Abstract
本发明公开了一种固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法及其应用。本发明发明人发现有氧条件下储存粪肥比厌氧条件下储存粪肥,不仅能在较短的时间内降低粪肥中的可溶性磷的含量;而且在储存150天时降低粪肥中可溶性磷含量的比例为91.54%,远远高于厌氧条件下的55.3%,所得到的技术方案。本发明提供的粪污厌氧‑好氧处理技术能够有效固定粪肥中可溶性磷,同时技术路线简单,能够降低经济成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧业污染处理技术领域,特别涉及一种固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法及其应用。
背景技术
近年来,我国畜禽养殖业发展迅速,养殖规模逐渐扩大,并且向着集约化、规模化方向转变,养殖结构得到了有效调整。但总体来看,随着我国畜禽养殖场的规模扩大和养殖场的养殖数量的增多,畜禽粪污的排放量也迅速增长,严重影响生态环境安全。磷径流排放是农业面源污染的主要来源,磷的形式有很多种,一般来说,粪便磷可分为无机磷和有机磷。磷可以溶解在溶液中,可以作为矿物沉淀,也可以与粪便中的金属离子和有机化合物络合。虽然磷在径流中的浓度明显低于氮,但是其对农业面源污染的贡献率较高。根据相关研究表明:对于湖泊、水库等封闭性水域,当水体内无机态总氮含量大于0.2mg·L-1,PO4 3--P的浓度达到0.02mg·L-1时,就有可能引起藻华现象的发生。新鲜施用的肥料,特别是表面容易扩散的肥料,可能是养分径流的主要来源,而且由于动物粪便通常用于满足作物氮的需求,磷的施用通常远远高于作物可吸收的量,因此与氮相比,磷才是引起水体污染的重要原因,而肥料中的可溶性磷(water extractable phosphorus,WEP)是土地施用肥料后地表径流中磷流失的重要指标。
人工储存是粪肥管理的另一个重要方面,可能会影响粪肥的磷径流潜力。在储存过程中,微生物的活动以及矿化、凝结、沉淀等物理化学过程不断改变着粪便的化学和物理性质。畜禽粪污储存的方式、温度以及持续时间的不同可能会影响粪肥的液固分离效率和磷溶解度。通过合理调控,可以以较低的成本有效减少粪肥还田造成的磷的面源流失污染。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术上述的不足,通过研究粪肥储存条件,包括温度、储存时间、是否密闭等对磷在粪便中的溶解性的影响,提供一种固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,包括如下步骤:在有氧环境下储存粪肥。
所述的粪肥包括猪粪、牛粪和羊粪。
所述的有氧环境是相对于厌氧(无氧)环境而言,是在储存粪肥时不加以其他物质覆盖或用其他物质覆盖时不严密覆盖实现。
所述的储存包括露天放置储存或是置于容器中储存。
所述的有氧环境的温度优选为20℃以上;优选为20~37℃。
所述的储存的时间为3个月以上;优选为3~6个月。
上述固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,还包括如下步骤:
(1)在厌氧环境储存粪肥,然后加入稳定剂,得到产物A;
(2)将产物A在有氧环境储存,从而固定粪肥中可溶性磷。
步骤(1)中所述的厌氧环境通过设置密封盖实现,但在密封盖顶部需设有排气孔,产生的废气需要收集、集中处理,避免污染环境。
步骤(1)中所述的厌氧环境的温度优选为35~40℃;更优选为37℃。
步骤(1)中所述的储存时间优选为10~30天;更优选为15天。
步骤(1)中所述的稳定剂是用于将粪便中的可溶性磷和生物有效态磷转化为溶解度较低的NaOH-P和磷酸钙盐;优选为明矾和脱硫石膏中的至少一种。
步骤(1)中所述的稳定剂的添加量优选按粪肥质量5~7%计算;更优选按6%计算。
步骤(2)中所述的有氧环境是相对于厌氧(无氧)环境而言,是在储存粪肥时不加以其他物质覆盖或用其他物质覆盖时不严密覆盖实现。
所述的储存包括露天放置储存或是置于容器中储存。
所述的有氧环境的温度优选为20℃以上;优选为20~37℃。
步骤(2)中所述的储存的时间优选为3个月以上;更优选为3~5个月;最优选为3~4个月。
上述固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法在粪肥无害化处理中的应用。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
1、本发明发明人发现有氧条件下储存粪肥比厌氧条件下储存粪肥,不仅能在较短的时间内降低粪肥中的可溶性磷的含量;而且在储存150天时降低粪肥中可溶性磷含量的比例为91.54%,远远高于厌氧条件下的55.3%,所得到的技术方案。本发明有着相对简单的技术路线,能够有效地降低经济成本。
2、本发明对于畜禽粪污中可溶性磷含量有着明显的降低效果,能够减少其通过土壤侵蚀和雨水径流进入江河湖泊,达到降低磷径流潜力的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
