Of course, when the number of the propping members 31 is two or more, the two or more propping members 31 can be sleeved on the same positioning rod, so that the whole structure is compact, the occupied space is small, and the propping members can be sleeved on different positioning rods without limitation.

In this embodiment, in order to prevent the head of the clamping body 1 from sliding out of the connection portion of the first photographing element 6 to unlock when the tail of the clamping body 1 is touched by mistake, the second driving element 42 drives the supporting element 41 to rotate after the first photographing element 6 is assembled on the mounting base 2, so that two opposite ends of the supporting element 41 respectively prop against the tail of the two clamping bodies 1, and thus the tail of the pressing portion cannot be touched by mistake to unlock; when dismantling, the second driving piece 42 drives the support piece 41 to rotate, so that two opposite ends of the support piece 41 are separated from the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1 respectively, a user presses the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1 to unlock the first photographic piece 6, the connection position of the second driving piece 42 and the support piece 41 is controllable, the operation of the user can be facilitated, and the locking is stable so as to prevent the unlocking caused by false touch. If one end of the second driving member 42 is exposed above the mounting base 2, the supporting member 41 extends along the front-rear direction of the mounting base 2. The number of the supporting members 41 may be one, two or more.
In some embodiments, the second locking component may replace at least one supporting member 41 and the second driving member 42 with a locking member, where one end of the locking member has a supporting portion, and one end of the rotating locking member drives the supporting portion of the other end of the locking member to rotate, so that two opposite ends of the supporting portion respectively prop against the tail portions of the two clamping bodies 1 or separate from the clamping bodies 1, thereby locking or unlocking the two clamping bodies 1.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second driving member 42 and the supporting member 41 according to the embodiment of the present invention are driven by gear engagement, the second locking assembly further includes a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the supporting member 41, the other end is connected with a first gear, a second gear is disposed around the outer wall of the second driving member 42, the first gear is engaged with the second gear, and a hand-twisting portion is disposed at one end of the second driving member 42 extending out of the mounting seat 2.
In this embodiment, the screwing part can extend above the mounting seat 2, so as to facilitate the operation of the user. The forward rotation hand twisting part drives the second gear of the second driving piece 42 to rotate so as to drive the first gear to rotate, so that the first gear drives the connecting rod to rotate so as to drive the supporting piece 41 to rotate, two opposite ends of the supporting piece 41 respectively prop against the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1, the locking of the two clamping bodies 1 is realized, the operation is easy, and the quantitative production is convenient. During unlocking, the reverse rotation hand twisting part drives the second gear of the second driving piece 42 to rotate so as to drive the first gear to rotate, so that the first gear drives the connecting rod to rotate so as to drive the supporting piece 41 to rotate, two opposite ends of the supporting piece 41 are separated from the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1 respectively, and unlocking of the two clamping bodies 1 is realized. The second driving member 42 may be a screw with a second gear disposed on the outer wall, and for convenience of operation, the screw may be mounted on the mounting base 2 through bearings, the free end of the screw and a portion close to the screwing portion may be provided with bearings, and the connecting rod may be mounted on the mounting base 2 through bearings, for example, a bearing is mounted on a side of the connecting rod close to the supporting member 41. The supporting member 41 may be a rectangular plate with arc corners, and the arc corners facilitate the sliding of the supporting member 41 relative to the inner side of the clamping body 1. In order to facilitate the user to press the tail part of the clamping body 1, the outer side of the tail part of the clamping body 1 is convexly provided with a pressing part, the size of the pressing part can be set according to the pressing angle of the user, if the pressing part is higher than the pressing part, the pressing part can be convenient for the user to press, the pressing part can be trapezoid, strip-shaped, circular and other shapes, and the surface of the pressing part can be provided with friction lines or edges to increase friction force.

The present invention further provides a photographing device, please refer to fig. 1, wherein the photographing device includes a first photographing member 6 and the clip described above, the clip is connected to the first photographing member 6, and when the heads of the two clamping bodies 1 clamp and fix the first photographing member 6, the first photographing member 6 is located at the front end of the mounting base 2.

