Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for an oil field, in particular to a wellhead valve flashboard pressurized perforating device.
Background
In the oil field, the side valve of the wellhead tree leaks liquid, the pressure in the well is 1-20 MPa, the end of the waste valve is cut off, a baffle is welded at the cut, and the wellhead clamp is used for installing outside the valve to stop leakage.
The treatment method causes that the side valve cannot be used continuously, thus reducing the oil production efficiency; if the petroleum production is to be replaced, the existing method is to stop production and replace, so that the petroleum production efficiency is greatly reduced.

The sleeve is provided with a pressure gauge connecting seat, and the pressure gauge connecting seat can be connected with a pressure gauge.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
the liquid leakage gate valve is one of four-way joints of wellhead trees of the oil well, the liquid leakage gate valve is closed, the valve of the standby gate valve is opened, the perforating drill bit is moved inwards in a rotating mode, the plugging plate and the gate of the liquid leakage gate valve are drilled through, then the perforating drill bit is withdrawn outwards, after the perforating drill bit is withdrawn through the gate of the standby gate valve, the valve of the standby gate valve is closed, all parts connected with the outer end of the standby gate valve are removed, and the standby gate valve without liquid leakage can be normally used.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the new valve which can be replaced under the state of pressure does not need to be replaced by stopping production, and the petroleum production efficiency is improved.
2. After the new valve is replaced, the valve at the liquid leakage side of the wellhead tree can be continuously used, and the petroleum production efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, the wellhead valve flashboard pressurized perforating device comprises a standby flashboard valve 1, a piston 2, a plugging plate 3, an end socket 4, a liquid leakage flashboard valve 5, a pull rod 6, a rubber cylinder 7, a second pressing plate 8, a first hoop 9, a sealing ring 10, a second hoop 12, a connecting sleeve 13, a first pressing plate 14, a third pressing plate 15, a sleeve 16, a third hoop 17, an end socket 18, a drill rod 19, a perforating drill bit 20, a tetrafluoro antifouling pad 21 and an oil seal 22;
the end 4 is connected with the end of the liquid leakage gate valve 5 through a hoop 9, a sealing ring 10 is arranged between the end 4 and the end face of the liquid leakage gate valve 5, the other end face of the end 4 is welded with a plugging plate 3, a piston 2 is sleeved on the end 4, a connecting sleeve 13 is sleeved on the external thread of the piston 2, a rubber cylinder 7 is arranged at the contact position among the piston 2, the end 4 and the connecting sleeve 13, the piston 2 is connected with the standby gate valve 1 through a second hoop 12, a sealing ring 10 is arranged between the standby gate valve 1 and the end face of the piston 2, a first pressing plate 14 is fixed on the liquid leakage gate valve 5, a second pressing plate 8 is fixed on the end 4, the second pressing plate 8 is welded with the connecting sleeve 13, and a third pressing plate 15 is fixed on the standby gate valve 1; the four corners of the first pressing plate 14, the second pressing plate 8 and the third pressing plate 15 are provided with through holes, and four pull rods 6 penetrate through the first pressing plate 14, the second pressing plate 8 and the third pressing plate 15 and are fixed with the first pressing plate 14, the second pressing plate 8 and the third pressing plate 1; the end of the spare gate valve 1 is connected with the sleeve 16 through the third hoop 17, a sealing ring 10 is arranged between the sleeve 16 and the spare gate valve 1, a sealing head 18 is arranged in the sleeve 16, a drill rod 19 passes through the sealing head 18, the front end of the drill rod 19 is an open-pore drill bit 20, a tetrafluoro anti-fouling pad 21 is arranged between the inner end of the sealing head 18 and the drill rod 19, and an oil seal 22 is arranged between the outer end of the sealing head 18 and the drill rod 19.
The sleeve 16 is provided with a pressure gauge connecting seat 23, and the pressure gauge connecting seat 23 can be connected with a pressure gauge.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
the liquid leakage gate valve 5 is one of four-way joints of a wellhead tree 11 of an oil well, the liquid leakage gate valve 5 is closed, the valve of the standby gate valve 1 is opened, the perforating drill bit 20 rotates inwards, drills through the gate plates of the plugging plate 3 and the liquid leakage gate valve 5, then the perforating drill bit 20 withdraws outwards, after the perforating drill bit 20 withdraws through the gate plates of the standby gate valve 1, the valve of the standby gate valve 1 is closed, all parts connected with the outer end of the standby gate valve 1 are removed, and the standby gate valve 1 without liquid leakage can be normally used.