对于猪粪,设置了有氧储存和无氧储存两种状态,具体的试验方法是:将新鲜的猪粪储存在2升的瓶子中。为了有氧储存,每个瓶子都松散地覆盖着一个铝盖。为了厌氧储存,每个瓶子都用一个带有气体出口的橡胶塞子密封,气体袋被连接在气体出口上以收集气体。实验设置了4℃、20℃、37℃三个温度,以模拟不同的季节,每个处理都有3个重复。分别于1周、2周、1个月、3个月和5个月采集样本。收集的样品用于比较储存过程中的重量损失、总固体(TS)含量、挥发性固体(VS)含量(基于TS)、pH和可溶性磷(WEP)浓度。在每个采样点,彻底混合粪便,取约50克样品进行化学分析。
样品分析方法:根据APHA方法2540B和2540E(APHA,2005),对猪粪和牛粪样品采用标准重力法进行TS和VS分析,用pH计测定样品的pH值,总磷(TP)采用USEPA 3051方法(USEPA,1986)进行分析,P浓度采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(710ICP-OES,AgilentTechnologies,CA)测定。WEP的测定是在干物质/水为1:100的去离子水振荡1小时,然后用10000rpm离心10分钟,通过0.45μm过滤器过滤,然后用ICP质谱仪测定。所有的化学分析都是重复进行的。
实验结果如下:
(1)猪粪在无氧环境下、有氧环境下储存150天的重量损失率的变化如图1所示。在厌氧条件下,猪粪的重量损失率在0到150天的储存过程中,数值不断上升,且重量下降最快发生在储存的前半个月内,之后下降缓慢(图1A)。这与多种因素有关,例如:水分的蒸发、固体有机物的发酵等。其中在20℃和37℃的温度下,猪粪重量损失的程度相差不大,其最大重量损失率不到2%,温度的上升提高了微生物的活跃程度,加快了猪粪中有机物发酵分解的速度。在有氧条件下,猪粪的重量损失率明显大幅度提高,在37℃下,其重量损失率达到了7.3%,并且随着猪粪储存时间的延长有继续增加的趋势(图1B)。发明人推测,造成这样的结果是因为在有氧条件下,微生物的繁殖更新速度更快,好氧菌对有机物的分解作用也更强。
(2)猪粪在无氧环境下、有氧环境下储存150天中TS、VS、VS/TS的变化如图2所示。对于猪粪而言,其初始VS含量为7.73%,无论是在无氧条件还是有氧条件下,TS在0到90天的范围内大体趋势是逐渐下降的,这与微生物的分解作用有关。随着储存时间的延长,猪粪中的TS含量下降,而且这种下降的幅度与贮存温度有关。在37℃的贮存条件下,猪粪的TS水平下降最多。这说明在一定的温度范围内,温度越高,TS的下降越快。后期TS含量上升,但温度不同,上升的幅度也不同,这是微生物分解作用和水分蒸发的综合作用下的结果。对VS和TS的比值情况进行分析,其变化趋势与VS和TS两者的变化趋势也基本一致,再次印证了其变化趋势是与温度和氧气含量有关这一规律。
(3)猪粪的初始pH为7.67,在无氧条件下,猪粪pH值在贮藏150天的过程中大致呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势,猪粪最后下降至5.46~6.13(图3A)。在猪粪贮存的前期,pH下降的原因是由于发酵初期细菌对高分子化合物进行水解形成挥发性脂肪酸等中间产物,使发酵体系pH值偏低。随着厌氧储存的进行,产甲烷菌群的数量增多,料液中有机酸被消耗,同时料液中的氨化作用使料液的pH值逐渐升高;在发酵的后期各温度组pH值又缓慢下降,这是由于发酵微生物在发酵后期由于外部环境的不适宜(食物缺乏、pH值上升等),进入衰亡期而大量死亡,发酵微生物少,发酵作用产生酸类使pH值又下降。各温度组在厌氧储存过程中pH值在各时间点略有不同,但变化趋势基本相同,但pH值下降的程度随着贮存温度的不同而不同。在37℃条件下贮存的猪粪与在4℃条件下贮存的猪粪相比,pH下降的程度明显更小。从中可以看出,在温度较高的贮存条件下,更有助于猪粪pH值的提高。在有氧条件下,猪粪pH值在贮藏过程中呈现先下降后逐渐升高的趋势,其pH值最后恢复到6.67~7.89(图3B)。与无氧贮存相比,有氧贮存中的猪粪在每个处理温度下,其最终pH值都超过了无氧贮存中相对应的温度条件,特别的是,在37℃的贮存温度下,最后测得的猪粪pH值甚至已经超过了初始pH值。pH恢复的原因尚不清楚,微生物降解有机酸,蛋白质转化为氨,以及可能的其他化学反应,可能都有原因。
(4)猪粪中可溶性磷的变化如图4所示。一般来说,在不同的磷形式中,可溶性磷(WEP)代表磷径流潜力,现在大多是通过减少粪肥中总磷或稳定可溶解磷以减少磷的流失。但是,这些处理通常会增加粪便处理的成本,而且许多农民负担不起。本发明通过粪便管理,研究不同肥料储存条件对磷径流潜力的影响,成本较低。本发明的研究结果显示,WEP的变化程度受到温度和空气利用率的影响,有氧条件和较高的温度会导致更多的WEP降低,具体分析如下:图4A表明,在厌氧条件下,37℃时,猪粪的可溶性磷的含量在第15左右达到最大值955.93μg/g,4℃、20℃则均在30天时可溶性磷的含量达到最大值。图4B表明,在有氧条件下,相较于4℃、20℃,37℃条件下粪污可溶性磷去除率最高,能够达到91.54%的去除率。