an imaging assembly including an imaging cartridge, a display panel, and a sensing mechanism; the top of the imaging box is open; the open cover is covered with a glass cover plate; an optical refraction mechanism is fixed on the lower surface of the glass cover plate; the display panel and the induction mechanism are both arranged in the imaging box; the display panel is used for displaying an operation interface; the optical refraction mechanism is used for refracting the operation interface to present a floating real image above the glass cover plate; the display panel, the stove body control panel and the induction mechanism are all in signal connection with a controller; the sensing mechanism is used for detecting the operation of a user on the floating real image and feeding back a detected interaction signal to the controller, and the controller generates a corresponding control signal II according to the interaction signal; the execution priority of the control signal II is higher than that of the control signal I;
the outer side wall of the range hood is provided with a monitoring mechanism, and the monitoring mechanism acquires the surrounding oil smoke concentration; when the oil smoke concentration is larger than a preset threshold value, the controller controls the display panel to display a first indicating signal.
Preferably, a human body detection mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the imaging box;
the human body detection mechanism is used for detecting whether a human body exists within a preset distance; when the human body detection mechanism detects that a human body exists; the controller controls the display panel to start up the bright screen.
Preferably, a distance sensor is mounted on the outer side wall of the range hood;
the distance sensor is used for detecting a distance value from a human body to the range hood, and when the distance value is smaller than a preset distance value, the controller controls the display panel to display a second indicating signal.
Preferably, the cooking bench is provided with a fireproof induction needle; the fireproof induction needle is used for detecting the flame temperature of the integrated cooker;

Preferably, the controller is connected with an alarm and a loudspeaker;
when a fault occurs; the controller controls the alarm to start, controls the display screen to start and display corresponding fault codes, and controls the loudspeaker to broadcast corresponding fault contents and corresponding solutions in a voice mode.
Preferably, when the human body detection mechanism detects the presence of a human body; the speaker stops broadcasting.
Preferably, the imaging assembly further comprises a cooling tank and a plurality of heat dissipation plates which are embedded on one side wall of the imaging box at intervals along the height direction; a part of the plurality of heat dissipation plates is positioned at the inner side of the imaging box, and the other part of the plurality of heat dissipation plates is positioned at the outer side of the imaging box;
the cooling tank is fixedly connected with a plurality of the heat dissipation plates; the cooling tank stores a cooling medium.
Preferably, a liquid inlet pipe communicated with the cooling tank is fixed at the top of the cooling tank; a liquid inlet valve is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe;
a liquid discharge pipe communicated with the cooling tank is fixed at the bottom of the cooling tank; and a drain valve is arranged on the drain pipe.
Preferably, the joint of the heat dissipation plate and the side wall of the imaging box is filled with a sealant.

