step S4: tool for putting down tree cap in releasing hand 2

step S5: the inner tree cap recovery tool 3 is put down

step S6: recovering the inner tree cap 1
The drill rod is rotated to drive the inner tree cap recovery tool 3 to rotate, the spring pin 34 of the inner tree cap recovery tool 3 enters the clamping groove 132 of the inner tree cap excitation ring 13, vertical upward force is slowly applied to confirm that the spring pin 34 of the inner tree cap recovery tool 3 enters the clamping groove 132 of the inner tree cap excitation ring 13, vertical upward force is continuously applied to the drill rod and the inner tree cap recovery tool 3 to drive the inner tree cap excitation ring 13 to move upwards, the inner tree cap excitation ring 13 is separated from the inner tree cap locking ring 12, the force for opening the inner tree cap locking ring 12 disappears, the inner tree cap locking ring 12 realizes unlocking of the inner tree cap 1, vertical upward force is continuously applied to lift the inner tree cap 1, and recovery of the inner tree cap 1 is completed.

Claims (10)

1. An inner tree cap device for a Christmas tree under shallow water is characterized by comprising an inner tree cap (1), an inner tree cap lowering tool (2) and an inner tree cap recycling tool (3),
the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) is butted with the inner tree cap (1) and used for lowering and locking the inner tree cap (1);
the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) is in butt joint with the inner tree cap (1) and used for recovering the inner tree cap (1).
2. The internal tree cap arrangement of claim 1,
the inner tree cap (1) comprises an inner tree cap body (11), an inner tree cap locking ring (12) and an inner tree cap excitation ring (13),
the lower part of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the inner tree cap body (11) through a pin (14), wherein the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) can move up and down on the inner tree cap body (11) but cannot rotate;
the inner tree cap locking ring (12) is sleeved on the outer side of the joint of the inner tree cap locking ring (12) and the inner tree cap body (11) and used for limiting outward horizontal displacement of the inner tree cap locking ring (12);
when the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) moves downwards into the inner tree cap locking ring (12), the inner tree cap locking ring (12) is unfolded, so that the inner tree cap locking ring (12) locks the inner tree cap body (11).
3. The internal tree cap arrangement of claim 2,
the vertical a plurality of pin spout (140) that are equipped with of upper end outer wall of interior tree cap body (11), and a plurality of pin spout (140) hoop evenly distributed in on the upper end outer wall of interior tree cap body (11), the annular wall of interior tree cap arouse ring (13) lower part is gone up to the annular wall and is evenly equipped with the pin hole, if a pin (14) are worn respectively the pin hole of interior tree cap arouse ring (13) and stretch into to in the pin spout (140) of the correspondence of interior tree cap body (11).
4. The internal tree cap arrangement of claim 2,
an opening (120) is formed in the inner tree cap locking ring (12), and upper locking teeth (121) and lower locking teeth (122) are respectively arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the outer wall of the inner tree cap locking ring (12) and are respectively used for preventing the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) from moving upwards or downwards to fall off from the inner tree cap body (11).
5. The internal tree cap arrangement of claim 2,
the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) comprises an inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31) and a recovery annular sleeve (32), and the recovery annular sleeve (32) is sleeved on the lower part of the inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31);
an internal thread (112) is arranged at the upper end of the inner tree cap body (11), and an external thread (24) is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom end of the mandrel (21) of the inner tree cap lowering tool;
an outer arc surface (25) is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom end of a downward-placing annular sleeve (22) of the inner tree cap downward-placing tool (2), an inner arc surface (131) is arranged at the top end port of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13), and the inner arc surface (131) is inwards recessed to form a transition surface for connecting the outer wall and the inner wall of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13);
when the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) is butted with the inner tree cap (1), the internal thread (112) of the inner tree cap body (11) is matched with the external thread (24) at the bottom end of the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) to realize threaded connection; meanwhile, an inner arc surface (131) of the top end port of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is matched with an outer arc surface (25) of the inner tree cap lowering tool (2), so that the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) is clamped in the inner tree cap (1);
when the internal tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) is rotated, the external thread (24) and the internal thread (112) are matched, the internal tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) and the lowering annular sleeve (22) are driven to move downwards, the internal tree cap excitation ring (13) is pushed to move downwards, and the internal tree cap locking ring (12) is excited to lock the internal tree cap (1).
6. The internal tree cap arrangement of claim 5,
a gap is reserved between the downward placement annular sleeve (22) and the inner tree cap downward placement tool mandrel (21), and the downward placement annular sleeve (22) can rotate around the inner tree cap downward placement tool mandrel (21) to guide and right the inner tree cap downward placement tool mandrel (21) in the downward placement process.

