Description

Novel marine floating fan basis
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of offshore wind power anchoring systems, in particular to a novel offshore floating type wind turbine foundation.
Background
Wind energy is an important component of clean energy and has great development potential. The main utilization modes of wind energy at the present stage mainly comprise onshore wind power and offshore wind power, and the onshore wind power gradually approaches saturation due to the limitation of terrestrial resources in the long-term development process; compared with onshore wind power, offshore wind power has the advantages of being friendly to ecological environment, high in wind energy utilization efficiency, close to economically developed areas, capable of saving cost of conveying points and the like.
At present, offshore wind farms all over the world are mostly built in offshore areas with water depths lower than 50m, and are mainly based on fixed foundations. When the water depth exceeds 50-60m, most offshore wind power anchoring systems are floating foundations. The existing offshore floating type wind turbine foundation has some defects, and the development of a novel offshore floating type wind turbine foundation becomes the problem to be solved urgently in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a novel offshore floating type wind turbine foundation.
The invention is implemented by the following technical scheme:
a novel offshore floating type wind turbine foundation is characterized by comprising a floating type foundation platform, a foundation lower shell, a foundation clapboard, mooring rings, mooring cables and a seawater inlet and outlet device,
the floating foundation platform is arranged on the top;
the lower foundation shell and the floating foundation platform form a foundation shell;
the foundation clapboard and the floating foundation platform form a certain space, and the foundation clapboard and the lower shell part of the foundation form a certain space;
the mooring ring is used for hinging the lower shell of the foundation with a mooring cable;
the mooring line connects the seabed with the main body part;
the seawater inlet and outlet device consists of a water inlet regulating valve, a water outlet regulating valve, a seawater inlet and outlet and a motor.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the displacement range of the lower shell of the foundation in the horizontal direction can be controlled by the four mooring cables, seawater can be controlled to enter and exit from the inner part of the foundation according to the size of wind and wave load, the weight of the offshore floating type fan foundation is adjusted, the relative stability of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is maintained, and a certain space is reserved for placing partial equipment of the offshore fan.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a novel offshore floating wind turbine infrastructure;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the seawater inlet and outlet apparatus of the present invention;
in the figure: the device comprises a floating foundation platform-1, a foundation lower shell-2, a foundation partition-3, mooring rings-4, mooring cables-5, a seabed-6, a water inlet adjusting valve-7, a water outlet adjusting valve-8, a seawater inlet and outlet device-9, a seawater inlet and outlet-10 and a motor-11.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings:
a novel offshore floating type wind turbine foundation is characterized by comprising a floating type foundation platform 1, a foundation lower shell 2, a foundation partition plate 3, mooring rings 4, mooring ropes 5 and a seawater inlet and outlet device 9.
The floating foundation platform 1 is arranged at the top and used for bearing an offshore wind turbine and supporting the offshore platform to operate;
the foundation lower shell 2 and the floating foundation platform 1 form a foundation shell which is placed in the sea to generate buoyancy;
the foundation clapboard 3 and the floating foundation platform 1 form a certain space for storing the offshore wind turbine part device, the foundation clapboard 3 and the foundation lower shell part 2 form a certain space which can store seawater according to the wind and wave load;
the mooring ring 4 is used for hinging the lower foundation shell 2 with a mooring cable 5;
the mooring cable 5 connects the seabed 6 with the main body part of the invention, and the stability in the horizontal direction is maintained;
the seawater inlet and outlet device 9 is composed of a water inlet regulating valve 7, a water outlet regulating valve 8, a seawater inlet and outlet 10 and a motor 11, is used for controlling the inlet and outlet of seawater, when the wind and wave load is large, the water inlet regulating valve 7 is opened, the motor 11 is started, after certain seawater flows in, the water inlet regulating valve 7 is closed, the relative stability of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is maintained, when the wind and wave load is small, the water outlet regulating valve 8 is opened, the motor 11 is started, certain seawater flows out, and the water inlet regulating valve 7 is closed.
