As shown in fig. 6, a cross jack 216 is provided at the rear end of the top of the clamping base 215 in a penetrating manner, and the inner side of the cross jack 216 and the outer side of the bottom of the cross inserted link 220 are movably mounted, so that the top down lamp 23 can be conveniently combined and detached for independent use through the matching mounting of the cross jack 216 and the cross inserted link 220.
As shown in fig. 8, the headlight unit 230 includes a surrounding casing 2301, a connecting block 2303 and a lamp housing 2304, the front end of the surrounding casing 2301 is fixedly mounted to the rear end of the connecting block 2303, the front end of the connecting block 2303 is movably mounted to the rear end of the lamp housing 2304, the inner side of the surrounding casing 2301 is fixedly mounted to the outer side of the battery pack 233, and a plurality of heat dissipation grooves 2302 are uniformly formed in the outer side of the surrounding casing 2301, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation capability of the battery pack 233 and prevents the battery pack 233 from being burned.
As shown in fig. 9, a lamp ring cover 2305 is fixedly mounted at the front end of the lamp housing 2304, an LED lamp set 2307 is fixedly mounted at the inner side of the lamp housing 2304, a protective glass 2306 is fixedly clamped at the inner side of the front end of the lamp ring cover 2305, and the lamp housing 2304 and the protective glass 2306 can effectively protect the LED lamp set 2307 at the inner side thereof, so as to prevent the LED lamp set 2307 from being shielded by dirt or damaged by external force.
The use method and the working principle of the device are as follows: the lighting assembly 2 movably mounted at the top of the front end of the displacement assembly 1 can change the lighting position along with the displacement of the displacement assembly 1, a constructor can drag the device to make the device displace in construction through the telescopic pull rod 14 and the handle 140, in the displacement process, when the rolling ring 13 rolls on the ground, the movable ring 11 is driven to rotate at the outer side of the cylindrical main body 10 through the plurality of connecting rods 12, the top structure of the lighting assembly 2 is movably mounted with the front end of the displacement assembly 1 through the fastening ring piece 20, the deflection main seat 21 can control the deflection auxiliary seat 22 and the down lamp 23 at the top to change the lighting direction, the deflection auxiliary seat 22 is connected with the rear end of the down lamp 23 through the connecting end 224 inserted inside the sleeve ring 223, at the moment, the storage battery pack 233 of the down lamp 23 does not supply power to the lighting lamp, so that the connecting end 224 is connected with the power supply battery 102 mounted inside the displacement assembly 1, and the power supply is supplied for lighting by the power supply battery 102, when the marker is needed to be used for lighting during highway construction, the connecting lead 225 at the bottom of the connecting end 224 can be pulled out, at the moment, the storage battery pack 233 is used for lighting and supplying power, the cross insertion rod 220 can be inserted into the construction ground to fix and limit the lighting down lamp 23, when constructors need to carry the down lamp 23 with oneself for lighting, the connecting end 224 can be pulled out from the connecting port 232, and the down lamp 23 is used alone for lighting.
