a plurality of balls 18 are embedded in the moving path of the sliding table corresponding to the workpiece, so that the turntable 2 can drive the workpiece to move;
when the sliding table needs to be replaced, only the middle of the sliding table needs to be replaced independently as a connected sliding table, and a drilling table with high precision, a feeding table with a complex structure and the like do not need to be replaced.
The working principle is as follows:
a first feeding position 11, a second feeding position 12, a drilling position 13, a tapping position 14, a first discharging position 15 and a second discharging position 16 are sequentially and uniformly distributed on the workbench 1, six through grooves 21 are correspondingly and uniformly arranged on the rotary table 2,
at the beginning, workpieces to be processed are sequentially stacked on the feeding table 3 of the second feeding position 12, feeding is carried out through the second feeding position 12, the workpieces are driven to rise by one workpiece thickness each time the threaded rod 32 rotates, the rotary table 2 rotates one sixth of a circle, the workpieces are pushed to the next station through the rotary table 2, the workpieces are sequentially punched through hole rotating equipment at the hole drilling position 13, tapped through tapping equipment at the tapping position 14, discharged at the first discharging position 15, and the processed workpieces are sequentially stacked through the discharging table 4 which descends one workpiece thickness each time;
after the second feeding position 12 is empty and the first blanking position 15 is full, the cylinder drives the two check blocks 17 to be arranged at the second feeding position 12 and the first blanking position 15 in a blocking mode, then feeding is carried out through the first feeding position 11 and blanking is carried out through the second blanking position 16, meanwhile, workpieces to be processed are supplemented at the second feeding position 12, and the processed workpieces are taken out at the first processing blanking position, and the operation is repeated in this mode.