s1, inputting a first control signal through a stove control panel to control the working parameters of the oven and the disinfection cabinet;
s2, displaying an operation interface through a display panel; the optical refraction mechanism refracts the operation interface to present a floating real image above the glass cover plate; detecting the operation of a user on the floating real image through the sensing mechanism, and feeding back a detected interaction signal to the controller, wherein the controller generates a corresponding control signal II according to the interaction signal; the execution priority of the control signal II is higher than that of the control signal I;
s3, when the integrated cooker runs, acquiring the surrounding oil smoke concentration through the monitoring mechanism; when the oil smoke concentration is larger than a preset threshold value, the controller controls the display panel to display a first indicating signal.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to a conveniently-controlled aerial imaging integrated cooker and a control method thereof.A cooker body control panel for generating a control signal I and an imaging assembly with an imaging box, a display panel and an induction mechanism are arranged at the top of the imaging box, the induction mechanism can detect the operation of a user on a floating real image to generate an interactive signal, then a controller is used for further generating a control signal II, the control signal I and the control signal II are both used for controlling the integrated cooker, but the execution priority of the control signal II is higher than that of the control signal II; still through setting up the monitoring mechanism who is used for detecting oil smoke concentration, when oil smoke concentration is greater than the predetermined threshold value, the controller control display panel shows first indicator. The application provides an integrated kitchen has convenient control, and the mode of operation is reasonable, can the characteristics of real-time supervision oil smoke concentration.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a technical solution: an air imaging integrated cooker convenient to control and a control method thereof are provided, wherein the integrated cooker comprises a cooker body assembly 1 and an imaging assembly 2.
The stove body assembly 1 comprises a stove body 11, a cooking bench 12, a range hood 13 and a stove body control panel 16; the cooking bench 12 is fixed on the top of the cooking range body 11; the oven 14 and the disinfection cabinet 15 are symmetrically arranged in the oven body 11; a range hood 13 is fixed at one side edge of the top of the cooking bench 12; the oven body control panel 16 is arranged between the oven 14 and the disinfection cabinet 15; the cooker body control panel 16 is used for inputting a control signal to control the operating parameters of the oven 14 and the disinfection cabinet 15. The cooker body control panel 16 is disposed on a sidewall of the cooker body 11, and employs a touch panel, and may input a control signal through a button. The range hood 13 is used for sucking oil smoke generated when the integrated cooker works.
The imaging assembly 2 includes an imaging cartridge 21, a display panel 22, and a sensing mechanism 23; the top of the imaging box 21 is open; the opening is covered with a glass cover plate 28; an optical refraction mechanism 24 is fixed on the lower surface of the glass cover plate 28; the display panel 22 and the sensing mechanism 23 are both arranged in the imaging box 21; the display panel 22 is used for displaying an operation interface; the optical refraction mechanism 24 is used for refracting the operation interface to present a floating real image above the glass cover plate 28; the display panel 22, the stove body control panel 16 and the induction mechanism 23 are all in signal connection with a controller; the sensing mechanism 23 is used for detecting the operation of the user on the floating real image and feeding back the detected interactive signal to the controller, and the controller generates a corresponding control signal II according to the interactive signal; the execution priority of the control signal II is higher than that of the control signal I; a monitoring mechanism 131 is installed on the outer side wall of the range hood 13, and the monitoring mechanism 131 acquires the surrounding oil smoke concentration; when the concentration of the oil smoke is greater than the preset threshold value, the controller controls the display panel 22 to display a first indication signal. The operation interface on the display panel 22 has a display area of control buttons and an indication signal display area. The glass cover plate 28 and the optical refraction mechanism 24 are fixed by bonding with an adhesive.
In addition, in order to ensure the safety of dust collection control more comprehensively, the invention also makes the following improvements:
a human body detection mechanism 25 is arranged on the inner wall of the imaging box 21; the human body detection mechanism 25 is used for detecting whether a human body exists within a preset distance; when the human body detecting means 25 detects the presence of a human body; the controller controls the display panel 22 to start the bright screen. By providing the human body detection mechanism 25, the start and the stop of the display panel 22 can be controlled by sensing a human body, which can save power resources and reduce the consumption of the display panel 22.
A distance sensor 132 is arranged on the outer side wall of the range hood 13; the distance sensor 132 is used for detecting a distance value from the human body to the range hood 13, and when the distance value is smaller than a preset distance value, the controller controls the display panel 22 to display a second indication signal. By arranging the distance sensor 132, the user can reasonably control the station position of the user, and the safety is improved.
A fireproof induction needle is arranged on the cooking bench 12; the fireproof induction needle is used for detecting the flame temperature of the integrated cooker; when the flame temperature is not within a preset temperature threshold; the controller controls the display panel 22 to display the third indication signal. Through the fire prevention response needle, can remind the user when flame temperature is unusual.
The controller is connected with an alarm and a loudspeaker; when a fault occurs; the controller controls the alarm to start, controls the display screen to start and display the corresponding fault code, and controls the loudspeaker to broadcast the corresponding fault content and the corresponding solution in a voice mode. When the human body detection means 25 detects the presence of a human body; the speaker stops broadcasting.

A liquid inlet pipe 271 communicated with the cooling tank 27 is fixed at the top of the cooling tank 27; the liquid inlet pipe 271 is provided with a liquid inlet valve. A drain pipe 272 communicated with the cooling tank 27 is fixed at the bottom of the cooling tank 27; a drain valve is mounted on the drain pipe 272. The joint of the heat dissipation plate 26 and the side wall of the imaging cartridge 21 is filled with a sealant. The heat dissipation plate 26 can dissipate heat in the image forming cartridge 21 and provide efficient heat dissipation to the image forming cartridge 21 by cooling the heat by the cooling tank 27.
The invention relates to a control method of an aerial imaging integrated cooker convenient to control, which is suitable for the aerial imaging integrated cooker convenient to control and comprises the following steps:
s1, inputting a control signal I through the stove body control panel 16 to control the working parameters of the oven 14 and the disinfection cabinet 15;
s2, displaying an operation interface through the display panel 22; the optical refraction mechanism 24 refracts the operation interface to present a floating real image above the glass cover plate 28; detecting the operation of a user on the floating real image through the sensing mechanism 23, feeding back the detected interactive signal to the controller, and generating a corresponding control signal II by the controller according to the interactive signal; the execution priority of the control signal II is higher than that of the control signal I;
s3, when the integrated cooker runs, the surrounding oil smoke concentration is obtained through the monitoring mechanism 131; when the concentration of the oil smoke is greater than the preset threshold value, the controller controls the display panel 22 to display a first indication signal.
According to the conveniently-controlled aerial imaging integrated cooker and the control method thereof, the cooker body control panel 16 used for generating the control signal I and the imaging assembly 2 with the imaging box 21, the display panel 22 and the sensing mechanism 23 are arranged, the optical refraction mechanism 24 used for forming the floating real image is arranged at the top of the imaging box 21, the sensing mechanism 23 can detect the operation of a user on the floating real image to generate an interactive signal, then the controller further generates the control signal II, the control signal I and the control signal II are both used for controlling the integrated cooker, but the execution priority of the control signal II is higher than that of the control signal II; by providing the monitoring mechanism 131 for detecting the concentration of the lampblack, when the concentration of the lampblack is greater than the preset threshold, the controller controls the display panel 22 to display the first indication signal. The application provides an integrated kitchen has convenient control, and the mode of operation is reasonable, can the characteristics of real-time supervision oil smoke concentration.
