the clamping component (3) comprises two mutually parallel limiting shafts (307), a bearing seat (306) is fixed above the limiting shafts (307), the bearing seat (306) is fixed with the limiting shafts (307) through a locking gasket (313), a rod locking screw (314) and a locking piece (309), two mutually parallel sliding guide shafts (312) are arranged above the bearing seat (306), a sliding table (305), a rotary table (304) and a clamping cylinder (302) are arranged above the sliding guide shafts (312), the sliding table (305) and the rotary table (304) are connected through the table locking screw (303), and the clamping cylinder (302) and the rotary table (304) are connected through a cylinder connecting screw (301).
