As shown in fig. 6 and 7, two ends of the lower paper roll 31 are rotatably disposed at one end of the lower paper roll mounting plate 32, the middle part of the lower paper roll mounting plate 32 is hinged with the frame 11 through a mounting plate hinge point 33, an adjusting spring 34 is connected between the other ends of the two lower paper roll mounting plates 32 connected with the frame 11 on the same side, the adjusting spring 34 is sleeved on a spring mounting shaft, the end part of the adjusting spring 34 is abutted against an adjusting bolt 35 coaxial with the adjusting spring, and the adjusting bolt 35 is in threaded connection with the spring mounting shaft. By adjusting the relative position of the adjusting bolt 35 and the spring mounting shaft, the length of the adjusting spring 34 and the distance between the lower ends of the lower roller mounting plates 32 are changed, so that the gap between the two lower rollers 31 is adjusted, and the paper can smoothly pass through the gap without leaving an indentation.
The paper folding device is directly connected with the paper collecting device, so that the position and the distribution of the paper in the pattern wheel and the position and the distribution of the paper separated from the pattern wheel are carefully adjusted to ensure the paper collecting quality. As shown in fig. 8, a flower wheel guiding mechanism is oppositely arranged above the flower wheel 41, and comprises a guiding clamping rod 421, a guiding driving wheel 427 and a guiding belt 428, wherein one end of the guiding clamping rod 421 is hinged on the frame 11, the other end is rotatably connected with a guiding roller 423, and the guiding belt 428 is sleeved outside the guiding driving wheel 427 and the guiding roller 423 and is driven by the guiding driving wheel 427; gaps between opposite surfaces of the guide belts 428 on two sides are correspondingly arranged between the blades of the flower wheel 41, so that the folded paper is driven by the guide belts 428 to smoothly fall down to a proper position between the blades of the flower wheel 41 along the gaps, and the paper is prevented from deviating or tilting between the blades. The paper feeding device is used for pushing the paper which rotates to the position along with the pattern wheel 41 out of the blade interval and falling to the paper collecting mechanism below, so that the situation that the paper is jammed due to continuous rotation of the paper along with the pattern wheel or irregularly distributed on the paper collecting mechanism is prevented, and the follow-up paper collecting quality is prevented from being influenced. The vertical rod 432 is also connected with a bending push plate 436, the bending push plate 436 is arranged above the second push plate 437 and is positioned on two sides of the flower wheel 41, the free end of the bending push plate 436 is arc-shaped, and the rotation direction of the bending push plate 436 is the same as the rotation direction of the blades of the flower wheel 41. When the paper inclines between the blades, the lower side of the paper firstly contacts the bending push plate 436, and the falling speed of the paper is slowed down by the bending push plate 436 at the lower side until the positions of the two ends of the paper are the same and the stress is consistent, and the paper can stably fall down, so that the problem that the paper inclines in the middle of the blades is solved.
