat exchanger disposed in the shell; the total heat exchanger is provided with a first heat exchange air duct and a second heat exchange air duct; the air inlet, the first heat exchange air channel and the air outlet are communicated to form an air inlet channel, and the air suction opening, the second heat exchange air channel and the air outlet are communicated to form an air outlet channel; a heat recovery system disposed in the housing; the heat recovery system comprises a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger and a liquid storage assembly which are connected in series, and the liquid storage assembly is suitable for storing heat exchange media flowing in the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger; the first heat exchanger is arranged in the air exhaust channel, the second heat exchanger is arranged in the air inlet channel and is positioned at the upstream of the total heat exchanger along the air inlet direction in the air inlet channel.
So set up, when using winter in cold areas, fresh air equipment is after opening the mode of heating, and the heat transfer is carried out with the heat transfer medium among the first heat exchanger behind the passageway of airing exhaust from the inspiratory hot-blast of inlet scoop, and first heat exchanger can absorb the waste heat among the hot-blast in the heat transfer process. After the heat exchange medium with higher temperature enters the second heat exchanger after heat exchange, the second heat exchanger can be heated. Then, the cold air sucked from the air inlet exchanges heat with the second heat exchanger after passing through the second heat exchanger, so that the sucked cold air can be preheated. The preheated fresh air is sent into the room through the parts such as the total heat exchanger, the air outlet and the like in sequence. Because the fresh air has higher temperature, the frosting generated when the total heat exchanger 3 exchanges heat and humidity with indoor exhaust air can be prevented.
And when the fresh air equipment carries out refrigeration, cold air sucked from the air suction opening passes through the air exhaust channel and then exchanges heat with the heat exchange medium in the first heat exchanger, and the first heat exchanger can absorb cold energy in the cold air in the heat exchange process. After the heat exchange medium with lower temperature enters the second heat exchanger after heat exchange, the second heat exchanger can be cooled. And then, the hot air sucked from the air inlet is subjected to heat exchange with the second heat exchanger after passing through the second heat exchanger, so that the sucked hot air can be cooled. The cooled fresh air is sent into the room through the parts such as the total heat exchanger, the air outlet and the like in sequence, so that the heat load of a refrigerating system in the fresh air equipment is reduced.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in a specific case to a worker of ordinary skill in the art.
Furthermore, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
At present, with the improvement of living standard of people, the use of fresh air equipment is more and more. The fresh air equipment is generally provided with the total heat recovery device, but when the fresh air equipment is used in cold regions in winter, the temperature and the humidity difference between the indoor air and the outdoor air is large, so that when the hot air discharged outwards carries the humid air to pass through the total heat recovery device, the cold air sucked by the total heat recovery device can frost the humid air on the air return side of the total heat recovery device. The frosted total heat recovery device not only influences the heat exchange performance, but also possibly causes blockage in serious conditions, and influences the operation of the whole machine.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is that when the air conditioner is used in winter in a cold area in the prior art, the air return side of the total heat recovery device frosts the wet air due to large difference between indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, so that the fresh air equipment is provided.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fresh air device, including: a shell 1, a total heat exchanger 3 and a heat recovery system 13.
In particular, the housing 1 is provided with an air outlet 11 and an air suction opening 8 on a side suitable for being arranged indoors. The other side of the housing 1, which is adapted to be disposed outdoors, is provided with an air inlet 23 and an air outlet 20. The total heat exchanger 3 is arranged in the shell 1, and the total heat exchanger 3 is provided with a first heat exchange air duct and a second heat exchange air duct. In the embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet 23, the first heat exchange air duct and the air outlet 11 are communicated to form an air inlet channel 24, and the air suction opening 8, the second heat exchange air duct and the air outlet 20 are communicated to form an air outlet channel 19. The two sides of the air inlet channel 24 and the air outlet channel 19 can be formed by clapboards 7, a fresh air fan 6 is arranged in the air inlet channel 24, and an air outlet fan 21 is arranged in the air outlet channel 19. The air inlet 23 is provided with a primary filter 25 and a secondary filter 26 for filtering impurities in the air.
Further, in the present embodiment, a heat recovery system 13 is provided in the housing 1. Specifically, the heat recovery system 13 includes a first heat exchanger 106, a second heat exchanger 101, and a liquid storage assembly connected in series, wherein the liquid storage assembly is adapted to store a heat exchange medium flowing in the first heat exchanger 106 and the second heat exchanger 101. For the heat exchange medium, water is used in the embodiment of the invention. Of course, a person skilled in the art may change the heat exchange medium according to actual situations, and this embodiment is only for illustration, but not for limitation, and may achieve the same technical effect. The first heat exchanger 106 is arranged in the exhaust air channel 19, the second heat exchanger 101 is arranged in the air inlet channel 24, and the second heat exchanger 101 is positioned at the upstream of the total heat exchanger 3 along the air inlet direction in the air inlet channel 24.
With the arrangement, when the air conditioner is used in cold regions in winter, after the heating mode is started, the fresh air equipment exchanges heat with the heat exchange medium in the first heat exchanger 106 after hot air sucked from the air suction opening 8 passes through the air exhaust channel 19, and the first heat exchanger 106 can absorb waste heat in the hot air in the heat exchange process. After the heat exchange medium with a higher temperature after heat exchange enters the second heat exchanger 101, the second heat exchanger 101 can be heated. Then, the cool air sucked from the air inlet 23 is heat-exchanged with the second heat exchanger 101 after passing through the second heat exchanger 101, so that the sucked cool air can be preheated. The preheated fresh air is sent into the room through the total heat exchanger 3, the air outlet 11 and other parts in sequence. Because the fresh air has higher temperature, the frosting generated when the total heat exchanger 3 exchanges heat and humidity with indoor exhaust air can be prevented.
