Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field related to chains, and particularly relates to a chain cleaning device.
Background
Chains, typically metallic links or rings, are used for mechanical transmission and traction. In the process of producing coke, an enterprise generally needs to use a large chain and sprocket transmission mechanism to drive a component to move back and forth by a chain according to the use requirement, for example, in the process of hammering coal powder into a coal cake, a large chain and sprocket is generally needed to drive a hammering pressing roller, and the upper end surface of the finally formed coal cake is rolled back and forth to further compact the coal powder on the upper surface of the coal cake.
As shown in fig. 1, the chain 200 generally comprises a plurality of inner link plates 203 and outer link plates 204 arranged at intervals in sequence, wherein the inner link plates 203 are arranged on the inner side of the outer link plates 204 and are connected in a limiting manner by connecting shafts 202, wherein the connecting shafts 202 penetrate through both ends of the outer link plates 204 and are respectively riveted and formed into limiting portions, and bushings 201 are sleeved on the connecting shafts 202 at positions between the inner link plates 203. It can be understood that, when the chain 200 is used to drive the hammering roller to roll back and forth on the upper end surface of the finally formed briquette, coal dust can be deposited on the upper end surfaces of the inner chain plate 203 and the outer chain plate 204 of the chain 200, however, in the process of the chain 200 during operation, lubricating oil needs to be added at the position where the chain 200 is matched with the sprocket, so that the coal dust deposited on the upper end surfaces of the inner chain plate 203 and the outer chain plate 204 of the chain 200 can be changed into a sticky state, and is not easy to fall off from the corresponding inner chain plate 203 and the corresponding outer chain plate 204, and along with the continuous movement of the chain 200, the coal dust of the part can enter the part where the inner chain plate 203 is in contact with the outer chain plate 204, thereby causing the abrasion between the inner chain plate 203 and the outer chain plate 204.
It can be understood that the sticky coal dust is easily scraped away by a conventional sweeper at the plane part of the upper end faces of the inner chain plate 203 and the outer chain plate 204, but the sticky coal dust on the arc surfaces of the inner chain plate 203 and the outer chain plate 204 is difficult to clean by the conventional sweeper, and therefore, it is particularly necessary to provide a chain cleaning device for cleaning the sticky coal dust on the inner chain plate 203 and the outer chain plate 204 of the chain 200.
