When the refrigerator door shell bending device is used, firstly, the refrigerator door shell penetrates through the adjusting frame 30 to be in contact with the friction plates 38 below the extruding plate 37, then the four-number hydraulic cylinder 35 is adjusted to drive the extruding plate 37 to extrude the refrigerator door shell, the extruding spring 36 is compressed in the extruding process, so that the friction plates 38 distributed on the extruding plate 37 layer by layer are in contact with all positions of the refrigerator door shell, after the upper end limit is finished, the three-number air cylinder 48 drives the bending knife 49 to bend the refrigerator door shell, after the bending knife 49 presses the end part of the refrigerator door shell onto the corner wrapping plate 2, the two side edge plastic plates 3 limit the outer wall of the refrigerator door shell, the electric heating pipe 17 is electrified, the side edge plastic plates 3 are heated through the heating frame 19, so that the hardness of the refrigerator door shell is changed, the damage to the refrigerator door shell is reduced in the bending process, meanwhile, the end part of the refrigerator door shell is extruded to be attached to the corner wrapping plate 2, the second hydraulic cylinder 22 is adjusted to drive the electric heating knife 23 to cut the refrigerator door shell close to the bottom end of the cornerite plate 2, the original toughness and structure of the refrigerator door shell are changed, the end part of the refrigerator door shell after the cornerite is bent is permanently deformed, the cutting area of the electric heating knife 23 is small for the end part of the refrigerator door shell at the cornerite position, the whole structure of the end part of the refrigerator door shell is not enough to be influenced, meanwhile, when the electric heating knife 23 cuts, each nicking blade 20 nicks the cutting part, in the bending process, the first cylinder 5 is adjusted to drive the limit roller 28 to move to the upper part of the refrigerator door shell, the third hydraulic cylinder 25 is adjusted to drive the limit roller 28 to contact with the refrigerator door shell, the lower part of the refrigerator door shell is limited by each limit roller 28, the refrigerator door shell is prevented from being bent and deformed in the bending process, the extrusion limit mode is drum type extrusion, and the damage to the refrigerator door shell is reduced, meanwhile, the second air cylinder 11 is adjusted to drive the overturning extrusion roller 42 on the L-shaped frame 39 to extrude the refrigerator door shell, so that the position above the refrigerator door shell is ensured to be in a parallel state with one end of the L-shaped operating platform 1, the refrigerator door shell is prevented from being deformed due to bending, in the process of extruding the refrigerator door shell by the overturning extrusion roller 42, the rotating shaft 43 rotates, the vibration arc plate 41 is contacted with the refrigerator door shell, the vibration spring 46 is extruded, when the rotating shaft 43 rotates, the vibration spring 46 drives the vibration arc plate 41 to impact the refrigerator door shell, rigid extrusion is changed into vibration extrusion, damage to the refrigerator door shell is reduced, after the refrigerator door shell is bent and wrapped at the corner, the air blower 9 is started, the air blower 9 blows air at the wrapped corner of the refrigerator door shell through the air blowing hole 50 on the cooling plate 51, the end part of the bent refrigerator door shell is rapidly cooled, and damage to collected workers caused by the high-temperature refrigerator door shell is avoided, meanwhile, the secondary deformation of the refrigerator door shell at a high temperature position due to extrusion is also avoided.