The surface of the first photographing element 6 provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the positioning hole 61, the clamp clamps the first photographing element 6, and the free end of the first locking component is partially or completely inserted into the positioning hole 61.
Example thirteen
The invention also provides a photographing device, please refer to fig. 1, wherein the photographing device comprises a second photographing element 5 and the clip, the second photographing element 5 can be used for assisting the photographing of the electronic device, the rear end of the mounting base 2 is connected with the second photographing element 5, the mounting base 2 and the second photographing element 5 can be connected together through screws, and the mounting base 2 can move up and down relative to the second photographing element 5. It will be appreciated that the location of the second photographing element 5 mounted on the mounting base 2 may be arbitrarily set, for example, the second photographing element 5 is attached to the side of the mounting base 2.
In summary, the clip may include two holding members 31, the two holding bodies 1 may be rotationally connected with the mounting base 2, after being assembled, the free ends of the holding members 31 extend out of the front ends of the mounting base 2, the two holding bodies 1 are disposed in parallel on opposite sides of the mounting base 2, the rear end of the mounting base 2 is connected with a second photographing member 5, in the process of mounting the first photographing member 6 on the clip, the pressing portions of the tail portions of the two holding bodies 1 are pressed, so that the tail portions of the two holding bodies 1 compress torsion springs 33 disposed therebetween, the heads of the two holding bodies 1 are opened, the connecting portions of the first photographing member 6 gradually extend into between the heads of the two opened holding bodies 1, and simultaneously, the two positioning holes 61 of the first photographing member 6 are aligned with the free ends of the two holding members 31 respectively, so that the free ends of the conical bodies of the free ends gradually extend into the positioning holes 61, the springs connected with the free ends of the holding members 31 are compressed, the two pressing portions are released, the holding portions 11 of the two holding bodies 1 are respectively clamped into the clamping grooves on both sides of the connecting portions of the first photographing member 6, and then the two holding members are driven by the two forward driving gears 42 to rotate, and the two opposite ends of the two driving gears 41 are driven to rotate, so that the two driving gears 41 rotate respectively, and the two driving the two opposite ends of the two holding members are driven to rotate;
during unlocking, the screwing part of the second driving part 42 reversely rotates to drive the second gear of the second driving part 42 to rotate so as to drive the first gear to rotate, so that the first gear drives the connecting rod to rotate so as to drive the supporting part 41 to rotate, two opposite ends of the supporting part 41 are respectively separated from the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1, then the pressing parts of the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1 are pressed, the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1 compress the torsion spring 33 arranged in the middle of the tail parts of the two clamping bodies 1, the heads of the two clamping bodies 1 are opened, the connecting part of the first photographing part 6 is gradually removed from the front end of the mounting seat 2 between the heads of the two opened clamping bodies 1, and meanwhile, the free ends of the two propping parts 31 are gradually separated from the positioning holes 61, so that the first photographing part 6 is separated from the clamp.

Claims (12)

1. The clamp is characterized by comprising two clamping bodies, an installation seat and a first locking assembly, wherein the two clamping bodies are arranged on two opposite sides of the installation seat, at least one clamping body is rotationally connected with the installation seat, and the heads of the two clamping bodies are used for clamping and fixing a first photographic piece;
the first locking component is telescopically arranged on the mounting seat, at least part of the first locking component can extend out of the front end of the mounting seat, the mounting seat further comprises a first driving piece, the first driving piece is used for driving the part, protruding out of the front end of the mounting seat, of the first locking component to abut against the first photographing piece, and the mounting seat can be used for being connected with the second photographing piece;
the clamp also comprises a second locking assembly arranged on the mounting seat, the second locking assembly comprises at least one supporting piece and a second driving piece, the supporting piece is positioned between the tail parts of the clamping bodies, and the second driving piece is used for driving the supporting piece, so that two opposite ends of the supporting piece are respectively propped against the tail parts of the clamping bodies or separated from the clamping bodies.
2. The clip of claim 1 wherein the first driver is a spring and the first locking assembly includes at least one ejector, the spring being mounted in the mount, one end of the ejector being connected to the spring and the other end being a free end, the free end of the ejector being capable of extending beyond the mount front end.
3. The clip of claim 2 wherein the free end of the top holder is a cone which is partially or fully received within the first photographic element; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the first locking component is positioned between the two clamping bodies; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the two clamping bodies are arranged in parallel.
4. The clip of claim 1 further comprising at least one torsion spring mounted on the mounting base, the legs of the torsion spring abutting the inner sides of the two clamping bodies, respectively.
5. The clip of claim 2 further comprising a locating bar fixedly mounted to the mounting block and extending in a vertical direction of the mounting block, the ejector having a sliding aperture extending in a front-to-rear direction of the mounting block, the locating bar extending through the sliding aperture.
6. The clip of any one of claims 1-5, wherein a side of the head of the clip body facing the mount is provided with a clip portion for snap-engagement with a first photographic element.
7. The clip of claim 6 wherein said gripping portion and said gripping body have an included angle α,97 ° - α -105 °.
8. The clip of claim 6 wherein the minimum distance h, h is 1.0mm or greater, between the surface of the clip facing the mount and the front end of the mount.
9. The clamp of claim 1, wherein the second driving member is engaged with the supporting member through a gear, the second locking assembly further comprises a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the supporting member, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a first gear, a second gear is arranged on the outer wall of the second driving member in a surrounding manner, the first gear is engaged with the second gear in a direction, and one end of the second driving member extending out of the mounting seat is provided with a screwing part.
10. A photographing device, comprising a first photographing element and a clip according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first photographing element is located at the front end of the mounting base when the first photographing element is clamped and fixed by the heads of the two clamping bodies.
11. The photographing device of claim 10, wherein the surface of the first photographing element is provided with a positioning hole, the clip clamps the first photographing element, and the free end of the first locking assembly is partially or entirely inserted into the positioning hole.
12. A photographic apparatus comprising a second photographic element operable to assist in photographing of an electronic device, and a clip as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the rear end of the mount being connected to the second photographic element.