无论是在有氧还是无氧环境下,猪粪的WEP变化的大致趋势都是在短期内增加,但随着储存天数的增加而逐渐降低,150天后的WEP浓度分别下降了55.3%(厌氧)和91.54%(有氧)。在37℃处理温度下,WEP在30天前就开始下降,而在其他温度条件下WEP均在30天后才开始下降。这说明在一定范围内,较高的贮存温度有助于猪粪中WEP含量的下降,而较低的贮存温度反而会使WEP的含量上升。在温度为20℃和37℃的储存条件下,其WEP在30天前完成下降;在4℃下,WEP含量在30天后才开始逐渐下降。与无氧贮存相比,在有氧环境下贮存的猪粪,最终测得的WEP含量都是低于初始含量的,这说明氧气含量的升高能够显著地降低WEP的含量。WEP/TP是可溶性磷占总磷的比例。在猪粪中,初始WEP/TP为30.50%。而储存后,猪粪中WEP低于TP的15%,说明长期贮粪可能是降低磷径流潜力的好方案。总体来说,有氧条件和较高的温度会导致更多的WEP降低。
实施例2
对于牛粪,设置了有氧储存的实验。有氧储存的方法与猪粪相同,同样设置了4℃、20℃、37℃三个温度,每个处理3次重复。分别于1周、2周、1个月、3个月和6个月采集样本。收集的样品用于分析WEP浓度。在每个采样点,彻底混合粪便,取约50克样品进行化学分析。WEP的分析方法同实施例1。
实验结果如下:
牛粪储存在有氧环境中的WEP结果如图5所示:WEP在早期也增加,然后下降,这与猪粪相同。这一结果证实了WEP是从粪肥降解过程中从有机质中释放出来的可溶性P,然后被微生物或化学反应固定。WEP的降低也与温度有关。在4℃时,WEP下降到其原始水平左右,而在20℃和37℃时,WEP分别下降到其初始浓度的48.6%和28.7%。
实施例3
将猪粪在20℃和露天环境(冬季)下有氧储存,每个处理3次重复,分别于2周、1个月、2个月和3个月采集样本。采样后对粪便的WEP浓度进行分析,采样分析方法同上。
实验结果如下:
结果如图6A所示,在20℃和环境温度(冬季)下,猪粪的WEP含量分别下降了58.51%和32.49%。
实施例4
将牛粪在20℃和露天环境(冬季)下有氧储存,每个处理3次重复,分别于2周、1个月、2个月和3个月采集样本。采样后对粪便的WEP浓度进行分析,采样分析方法同上。
实验结果如下:
结果如图6B所示,在20℃和环境温度(冬季)下,牛粪的WEP含量分别下降了41.09%和17.82%。
综合上述实验结果可见,在20℃以上、有氧储存粪肥能有效固定粪肥中可溶性磷。且基于实施例1中第(4)点的实验结果“在厌氧条件下,37℃时,猪粪的可溶性磷的含量在第15天左右达到最大值;在有氧条件下,长期储存,能有效减低可溶性磷”以及相关的研究表明,添加稳定剂能有效降低可溶性磷,因此,在厌氧条件下先储存粪肥,待其可溶性磷的含量较高时加入稳定剂,再在有氧环境下储存粪肥,更有利于降低粪肥可溶性磷的含量。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:在有氧环境下储存粪肥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于:所述的粪肥包括猪粪、牛粪和羊粪;
所述的有氧环境是在储存粪肥时不加以其他物质覆盖或用其他物质覆盖时不严密覆盖实现;
所述的有氧环境的温度为20℃以上;
所述的储存的时间为3个月以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于:
所述的有氧环境的温度为20~37℃;
所述的储存的时间为3~6个月。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于还包括如下步骤:
(1)在厌氧环境储存粪肥,然后加入稳定剂,得到产物A;
(2)将产物A在有氧环境储存,从而固定粪肥中可溶性磷。
5.根据权利要求4所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的厌氧环境的温度为35~40℃;
步骤(1)中所述的储存时间为10~30天;
步骤(1)中所述的稳定剂是NaOH-P和磷酸钙盐;
步骤(2)中所述的有氧环境的温度为20℃以上;
步骤(2)中所述的储存的时间为3个月以上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的厌氧环境的温度为37℃;
步骤(1)中所述的储存时间为15天;
步骤(1)中所述的稳定剂为明矾和脱硫石膏中的至少一种;
步骤(2)中所述的有氧环境的温度为20~37℃;
步骤(2)中所述的储存的时间为3~6个月。
7.根据权利要求4所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的稳定剂的添加量按粪肥质量5~7%计算。
8.根据权利要求7所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的稳定剂的添加量按粪肥质量6%计算。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述的固定粪肥中可溶性磷的方法在粪肥无害化处理中的应用。
