The invention relates to the field of lifeboats and accessories thereof, in particular to inflation equipment; the inflation equipment comprises a ship body, a fixed frame arranged in the ship body, air pumps arranged on two sides of the fixed frame and a connecting pipeline arranged at an output port of the air pump; the interior of the ship body is provided with an inflatable cavity; the connecting pipeline is connected and communicated with the inflatable cavity; when the air pump works, air blown out by the air pump flows into the ship body along the pipeline, and meanwhile, the heat of the control module fixed on the fixing frame can be dissipated; the air pump is used for supplying air to the lifeboat on one hand, and is used for dissipating heat of the control module on the other hand, so that the heat dissipation module can work stably for a long time.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an inflation device, which includes a boat body 10, a fixing frame 11 disposed in the boat body 10, air pumps 12 disposed on two sides of the fixing frame 11, and a connection pipe 13 disposed at an output port of the air pump 12; the boat body 10 is internally provided with an inflatable cavity; the connecting pipeline 13 is connected and communicated with the inflation cavity; when the air pump 12 works, air blown out by the air pump 12 flows into the ship body 10 along a pipeline, and can dissipate heat of the control module 14 fixed on the fixing frame 11; meanwhile, the connecting pipeline 13 is separated from the ship body 10, the connecting pipeline 13 is connected to a breathing mask of an oxygen machine, and a temporary oxygen pump 12 is provided by controlling the pressure of the air pump 12, so that outdoor rescue is facilitated.
Frame body part
The fixing bracket 11 includes an upper fixing plate 1101, a lower fixing plate 1102 disposed inside the hull 10, and two mounting pieces 1103 disposed between the upper fixing plate 1101 and the lower fixing plate 1102;
the control module 14 is disposed on the upper fixing plate 1101;
the mounting parts 1103 correspond to the air pumps 12 one by one, and each air pump 12 is disposed in the corresponding mounting part 1103.
The upper fixing plate 1101 is spanned over the two mounting units 1103, and heat generated from the control module 14 is uniformly distributed on the upper fixing plate 1101, and air is blown by the two air pumps 12, so that heat of the control module 14 can be better taken away.
Pipe section
The connecting pipeline 13 is a right-angle pipeline; one end of the connecting pipeline 13 is connected and communicated with the ship body 10, and the other end is connected and communicated with the ship body 10.

Output section
The inflator further includes a connection seat 15 provided at a side of the mounting part 1103; the mounting member 1103 has an air pump chamber therein; the connecting seat 15 is connected and communicated with the air pump cavity; the connecting seat 15 comprises a flexible pipe 1501 and fixing hoops 1502 arranged at two ends of the flexible pipe 1501; a connecting nozzle 1104 is arranged on the side surface of the mounting part 1103, and the connecting nozzle 1104 is connected and communicated with the air pump cavity; when the connecting pipe 13 is inserted into the flexible pipe 1501, the end face of the connecting pipe 13 abuts against the end face of the connecting nozzle 1104, and the two hoops are tightened respectively, so that the side face of the flexible pipe 1501 abuts against the side face of the connecting nozzle 1104 and the side face of the connecting pipe 13 respectively.
The connecting seat 15 is arranged, so that the connecting pipeline 13 is convenient to replace, and the quick maintenance can be realized; meanwhile, the connection nozzle 1104 and the flexible pipeline 1501 are designed to prevent gas sprayed from the fixing piece from escaping from the hoop for secondary sealing, and further, the gas sprayed from the fixing piece can escape.
If the connecting pipeline 13 is directly connected with the connecting nozzle 1104, when the ship body 10 shakes, the hard pipeline may be damaged by the hard connecting nozzle 1104, and the reliability of the connecting pipeline 13 in the shaking process of the ship body is ensured by the soft connection of the flexible pipeline 1501.
The inflating equipment also comprises a right-angle joint 16 arranged on the connecting seat 15; one end of the right-angle joint 16 is connected and communicated with the connecting pipeline 13, and the other end of the right-angle joint is propped against the side surface of the connecting nozzle 1104.
One end of the right-angle connector 16 is provided with a right-angle plug 1601; the connecting pipe 13 is plugged onto the right-angle plug 1601.
Through setting up right angle plug 1601, reduced the maintenance degree of difficulty connecting tube 13 can quick replacement when damaging.
Hull section
The inflation apparatus further includes an inflation joint 17 provided at a side of the boat body 10; the inflation joint 17 is connected and communicated with the inflation cavity; the inflation joint 17 is connected and communicated with the connecting pipeline 13.
Through inflation joint 17 can quick assembly disassembly and change the connecting tube area, is convenient for control connecting tube 13's output mode or improvement maintenance convenience.
The inflation fitting 17 comprises an inflation tube 1701 and a stop ring 1702 disposed outside the inflation tube 1701; the connecting pipe 13 can be plugged onto the gas charging pipe 1701; one side surface of the limit ring 1702 abuts against the side surface of the boat body 10, and the other side surface abuts against the side surface of the connecting pipeline 13.
The limiting ring 1702 is arranged to facilitate the control of the insertion depth of the connecting pipe 13; while the rigid gas filled conduit 1701 facilitates securing the connecting conduit 13. The inflation apparatus further comprises a set inflation cuff 1703; the gas-filled cuff 1703 is disposed at the side of the connecting pipe 13, and the gas-tightness between the connecting pipe 13 and the gas-filled pipe 1701 can be effectively ensured by disposing the gas-filled cuff 1703.
During the working process, when the ship body moves, the air pump 12 is opened to inflate the ship body 10, and the air pressure in the ship body is controlled to be at a proper value according to the number of people on the ship; meanwhile, the control module 14 is radiated by blowing air of the air pump 12, so that the stable operation of the control module 14 is ensured; the connection pipe 13 can be separated from the ship body 10 to form a temporary oxygen pump 12 for rescuing people on the ship body 10.

when the air pump works, air blown out by the air pump flows into the ship body along the pipeline, and meanwhile, the heat of the control module fixed on the fixing frame can be dissipated;
the fixing frame comprises an upper fixing plate, a lower fixing plate arranged in the ship body and two mounting pieces arranged between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate;
the control module is arranged on the upper fixing plate;
the mounting pieces correspond to the air pumps one by one, and each air pump is arranged in the corresponding mounting piece;
the inflation equipment also comprises a connecting seat arranged on the side surface of the mounting piece;
the mounting piece is internally provided with an air pump cavity;
the connecting seat is connected and communicated with the air pump cavity.