a plurality of clamping grooves (132) are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the inner tree cap exciting ring (13) close to the inner arc surface (131) at intervals, the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) comprises an inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31), a plurality of spring pins (34) are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the lower end of the inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31),
when the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) is butted with the inner tree cap (1), the inner arc surface (131) of the top end port of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is matched with the outer arc surface (25) of the inner tree cap recovery tool (3), so that the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) or the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) is clamped in the inner tree cap (1); meanwhile, a plurality of spring pins (34) of the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) are respectively buckled on a plurality of clamping grooves (132) of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13);
in the process of recovering the inner tree cap (1) by using the inner tree cap recovery tool (3), when the spring pin (34) of the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) enters the clamping groove (132) of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13), the spring pin (34) exerts a vertical upward force on the clamping groove (132), the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is pulled to move upwards, the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is separated from the inner tree cap locking ring (12), the force for opening the inner tree cap locking ring (12) disappears, the inner tree cap locking ring (12) unlocks the inner tree cap (1), the vertical upward force is continuously exerted, the inner tree cap (1) is lifted, and the recovery of the inner tree cap (1) is completed.
8. The internal tree cap arrangement of claim 7,
a gap is reserved between the recovery annular sleeve (32) and the inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31), and the recovery annular sleeve (32) can rotate around the inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31) so as to guide, right and sit the inner tree cap recovery tool mandrel (31) in the recovery process.

10. A method of using an internal tree cap device for a tree in shallow water, as claimed in claim 7, comprising:
lifting the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) to the position above the inner tree cap (1), slowly lowering the inner tree cap lowering tool to complete the matching of the external thread (24) at the bottom end of the mandrel (21) of the inner tree cap lowering tool and the internal thread (112) of the inner tree cap body (11), rotating the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) and completing the butt joint of the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) and the inner tree cap (1);
the top end of the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) is in butt joint with a drill rod, and the inner tree cap (1) is sent into the inner cavity of the Christmas tree by using the drill rod lowering inner tree cap lowering tool (2);
the rotary drill rod drives an inner tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) to rotate, an external thread (24) at the bottom end of the inner tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) is further matched with an internal thread (112) of an inner tree cap body (11), the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) moves downwards, a lowering annular sleeve (22) of the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) is driven to move downwards, an inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is pushed to move downwards, a pin (14) is sheared, the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) further moves downwards, an inner tree cap locking ring (12) is propped open, and an inner tree cap (1) is locked to an inner cavity of a Christmas tree; the drill rod is lifted, and the locking of the inner tree cap (1) is verified and ensured;
rotating the drill rod to drive the inner tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) to rotate, so that the external thread (24) at the bottom end of the inner tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) is separated from the internal thread (112) of the inner tree cap body (11), the inner tree cap lowering tool mandrel (21) and the lowering annular sleeve (22) move upwards, the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) is removed from the hand, the drill rod is lifted, and the inner tree cap lowering tool (2) is recovered;
butting a drill rod on the inner tree cap recovery tool (3); the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) is lowered by using the drill rod, the inner tree cap (1) is lowered until the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) is hung to the inner arc surface (131) of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13); releasing the drill rod;
the rotary drill rod drives the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) to rotate, the spring pin (34) of the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) enters the clamping groove (132) of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13), vertical upward force is slowly applied, the fact that the spring pin (34) of the inner tree cap recovery tool (3) enters the clamping groove (132) of the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is confirmed, the vertical upward force is continuously applied to the drill rod and the inner tree cap recovery tool (3), the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is driven to move upwards, the inner tree cap excitation ring (13) is separated from the inner tree cap locking ring (12), the force for opening the inner tree cap locking ring (12) disappears, the inner tree cap locking ring (12) achieves unlocking of the inner tree cap (1), vertical upward force is continuously applied, the inner tree cap (1) is lifted, and recovery of the inner tree cap (1) is completed.
